This is an excellent property in a great location for our family of 5 to explore Berlin. The rooms were spacious and clean, nicely decorated. The bathroom was roomy, with a large soaking tub. I was concerned when I saw the waterfall showerhead, as water pressure in city centres can be weak- not in this apartment! Staff were friendly and quick to help if we needed anything. We didn't have any out of hours emergencies, but we had ways to contact staff if we had. If we visit again in the future, I will definitely stay here.

A few times the wifi briefly blinked out on us, but it didn't affect our stay.

Nice stay. Neither was a complete cleaning done on any of the four nights of my stay (despite having requested it from three different staff members), nor was bed service provided (the beds were only made once). Furthermore, we requested hair conditioner three times (we were four people for four nights, and they left us a tiny bottle), as well as sugar or coffee spoons for four people. This was exactly what we paid: four (4) people. These are very minor details that, when analyzing the price-quality ratio, detract from such a beautiful establishment and apartment.

This was a perfect apartment that had a double bed, Double & Single Double bed which is great if you have a family of 4-5 persons to share in. The bathroom was big and had all the amentities. Cleaning takes place every 2 days from the date of check-in. There is a nespresso coffee machine, kettle, utensils and a table top hob for cooking with all the dishes. There is a fridge and big enough if you are staying for a week or more. They have a mini bar and some alcoholic drinks if you want to safe time to run to the supermarket. All supermarkets are hop skip and jump. The location is also very nice with access to the U2, buses and use an Uber as it is cheaper than the Taxi. All in all this place is awesome and will always recommend it.

Spotlessly clean. Well equipped and modern. Staff were very attentive and friendly.

Sadly, there was a serious leak in the ceiling of the corridor directly outside our apartment. Water was being caught in two large buckets but kept spilling over the sides and this made the corridor very slippery. I know these things can’t be helped, but the staff never mentioned it once from the moment we booked in, until we left. I had to tell them that the buckets were full on one occasion. To their credit, they immediately attended to the issue and emptied them. The leak was present throughout our 4 night stay. We also had a minor problem with the safe in the room as it didn’t work. Staff tried to fix the problem but were unable to do so.

Quiet location, yet within easy reach of quick U-bahn links to the wider city, with plenty of facilities locally. Bed and bedroom very comfortable, bathroom/wetroom very good too. Staff support outstanding (see below).

The kitchen/dining/lounge area, while adequate, was a little smaller and less well laid out compared to the photos in the reservation: the configuration was considerably different and featured a kitchenette rather than a kitchen. I accept that each room will vary in shape and size, but I raised this matter with staff who were very helpful and showed me another room of the same standard when it became available, which although a little bigger with a slightly better layout, was still lacking compared to the reservation photos and wasn't worth the effort to transfer. Overall, I did not feel that the photos of that area of the room were a realistic representation.

The apartment was very clean, comfortable and nice. The apartment was not facing the street, thus it was nice and quiet even with open windows. We got a free upgrade to a two-room apartment, which worked perfectly for us because I travelled with my parents and sister and the extra space was much needed. We stayed for a very short time so did not need to use all the other amenities, but they seemed superb. The kitchen was nicely equipped, mini-bar was filled with different drinks and snacks for extra purchase. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the deposit money was returned very fast during the day of leaving.

Good location. Hotel staff was very much accommodating despite of some communication confusion (created by themselves :) ). Good connectivity for sight seeing. Kudos to the house keeping staff. Thanks to the reception staff in ensuring car parking for 4 cars.

Communication between Booking.Com and Hotel created confusion. Created a stressful situation for us, but hotel showed professionalism by accommodating our request. While booking, Booking.Com seems to be taking more responsibility, but when it comes to resolving conflicts then, they call themselves JUST an intermediary and leave the problem to be solved between customer and hotel. Responses are too late to take make a decision + they are confusion masters. That's not good at all for a company working in service sector. I felt the hotel room tariffs bit pricey. Could have been a better offer.

Good location, spacious, everything is like on the photos. Codes for entrance arrived in advance, was easy to use and enter. Enough of supplies (toilet paper, shampoo and shower gel, coffee capsules, towels, slippers etc.). Room service. Definitely recommend. Good value for the price. Definitely much better than tiny rooms at hotels.

Leakage from the ceiling in the corridor of the buliding, not inside, so nothing to do with the flat though. No microwave and no dishwasher. Not a big deal, but just to be aware of.

Excellent location. Room had everything we needed and was more spacious than we were expecting given it was a studio. Bathroom really big and clean. Felt very secure as everything locked up at 6pm. Reception staff were so helpful especially as on the last day we had a tour of the Reichstag booked for 9am which meant we couldn’t leave our bags with them so they collected our bags from the room instead so we didn’t have to rush back.

We hadn’t realised the room wasn’t air conditioned so it was a rather warm stay as temperatures were high for our whole visit. We did have a fan provided which helped a little. The safe didn’t work and couldn’t be fixed but reception did offer to keep our passports in their safe for us. Not a complaint but more a word of warning - we were on the very top floor and the windows opened wide with no safety catch so a bit nervy if you have young kids with you - ours are old enough to keep away but I was still a little on edge with the windows open - they did lean forwards which is obviously safer but it was also nearly 30oc outside so we did have them open wide a lot.

The apartment was great, really beautiful and comfortable. It had most of the things we needed to enjoy our stay. Much better than average.

The staff was confusing about the cleaning, they gave us the idea that they would come to clean and arrange the beds, and then this didn't happen. Also we needed a broom to clean the floors and no one could get us a broom, they gave us a small manual brush.
