Friendly staff, room was fine as was air conditioning had a spectacular view over harbour. was convenient for metro (10 minutes) and my concert-15 minutes walk. The hotel was close to a busy road but was well insulated. I had travelling kettle and I was able to collect a glass of milk for tea in the breakfast restaurant, the staff were helpful in this respect.

Functional room no problems, breakfast worked well. Above all very central location allowed us to walk to city centre and have time for guided tour. We arrived early so expected luggage storage. They immediately offered us the room several hours early at no extra charge.

One of the reception staff working alone couldn't speak any English, not a word. Fine in France this is not unusual. However Google translate is an option, they should take the initiative and use it directly.

Basic small room, but with comfortable bed and decent bathroom. Breakfast quite ok.

Very unattractive surroundings, with 19th century working class dwellings being pulled down to be replaced by ghastly concrete high rise buildings. Not a single shop or restaurant around. Make sure you bring a sandwich for your evening meal !

The hotel staff were warm and always at your service, and they are also witty! The breakfast was fine, and so was the room: clean, comfortable bed and a parking space next door.

The location is outside the city, currently under construction, but when it's all built it will be great. safe environment :)

Staff, maintenance, and price was fine. Good looking hotel in this city.

Maybe location may be bit sketchy if you are woman alone, but if you are carefull and nice, everything will be fine
