The hotel was well decorated and bright, the room was very neat. The reception was very welcoming and professional. Everything is good. The hotel is better than the others in its price range.

The only slight downside was the location, it's too close to the train station and there were a lot of smoking and not very friendly looking people on the street. As a woman traveling alone I felt a little intimidated.(Just my personal thoughts, objectively speaking the proximity to the train station is very convenient)

Receptionist Oscar was friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and comfortable. Hotel provided an electric kettle upon request. Location is near to Frankfurt Hauptbahnhof and is 5-min walk. A host of shops, restaurants and a couple of supermarkets all within walking distance from the hotel.

No hot cooked breakfast. An unsavory red-light area is located on the other far side of the hotel, but it should not bother guests. All the shops, restaurants and supermarkets, and train station can be easily accessed from the "clean" opposite site. It was not a deal breaker for a repeat guest like me.

Hi, I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. The room was small but very clean and cozy. I'd like to emphasize that the staff was amazing, caring and helped me with my endless questions. The location of the hotel is close to the train station, which is what I wanted, but for me this area seemed a little unsafe. Excellent Value for Money in the Heart of the City My stay at this accommodation was very positive, especially because of its excellent price. Plus, the breakfast was delicious and very varied, which was a great way to start the day. One of the aspects I value most is cleanliness, and in this regard, the hotel exceeded my expectations. The sheets were of very good quality and spotless, and the bathroom was in perfect condition. It's a real pleasure to rest knowing everything is perfectly clean. A Note on the Location While the hotel is very well located right in the city center, I must mention an important detail about the immediate surroundings. The street where it's located has a lot of foot traffic during the day, and although my perception was that there were people who might seem dangerous or have intentions to mug, fortunately, we didn't experience any incidents. There are security guards walking the streets during the day, which helps a bit, but a sense of unease can still be present. At night, the situation changes dramatically: it's essential not to go out, as you'll see many more people using drugs, and the presence of security significantly decreases, making the environment very unsafe. My husband and I decided to avoid going out at night and made sure to return to the hotel before dark. If you're traveling alone, this is something to seriously consider. Unless you're a very experienced traveler and can avoid night-time hours, this might not be the most recommended place for women traveling solo. In summary, if you prioritize a good price, a delicious breakfast, and impeccable cleanliness, and you're willing to manage the particularities of the location (especially avoiding going out at night), this accommodation is a good option.

First of all, the staff was very responsive and polite. The hotel is located 6' on foot from the train station, so it's super convenient to stay there if you're traveling via train. Decent breakfast

As many reviews already stated, the location around the hotel isn't the best, and you feel a bit uneasy walking there, but eventually it didn't seem that it can be dangerous. It 's also quite noisy at night, even though we were sleeping on the 6th floor and the hotel provided with earplugs, you could still hear music coming from outside and of course (as in every hotel), the noisy guests from the other rooms...

Kind staff, good food, nice room, very clean, comfortable, warm, they came every day to clean the room. Very nice view from the room window. We booked a triple room, but ended up only 2 of us. Without even requesting, staff said they will refund for 1 person the breakfast and the city tax that were included in the price, as we staid there only 2 and we paid for 3. We appreciated this, you don't see it often. Very easy to get there from main train station, few minutes away.

Location. The hotel itself is excellent, good people, clean, very well organised etc. But, while is good that is only 5 min away from the main train station, is located near the worst place in Germany probably- with drug dealers selling drugs in plain sight, drug addicts screaming, making so much noise the whole night. You can't have the windows open, as you hear them the whole night and cannot sleep. Police sirens heard all night. Tip for girls- get to the hotel early. The hotel is perfectely safe. But you don't want to be on your way to the hotel from city/train station with all the drug addicts around, if you get there after 6-7pm you already see them gathering.

The food at breakfast was so relaxing and quint , the receptionist and the fact I could check in hours before the time ....thank you ....as I arrived early hours of the morning in Frankfurt .... The chocolates or sweats on the bed was a perfect touch and water bottles everyday much appreciated. But the hotel does not disappoint and it's very close to the main train station and walking distance to Malla the River and The Old Town areas.

The spiral staircase outside my window .. spoiled the view and was the escape route so there was an emergency light on 24 hours , right through the night ....whereas I thought it was light outside even though the block out curtains were drawn shut . The streets around the hotel were not pleasant ..even though there are nice convenient shops around. The doggy characters are off putting and scary

Plenty of different foods for breakfast. Nice and professional staff. Truly soundproofed windows. And it's right next to the train station, so it's perfect in case of a morning departure.

It's located on what's probably the least nice street in Frankfurt. During the day it's not that apparent, but after midnight probably use taxi if you're a solo female traveler like me :) That's being said, one night I felt courageous and returned to the hotel by foot and no one bothered me beyond a few shouts.

Very good facilities, friendly staff, very nice breakfast, central location, very clean place. In general, great value for money.

The hotel is great value for money, but the street where it's at can be a bit rough sometimes, especially if the weather is good. There is a serious drug problem near the central station, and in streets further to the east of the hotel, so one shall surely spot strange people in the vicinity. Having this said, such strange people shall not approach you, and you will be safe. This is not the fault of the hotel, but it is what it is. Oh, and police is taking a good grip now on the situation. I would have no problem staying in the same hotel once again, as the hotel is indeed great value for money.

I stayed for two nights and had a fantastic experience. The room was very clean, with a comfortable bed and excellent service. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. While the neighborhood is just okay, the hotel is conveniently located in the city center, just a five-minute walk from Hauptbahnhof and close to all transportation options. There are a variety of restaurants, bars, and shopping places nearby. The prices are affordable, making it a great choice. Totally recommended! Thank you!
