Very close to the airport, free shuttle (although I didn’t use it), good restaurant, capsule coffee machine in the room

I loved the online portal where You can ask for extra amenities. I was so happy to ask for the slippers as I was stranded for two days without my luggage due to my flight cancellation. However my happiness was not long as I was called and informed that slippers are not available. The air condition was not working and it was 26+ degrees in the room. I tried to open the windows to cooldown a bit, but the planes descent just above the hotel and it is too noisy to keep them open.

The breakfast was amazing and had a lot of great options. The room also was super comfy and had great amenities. I wish I knew there is a shuttle from the airport to the hotel included in the service. I'd love to have used that instead of getting a separate taxi.

The only service that has left me a bit upset was the shuttle from the hotel to the airport. There is no organized line, so I ended up not fitting into the bus, even though I was first in line. As I was putting my luggage into the trunk, the bus was filled up with people who were traveling light. The tensions were running high, as everybody wanted to make it and because there was not an organized line and clear communication that if people dont fit the hotel will send for another bus - it really created friction and frustration. I think the hotel can organize a line and ensure that everybody has a good and fair experience with the shuttle service.

The room was very clean and spacious. It has a lot of lights, so you can set up the ambient per your needs. The bathroom was very clean, bright, and with all amenities - shampoo, shower gel, and liquid soap. A hairdryer is a default tool. The bed was great! The only downside is that the planes, during landing, pass low above the hotel. The windows have great sound isolation, but you can still hear low shushing sounds from the planes. THE BEST THING - at the moment of writing this, July 2025, Frankfurt has a policy for no flights between 23h (11pm) - 5h (5 am), so you'll sleep without any noise. I got to the hotel earlier (~11 am) than the check-in time (3 pm) and they still made efforts to provide me a room and let me check-in.

The location was good, when you like planes. The room was good, nice size and well equipped. Very nice shower and the bed was good. You couldn’t hear the planes that much, even though they were landing more or less directly above your head.

The restaurant is quite expensive, so we chose to go to Kelsterbach where they had some nice cheaper restaurants with good food. Our room key stopped working two out of three nights, so we had to go down to the reception to have that fixed. The breakfast buffet was a little disappointing. We asked for pancakes and they were able to make them two out of three days. The staff was okay, but didn’t go any extra miles.

The hotel is close to the airport and offers a free shuttle to and from the airport, which is very convenient. The room was bright and warm, with all the necessary amenities except for slippers. The breakfast was delicious and filling—10 out of 10! The area was very quiet, perfect for resting after a long flight.

The shower was extremely narrow—barely enough space to turn around. I’ve never encountered such a cramped shower, even Japanese mini-bathrooms feel more spacious. There were hairs in the bathroom, likely from previous guests. The underside of the toilet seat had yellow stains, which was very unpleasant. A higher standard of cleanliness would be appreciated.

Breakfast was great! Good selection available and staff were very friendly. We had our evening meal in the bar and the food was also very good. Service was excellent. I thought the reception staff could have been more welcoming. Room was lovely. Tea/coffee making facility, bottled water were nice touches. I would stay here again. Good value for money and the shuttle bus to the airport was seamless.

Couldn't have the windows open because of noise from planes landing but then again we were very near the airport. We slept well regardless!

After travelling many hours with excessive layovers in our flights we were in need of much rest and comfort. When we arrived at the hotel we were pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness of the room. The sheets were crispy with a small hint of bleach showing how clean the linens were on the bed. The bathroom was filled with shampoos and lotions and super clean fresh towels. There was an espresso machine with coffee, water and everything needed. The entire room was exceptionally clean and comfortable with all the little complimentary items showing that extra care for the guest. Wow! Thank you.

We stayed here for the convenience of being close to the airport and the free shuttle. The hotel is very clean and comfortable. The noise from the airplanes going right overhead is mitigated by the very insulated walls and windows. The meal in the restaurant was delicious. The bed was comfy and had much firmer pillows than anywhere else we stayed in Germany. Yeah! I hate the super soft pillows that deflate and have to be folded three times before you have any neck support.

The room was so comfortable, and the bathroom and other little details were organized very efficiently. We were so tired after our trip that this hotel was the perfect place to rest.

Two tiny tiny things (don't be dissuaded; the hotel is wonderful). Planes start landing/taking off at 5am, and although the hotel is insulated nicely, we were just unlikely to have a room where the flashing lights kept me awake as I was experiencing a haze of insomnia nevertheless. Secondly, we landed at 11pm and had to take a 15euro taxi for 5 minutes to the hotel.

The free shuttle bus provided made it easier not just to get to the airport, but to then access transport links into Frankfurt. The staff were helpful, the food in the restaurant was fantastic, as was the breakfast choice, and the room was large, clean and comfortable. The airport is located near one of the airport's smaller runways, so there are low-flying planes from early morning, but the soundproofing was great as well.

Tables could have been cleared and reset a bit quicker at breakfast, as it was difficult to find somewhere to sit with cutlery prepared.
