If you visit Berlin I would recommend you to stay in this hotel. I recently had the pleasure of staying at Best Western Hotel Kantstrasse Berlin, and I can't say enough good things about my experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff greeted me warmly and made me feel right at home. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, which set the tone for my stay. although I booked for one night only, I immediately changed it to two nights due to the locating and the warm welcoming of the staff. The room was beautifully decorated, spacious, and exceptionally clean. I was particularly impressed with the comfortable bed and the stunning views from my window. It was the perfect retreat after a day of exploring. Additionally, the hotel’s location is ideal—close to popular attractions while still providing a serene atmosphere. I enjoyed the ease of access to public transportation and nearby shops. Finally, I must commend the staff for their outstanding service. They were always friendly, attentive, and willing to go the extra mile to ensure my stay was enjoyable. just make sure to book for the parking lot if you have a car, never the less their is a parking near the hotel too.

Location of the hotel is really excellent, just next to U7 station "Wilmersdorfer str." and in two minutes walk from S-Bahn station "Charlottenburg". Plenty of restaurant, cafes, all kind of shops and bars around. The room was quite big and comfortable, bed was just perfect ! Breakfast was very good, large variety of cold and warm options, dozens loose teas which you can brew in a teapot.

However, I was a bit surprised that room service was not regular, if you want to have your room cleaned, you have to ask for that at the reception. My room overlooked quite busy street, for me in was totally OK, but many people may feel serious discomfort of that. Breakfast was really very generous, but except of seldom variations, all the days the same.

Comfortable room, very large double bed, a safe in the room. The breakfast was fantastic, so much choice (cereals, yogurts, fruit, scrambled eggs and bacon, cold meats & cheeses, breads), I ate like a king! Location is good too, being 3 minutes walk from Charlottenburg station is great for going into the city centre for sightseeing, and for direct trains to/from Brandenburg airport.

The large square pillows are too soft, they disappear under your head and wrap around either side! The chance to access my room 2 hours early for 35 euro was a bit cheeky, when they will look after your suitcase for 1.50!

Breakfast the second day was as we had expected, and all machines (pancake and Cappuccino machines) were working properly. Location of hotel is great, and room was clean.

Good location close to multiple S and U stations, a lot of shops and restaurants a few minutes walk away. The room was clean with a big comfortable bed, everything I needed was there, including a kettle.

The location is a bit noisy (had windows overlooking Kantstraße, quite a bit of traffic and pedestrians), WiFi was logging me out and disconnecting a few times a day so I had to log back in every time, and the table could've been a little bigger. The spring water bottles in the room were a nice extra touch, but didn't realize they came at an extra cost.

The room was very comfortable and clean, the staff was nice and the location of the hotel is amazing, right next to an S-bahn and U-bahn stations, as well as many restaurants and shops, but despite the busy location, it is not loud at all, the room was very quiet. It’s quite close to the main train station and the city center - it is a great value for the money you’re paying.

The breakfast was expensive - I did not take it after all.

For us it was a great location, train will take you anywhere in half an hour, and the stations are at a walking distance. Hotel is quite inconspicuous, fits the area well, our room was spacious and comfortable. Good internet speed must be mentioned, too.

Bathroom was clean but kinda smelly, and we had some doubts to the cleanliness of towels

I really liked the location. It is abot 5 minutes away from any public transport (bus, subway, train). Also, you have a lot of stores around and is easy to find anything you need. It was clean and nice. I must say, a bit pricier than what I would have liked.

I definitely recommend this hotel - it is beautiful and location is superb. Compliments on the self check-in.

The only thing I didn't like is that you need to pay for a locker, 1.5 Eur per bag. I think that considering its higher class of accommodation, locker fee shouldn't be issued. Apart from that little remark, all was superb.

The shower was good. Clean refurbished side of hotel.

My original rooms door would not lock. The newer room was perfect but could not stay in it, got told I was being upgraded but got given a dated room that was cramped. Asked to move and was given a single bed room instead so not the greatest stay. The bathroom was so small and cramped and tight squeeze to get into the shower, too close to the toilet and sink on either side. Not worth how much I paid for the room. The lighting was too dull in my room, no overhead light, just side lights.
