Genuinely the best service I have ever received. Not only in a hotel but across the board. As soon as we began to check in we were met the friendliest of staff who asked what we were planning on doing in the city and gave recommendations, a map and directions to anywhere that may interest us. Upon checking out, we were met with the same amount of kindness from another individual which just confirmed for us that every staff member here was nothing less than pleasant. The location is perfect with a bus only a 2 minute walk away which brings you straight to the train station and then the city. The rooms were perfect and exactly what you need for a short stay. 10/10 would recommend.

Trouble with parking. I tried to book Park place in advance, but it was not confirmed by the hotel. When I came, I parked the car at free spot in front of the hotel, however staff asked to move it to their parking located "left-left-right-left" - which obviously I was not able to find after long day. After long discussion with staff I gave up to understand where it is. I needed to park the car at the street and pick it up at 9.00. The spot in front of the hotel remained free till morning. The photo is attached. Wondering why it was not possible for me to park there?

The location of the property was perfect as it was only a 10 min walk to the main station Salzburg HBF. I also liked how the rooms were very spacious. Good buffet breakfast for this particular hotel.

I asked reception for a kettle (to make a hot tea before bed) and they were unable to provide me with one. I thought this was strange as it is a hotel and that is a minimum I would usually expect for a hotel. The bath also had a little bit of mould on the inside and the rooms had no air con which meant it was quite hot at night.

Our Stay was very nice at Hotel Flair. Location is good and close to the main train station, although little far from town center but there is a bus stop in case you don't want to walk. Breakfast is very nice with multiple options and staff is also helpful. They are polite and even gave me early check-in as room was ready.

Rooms should have Electric Kettle with basic stuff, this was missing. Since we were with a toddler so I have to request for a kettle and staff was polite enough to provide one, but this should be there in rooms already, not a big thing for such quality of hotel. There was an issue with the Shower and it was broken, I showed it to the reception staff and they came to check and I hope they would have got it repaired later on.

Fantastic location, 10 minute walk to the main station. Staff were very good. Always had a smile on their faces, which was nice to see. Friendly greet every morning and at breakfast restaurant frim all staff we met. They helped us so much with tourist questions we asked. Breakfast was average but we were happy with that, yoghurt, bread, meats, and cheese. Good coffee. Rooms were very clean, comfy, soft bed but no coffee available in hotel room which was a shame. Very quiet location, felt very safe and everything was walkable but also plenty of public transport to use if needed. Would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in salzburg and for the price it was well worth it!!!

The hotel was walking distance to the main station in Salzburg and the family room was spacious.

The master bed was against a high slopped wall which meant if you slept at that orientation, you would hit your head on the wall. You had to change to sleep at where your feet were, ie opposite way around. The family room required you to climb about a dozen steps after exiting the lift. This was not mentioned in the description and would be difficult for anyone older or with small children, pram etc. This should have been mentioned. When we checked in we were told that coffee and tea were available in the bar/dining area for free. Half way through our 3 night stay we were stopped and told we had to pay for the coffee or tea. Inconsistent and unclear advice from the staff.

I had an excellent stay at this hotel! The room was spotless, which made it feel so comfortable and welcoming. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience. I was also impressed that my room was ready well before the check-in time, which was a wonderful convenience. The location is fantastic—just a 10-minute walk to Salzburg Hauptbahnhof, and with bus stops only 2 minutes away on foot, getting around the city was effortless. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Salzburg!

Upon arrival we were met by Alfred at the reception desk who is likely the reason that this hotel rates so highly in staff service. I have never seen someone who loves his job so much, not only was the check in quick and efficient but he was then happy to share lots of helpful information on things to do and see around Salzburg. 😊 The room was clean and comfortable, and the free bus pass provided by the hotel made it very easy to get to the city centre.

Good Hotel near the main station 10 mins of walk. Rooms were clean. Staff was amazing. Has all the facilities. We stayed two nights here and did Hallstatt trip from Salzburg. Few restro are there nearby. Room was big enough and bed was comfy. Bathroom was clean. They provide breakfast too for a reasonable price. We didn't tried as very less vegetarian options were available. Can recommend this hotel for couple of days stay.

24 hour checkin could be there. We need to self checkin as we arrived late.

We got a free upgrade to a suite and it was amazing! The most comfortable bed we've ever slept in in a hotel and it was just great to take a shower in the luxury walk-in shower with great water pressure after a 10 hour drive. We felt so rested after a night here!

Although I'd filtered on parking while searching, there is only street parking, limited to 3 hours only during the day, and it's a pretty crowded street. We found a tiny spot we had to squeeze into. Also I would not have felt comfortable as a woman at night at this location, the street has an unsafe creepy vibe, especially in the dark. Also the reception is behind the staircase out of view, literally anyone could walk inside right up to your room without being noticed.
