Very friendly staff, helped us really feel like on holidays :) They installed blinds at our room while we were there, which made our stay WAY better. The room was definitely not dark enough for a good sleep without them The cook was very friendly and the food was great!

The people on the dorm above were very loud in the evening, but the owners could have been more active into talking to them to solve the issue. We had to talk ourselves, which was not too useful Our room was in front of the pool, so it was really loud with children screaming, so not possible for a nap in the afternoon The children playground is ok, but there are a couple of broken toys that should be either fixed or removed There were also two of the equipments which you had to pay to use, not so nice for the children Also the inflatable castles were only available in the late afternoon Breakfast offers could be better. As bread there was only loaf bread available :/ Restaurant menus are only available in Greek. There should be an option in English

Our room was just fantastic, modern and brand new, with a big and furnished balcony from which you can enjoy a beautiful sea view. The bed was nice and comfortable, the bathroom was also very pleasant and the room had air conditioning, a mini fridge, the bathroom also had some shampoo and shower gel. The staff was very nice, bedsheets and room were cleaned daily. We had such a pleasant stay, the hotel was very nice and quiet, so we could sleep in late. Their restaurant was also very good, most of the days we preferred eating there, as the food was better and for a good and reasonable price. The host was amazing too, very friendly, outgoing and helpful. The hotel also has a private parking with plenty of space, which was very convenient for our rental car that requires legal and safe parking. Overall we had the perfect holiday exploring Crete and staying and eating in the cozy, modern and clean hotel Anemos Suites, which is also a few meters from the beach. We can’t wait to visit again!!!

First, getting to the place is very simple and fast, 8 minutes from the airport, the place is located 30 meters from an amazing beach, neat and clean with a restaurant on the beach from which you can rent diverse seating options on the beach. We arrived a little earlier than expected and the staff made sure to prepare our rooms ahead of time. Throughout our short stay there the staff went above and beyond to satisfy our every request. In addition, on the day of our departure, since our flight was delayed we asked to check out later and the staff accepted the request. They also helped us in ordering a large taxi to the field. The staff is very nice and welcoming. Despite the proximity of the hotel to the airport, the rooms are very quiet.

We were a group of 3 families with children between 5 to 8 looking to relax and enjoy the sea. The rooms are nice, very clean and have everything you need. The food the restaurant serves is good and convenient. 2 minutes away from the accomodation there is a really clean and nice beach with wather just perfect for the kids. When it was too hot to stay at the beach, we enjoyed the pool on the property. The host and the staff were amazing and they went out of their way to make us feel welcome.

everything was perfect, the staff was really helpful and kind, they provided us with highest quality service always with a smile. apartments were big and clean, had everything we needed. the swimming pool had warm and clean water. food was delicious, they serve breakfasts and dinners made from local products. prices were also affordable. the location is also great, it’s a three minutes walk to a beautiful beach, we had a really nice view from our terrace. highly recommend!

We really loved staying here - staff were very hospitable. Room was clean and spacious, nice balcony and we enjoyed the bar area downstairs. It is also very close like 50 yards to a beach area so very handy. Choice of food at the bar and drinks were really food.

It’s a good 15 min drive from Heraklion so id bare this in mind if you are wanting to travel there by taxi or bus. I think the property could offer a breakfast option that’s included in the price.

We liked the position close to the beach, enough parking place, the area of the hotel - pool (although not really baby friendly), restaurant (food was good), kids playcorner.

our apartment, that we had on the ground floor, wasn´t really the best one (we had friends also on the upper floor, and it was better). It´s humid there, hard to ventilate, dark without any view. The sofa that is ment to be as a "bed" for sleeping - really uncomfortable and hard. And the kitchen - not possible to cook anythig, because there are no amenties - no knife, no cutting board.. just sink (without cleaning items) and a small stove. some plates and glasses and dinig fork, knife and spoon. that´s it. it was ok just to make a tea

Beautiful apartments, well appointed and comfortable. What really made it special was the hospitality and kindness of staff. Everyone was very attentive, helpful, and friendly. Maid service almost every day. Food and drinks at the bar and restaurant were very reasonable and tasty. The pool area was lovely and cleaned daily. Only 40 metres from the beach with bars. Will definitely return.

The beach scene was very busy with lots of young people and music playing loudly, but this wasn't a deal breaker. We had hoped for a quieter beach but appreciate that this is not like a larger resort with more choice. It is clearly popular with young locals.

Our flight has been delayed for 3 hours and there was no problem to check-in in the middle of the night. There was everything we needed in the room: forks, knives,.spoons, plates etc. There was a nice opportunity to eat on the balcony with sea view. Staff is amazing. Food is delicious. Prices are low. Close to the beach and bus stop to Heraklion. There is a mini market and car rentals next to the Estia apartment. 5 km from Heraklion Airport. Perfect for kids. There is a swimming pool and kids playground next to the restaurant. One of the best stay that we had on booking. Thank you very much for everything. We already miss your hospitality and weather.

Great location, very close to the beach and beach bar, there is a kiosk and pharmacy next door. We liked our room (two bedroom apartment), lots of space, comfy mattress, and good kitchen facilities. You can also dine or have a drink at the property. Lovely owners and all the staff.

The playground did not look as nice as in the pictures. It would make more sense to put a double bed in a proper room with more privacy and single beds in a semi detached room.
