The hotel is in a quiet location near the Messe, but near tram and U bahn stations to get to the city centre easily. The room was large and the mattress quite comfy. At breakfast there was a good selection of food, hot and cold and healthy options. Sindy was very friendly and efficient.

I requested a twin bedded room when I booked many months before, but they were not able to allocate one to me. I was very disappointed with this. The bathroom in the room we had was very small and the towels were thin and hard. (Needed renewing). The room should have been cleaned after the 4th night, but this was not done and I had to ring reception to get this done. The receptionist said I had not requested the night before that I wished my room to be cleaned but I pointed out their standard cleaning rules "As a standard, your room will be cleaned after the 4th night". Eventually the cleaning person came and cleaned the bathroom and gave us clean towels.

Location is perfect. Station at the doorstep. Just one stop away from main station. Facilities are very good. Staff is mostly efficient and cooperative. Perfect for tourism and exhibitions both. I definitely will stay there again

The only problem I had was that room cleaning staff almost entered the room without knocking. I guess assuming that nobody is in. Upon my complaint the management showed concern and tried to accommodate me but unfortunately same thing happened the next day and after a small knock they tried to get in. Otherwise I would have given them 10. They seriously need to take action on this

Excellent location: 1) across the road from metro station. 2) one metro stop or 15 minutes' walk to central station 3) 3 minutes' walk to tram stops 4) 25 minutes walk to main museums and/or old town 5) 7 minutes' walk from skyline plaza...a main shopping mall. I did day trips to Mainz and Bad Homburg....very easy and convenient. Away from the noise and dirt of central areas. But note, nothing else is around if you like a bustling dining scene, because this is a business hotel next to the Messe centre. Very clean, comfortable room. I asked for one not facing the main road. Late checkout was possible. Complimentary fruit, water, and sometimes pastries, at reception.

The shower should have been more powerful. The room doors need to be adjusted so they close more softly. No hot drinks machines were working between breakfast and mid afternoon. Given the location of the hotel, having a functioning coffee machine in the lobby would have been useful.

Amazing view to the skyscrapers and park. Quite big room and lots of space in the bathrooom. Comfortable bed. Breakfast was ok.

Quite far from the restaurants and grocery stores. The door lock wasn’t working and the shampoo/gel holder fell off the wall during the night and it made me scared af because I was alone… I was a bit shocked by the price of drinks on the reception… 4 euros for a bottle of water (0,5L)… I think that’s a bit too much…

Excellent attitude of the staff to any request! Great breakfast. Very clean. Good location, right across the shopping plaza, 2 minutes to metro.

Good location next to the Messe/Festhalle if you're going to a concert/event. Very close to subway station and just one stop from the central train station. Small self service convenience store in the lobby.

The conditioner pump bottle was broken and clearly not refilled, so it was impossible to get conditioner out. Breakfast was not offered as included (maybe that was a booking dot com limitation?).

The room met all expectations. The bed was very comfortable. In fact, nothing to comment on or criticise. Breakfast was well arranged and was very good. The service was also super. Nice and helpful people. I think expectations for about the location is different for everyone. But for me, the location was super convenient. My office is across the street. There is no better location for me.

The only thing I found annoying was that every night they come to the door for the minibar, I think, and if you don't respond because you are resting they just open the door. And on the last day, day of departure, they open the door up to three times to see if you have already left. I don't think it's normal practice for a hotel.

excellent location of the hotel, near the metro, quiet area. The room is comfortable, clean bed linen and towels, a kettle, coffee machine and mini-fridge. Upon request, they gave bathrobes and slippers

inconvenient placement of the sink and hair dryer in the shower. the hair dryer is very weak and constantly switches off due to overheating

Very clean and in a nice area with skyline mall at walking distance with food court . The tram station was opposite to hotel and congress centre at walking distance too. The checkout time was 12 which was very convenient. The breakfast was very good and very polite staff member attending who asked to get juice and coffee. They were happy making fresh eggs too.

This is a great hotel in the West End that's super convenient to public transportation, too. The beds and room were very comfortable and of a decent size and the breakfast was outstanding. There were many options for me, and I avoid dairy and gluten. Due to prior, paid-for reservations, I moved at a luxury hotel downtown and regretted leaving the ease and convenient location of this hotel. The neighborhood here feels very safe and walking around after dark to go to the West End restaurants is a big benefit of this location.
