The location is in the southern part of Berlin-Neukoelln conveniently near public transportation, which is excellent in Berlin. The nearby Gropius Passagen, a big shopping center is easily reachable by bus. The buffet breakfast was very good and very varied. The room and bathroom were fair sized and comfortable.

The toilet in the washroom did not flush well, requiring three or more attempts to flush human waste. Also the design of the bathtub appeared to be dangerous. the tub is of typical European deep and long design, but narrow with a rounded bottom, the handle to get up is at the far end from the shower, which is located to be used standing in the tub. when I slipped while taking shower, I was unable to get up due to the fact that my feet kept slipping, the handle to far and the shape of the tub to narrow to turn around. I required help from my companion. A rubber sheet in the tub would have helped.

Overall, we are very satisfied. The hotel is very nice, neat and atmospheric. The room had everything we needed, the air conditioning worked, there was a fridge, kettle and coffee maker, the TV worked, and the room was spacious for three people. Breakfast was also fine, especially the bread for slicing yourself was excellent. The staff were very friendly, and there were no problems with our little dog. For us, it's 10/10.

The selection of breakfast options could have been slightly wider. WiFi was slow at times.

- Staff was very welcoming. - Selection at breakfast was big and the food was delicious. Coffee was really good too. - Complimentary fruits and water available at the reception upon arrival. - It was possible to fill out the invoicing details in the on-line check-in, which saved a lot of time at the reception. - Secured parking in the yard.

Just a couple small details, the hotel was generally amazing: - I really appreciate that they offer on-line check-in, but the app is quite messy (complicated to fill out multiple guests, no mobile key for unlocking the room). - The bathroom was quite dark in one of the rooms due to broken lightbulbs. - There were holes in one of the bedsheets.

Location was great for being outside the city center. Grocery next door as well as a Il Nuovo restaurant where we dined twice plus it is close the airport. The common area with the TV was great for watching the Euro games and the onsite breakfast was fresh and lots of options. Staff was friendly, rooms were comfortable. Pillows weren’t my favourite but if you use two, it is better.

Bathrooms could benefit from updating - notably better lighting, bigger/more bath towels and larger glass to prevent water from getting everywhere.

Great customer service! Room was spacious, clean and cozy. The location is in the suburbs, so if it's your first time in Berlin, be prepared that it will take some time to get to the city centre. Overall a great value for money!

The room is large and spacious, the beds are very comfortable, the air conditioner with good cooling, excellent hot showers, a great breakfast, lots of parking spots for the hotel and on the street next to it, a supermarket adjacent to the hotel, the staff is very kind and helpful. The rooms facing the back of the hotel are very quiet.

The air conditioners drip to the floor in all 4 rooms we stayed in (we stayed twice in this hotel), the hotel is far from a metro station.

Nice, tranquil locality of the hotel. Modern rooms with very comfortable bed, trendy equipment and clean bathroom. Minibar, kettle and coffee maker in the room are really useful. Breakfast was really excellent with great variety, even for a vegetarian. Supermarket and restaurant right next to the hotel. Last but not least, friendly and helpful staff.

The only thing I can think of is a bathroom - the light was a bit dim. I would also prefer a shower instead of a bathtube, but that's just personal preference.

This was one of the best hotel stays I’ve had in any country. Everything was perfect - the room was clean, the staff were kind, helpful and professional, and the breakfast was excellent. I felt completely comfortable and cared for. 100% satisfied and I truly recommend it.

Absolutely nothing - everything was just right.

The breakfast was amazing. the ambience of the place and friendliness of the staff. We were greeted by a Ali at the reception who gave us lots of helpful tips that made our stay much nicer.

While booking and before arriving I requested to get the room with separate beds, no one replied either with confirmation nor decline.

Hotel is nice. Everything in room was clean, 🛁 was also clean, which is really very important. It would be great if you would give us the king size bed as we asked, not 2 separate together.We arrived some hours before check in so we could leave our luggage and spend time in the city. In general everything was fine. We recommend ☺️
