Perfect location and amazing price for what you get. It has a a private parking so it is safe.

We contacted via booking to reserved a parking spot with time. By the time we got there they told us that the parking was full and that I was supposed to CALL to arrange the parking, so the first night we had to find a parking in the streets and we where fortunate that nothing happened. Also there is no air conditioning so if you are planning to stay here don't come during the summer!

Nice spacious bedroom, enough room to have 2 large suitcases opened on the floor and can still walk around the room. Swimming pool was nice and opened until 10pm.

Elevators were not working during our stay, and our room was on the 5th floor and we had 3 suitcases. Also no AC in the rooms which is needed in the summer but they had a fan there instead.

Great location, great pool! Great facilities! Liked the hotel, and easy to get a tram into the city. Staff were friendly and helpful. Pool was a welcomed addition. No air conditioning, but had a fan!!! Able to cook food in room!! Parking was easy!

The staff very friendly. 24/7 desk. Close to 2 main Tram lines and to the main train station with a connection to the Metro system. The room is well isolated from any noise. It has an electric shade for a complete darkness and silence. It's an apart hotel, so there is a small kitchen with everything you need. The price is low, and the value for money is wonderful. If you only need a good place to sleep and rest in the noon, it's perfect. The bathroom is big and convenient. The bed is a standard (small) double bed. I wish it was a bit bigger. We didn't eat at the hotel, so I don’t know how good the 12.50 euros breakfast is. We had a coffee and pastries for few euros in one of two close artisan boulangeries. More than enough for us.

Come on guys. I can understand the need to leave the room clean. That's fair. But asking me to deposit 200 euros to force me to throw the garbage at the end of the stay is ridicules.

It was very hot when we visited there and there was no air conditioner in the room. My room was getting direct sun light and room temperature 🌡 was close to 36 degrees, super hot 🙃 😩 . Couldn't stay in the room.

No welcoming / early Checkin even for one room (we had four rooms and one of our friends was sick and wanted to stay at the hotel)

Staff were very friendly. Room was clean and well kept. Good facilities. Nice pool area. Would stay again.

Took a while to get the credit card hold refunded - 5-6 days after we left.

Because parts of the property are student accommodation it sometimes felt a bit "regulated". Swimming pool disappointingly small.
