Property was clean. We stayed only for a night as a middle stop of our road trip. It was enough and good for us. Pretty close to Königssee and Biergarten right next to it with live music was convenient for dinner. Warm breakfast was also good.

Breakfast was quite simple but also standard German breakfast. No one is in canteen to take your used plate until you finish whole breakfast. Table was filled up with plates fast for us as family. and no space for second plates. It’s not a massive resort hotel and the atmosphere was more like a quiet and cozy mornings. So it’s understandable.

The location is excellent! Excellent staff. Great breakfast. Love having an elevator. Ease of access from the parking lot. No extra charge for parking. Great views from balcony!

Room was tight to put luggage for 2 people. Shower was very small and door didn't close well and made a mess on the floor. Busy highway nearby kept constant noise up. No air conditioner or fan caused us to have to leave door open which also let in the road noise.

The rooms were clean and generally comfortable. We appreciated having water to drink in the room. The breakfast was very good.

No clerk at the desk when we arrived. Had a difficult time parking and then finding our rooms. The rooms could have had better lighting. Beds were OK but not real comfortable.

The hotel is very cool, located in a cozy village. The rooms are spacious and comfortably furnished. Good connections to the nearest town of Berchtesgaden. The breakfast was very good.

Breakfast time could be earlier. Because we tourists try to leave for the mountains earlier.

Everything! Can’t fault! Amazing location with panoramic views . Room was very spacious, immaculately clean. Breakfast with lot of choices. We enjoyed the live music from the restaurant next door- food was excellent too. Parking free and always spaces!

We found this location because I was looking for a place centralized to many different activities. What we found exceeded my expectations. The staff members were kind and told us about different places to visit. The room provided ample space to spread out and had a beautiful view of the mountains. Food options are right outside or a short walk down the street for groceries. The hotel provides a variety of food options at breakfast, all of which are fantastic. There is plenty of parking available. I had already planned on coming back to the area to hike the lake south of Berchtesgaden. This is the location we will stay at.

With the window open during the day you can hear a lot of noise from vehicles traveling down the street. However, at 2000 virtually all activity stops and it becomes very peaceful. This is only an issue if you plan on spending the entire day in the room.

Our group felt the breakfast and nicely set up dining area were top notch. The location was also convenient for our travel needs allowing us easy access to transportation. We also liked that just a few feet out the door was a local tavern with excellent food. The room more than had space for the 5 of us.

Lovely welcome. Great breakfast. Request for fan attended to right away. Guest card explained & helped me to download. Good size room.

If we stayed again we'd ask for a room away from the traffic. Road very noisy & we really needed to keep the window open

Amazing location with awesome landscapes. Rooms are big, cozy and clean. Good breakfast. Easy access to public transport like bus or train. Nice traditional restaurant with beer garden near the hotel for dine in
