Honestly one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in, if not the best. A friend gifted me a night at the Savoy in London a few months ago and that paled in comparison. The pool and spa facilities are phenomenal, rooms are big and incredibly clean, and staff friendly without being overwhelming. Perfect!

I couldn’t get the AppleTV cast to work

Hotel well located for some major sights, and tube. Rooms clean and spacious. Vox (bar) very nicely done; plus welcoming, and efficient staff. Pool area nice. Looks the part (grand, clean, nice colour scheme etc).

Check-in laboriously slow. Staff pleasant, but encumbered by ancient systems. Form filling, info which could easily have been taken from reservation. Room too warm, and temp control seemed to have no effect. Gym way too small for a hotel this size - should replace some high-end specific machines with general equipment for overall use. Breakfast okay at weekend, too busy on Monday. If returning Berlin, would choose similar location/facilities option but at half the price (they do exist).

We enjoyed an exceptional four-night stay in Deluxe King Room 338. The spacious accommodations comfortably accommodated our party of three. The luxurious room featured underfloor heating, a bath and shower, high-end toiletries, dual sinks, a walk-in closet, an in-room safe, and a high-performance hair dryer. Ample space facilitated efficient preparation. The comfortable king-size bed and pillows ensured restful sleep. Electric blinds and lighting, a refrigerator, and generous storage space enhanced convenience. The room was impeccably clean, with convenient options for housekeeping service. The room was quiet and inviting. Breakfast was not included in the room rate and was considered expensive. The hotel's location adjacent to the S-Bahn station, Mall of Berlin, a pharmacy, and numerous restaurants was ideal. Staff where very friendly and Helpfil

The pool was cold could be a bit warmer. Also breakfast is very expensive

Our stay at this hotel was nothing short of exceptional. The room was absolutely fantastic—super spacious and meticulously maintained. The bathroom featured a pristine and comfortable bathtub that added a luxurious touch to our stay. The amenities provided were top-notch, with luxury products from Balmain, which truly elevated the entire experience. One of the standout features was the integrated sound system in the room, which could be easily controlled from a central panel. Additionally, the lighting controls allowed us to create different scenes with warm or cool lights, enhancing the ambiance and making our stay even more enjoyable. The room service was consistently excellent, and our room was impeccably cleaned every single day. Beyond the room, the pool was an absolute highlight, offering stunning views of the entire Berlin skyline. The jacuzzi was equally impressive, and the outdoor area provided a perfect spot for sunbathing. Our experience at this hotel exceeded all of our expectations. It’s an excellent value for the money, and we couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Highly recommended!

The only downside we encountered was the price of the breakfast, which seemed quite expensive at around 45 euros per day, even considering the high standard of the hotel. However, this wasn’t an issue for us as the hotel is conveniently located right in front of a fantastic gallery called The Place, where there are plenty of great breakfast options. The gallery also has several other interesting shops, making the location even more appealing and relevant for guests who might prefer exploring the local area.

The hotel is wonderful, the room is very comfortable and quite spacious. We especially liked the interaction with the staff, since one of us got sick and we had to order food to the room and extend our stay in the room. The staff even offered to buy the necessary things at the pharmacy, if necessary! Overall, this hotel makes you feel like you're in good hands. The hotel itself is excellent in design, the spa and sauna are also good with a beautiful view.

My personal preference is that I would like to have a bigger mug in the room.

Lovely hotel. Large rooms. Separate toilet. Comfy beds. Quiet. Connection on TV means you could watch your own streaming service with the correct wire (be good to know that before hand). Good breakfast available if expensive.

The amount of mirrors in the bathroom. Definitely couldn’t avoid seeing yourself naked! Coffee maker not great in the room. To view the pool you needed to go up in your robe so don’t waste a trip like we did!

Comfortable. Used concierge for parking. Was a bit hard to get to even with extra instructions due to road closures. Loved the bathroom - very roomy - wish I took photos! Close to shops, parks and restaurants. East walk to hop on hop off bus stop. Could walk to some landmarks too. Beautiful breakfast options except had to order eggs from table and took too long to arrive. The bacon was dry and shredded - must be a local thing

Properly was conveniently located in downtown Berlin near the historic sites such as Brandenburg Gate and Reichstag. All within walking distance. Property was quiet, clean, and nice. Room was spacious. Bathroom was very fancy and quite nice. Staff went above and beyond to help us feel welcomed and appreciated for doing business. The rooms were spacious, the blackout blinds were amazing! We accidentally slept till noon one day! The breakfast was the best I’ve had in Europe, the club Olympus was very relaxing, the sauna, pool, spa and cold plunge. The roof top sun beds were delightful.

Nothing.

- The jacuzzi was lovely , the spa and changing room areas were always clean and well stocked (including toiletries and hair dryers). - The lobby was dressed for Christmas and impeccably clean and stylish - The staff were all so welcoming, kind and helpful - even providing complimentary extras when they heard it was our honeymoon - The floor to ceiling windows offered the most beautiful sunset skyline views

- Children running around, throwing toys and themselves in the pool area , and jumping into/splashing in the jacuzzi (supposed to be adults only in the evening). - The beds are not particularly comfortable as they don't have spring mattresses (which we weren't aware of/weren't used to). - The rooms could do with having curtains as well as the thin privacy curtains, as it made it difficult to sleep in, as the daylight shone straight in from 6am.
