I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful hotel, and it truly exceeded all my expectations. Being a relatively new establishment, the hotel boasts a modern and luxurious design that is both stylish and inviting. The location is incredibly convenient, situated just a 10-minute drive from the airport and only 15 minutes from Heraklion. The room was a highlight of my stay beautifully appointed and exceptionally comfortable, with all the amenities one could ask for. It was clear that a lot of thought had been put into making the space both functional and opulent. The service was impeccable. The hotel staff were consistently available, attentive, and genuinely pleasant, ensuring that every need was met with a smile. Their professionalism and warmth added a personal touch to my experience. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a pampering and high-standard stay in a convenient location. I look forward to my next visit!

The gym at the hotel is nice and provides a good workout environment. While it has a decent selection of equipment, I wish there were more professional-grade options available. Overall, it's a convenient and well-maintained space for a workout.

‏The hotel's beach is small and lacks a restaurant, bar, or service. However, there's no need to worry because the hotel offers free transportation to a wonderful beach just 5 minutes away. This nearby beach has an excellent restaurant, bar, high-quality sunbeds, and more. The sunbeds at this beach are free for hotel guests.

I can't recommend this place enough it was vacation Seekers dream they went out of their way every time we wanted something to make it happen in the best way possible the facilities were gorgeous and the service was even more outstanding I'd like to point out about the spa it was the best one out of the many we've been to the service and atmosphere with truly inspiring And lastly we we had left a very valuable jewelry after already arriving home we contacted via the WhatsApp chat within 10 minutes they found it and sent me a link to have it shipped home I am truly grateful for this ❤️

Fantastic staff and great facilities. Nothing was too much bother. We loved the ability to order beach drinks and snacks on the app. Private pool was very refreshing after a hot day. High quality food, which is good because the immediate location does not offer a wide range of alternative quality dining experiences.

One of the most beautiful places I've ever been. A perfect harmony of design and service.

It is a pity that the surroundings outside the hotel are not (or not yet) landscaped. The contrast between the perfect and thoughtful design and the mess outside the hotel grounds is too glaring.

This is a real 5 star resort. The staff is super attentive and kind, especially Manos who brought room service. The food is 10/10. The location is 10/10. The property is gorgeous. Beautiful beach nearby. Excellent amenities. The pools are excellent. Some good shops up the street. Access to world class excursions with pickup being so close to Heraklion; think scuba, horse riding, quad bikes, boat rentals. Not that we ever wanted to or needed to leave. This immediately became one of our favorite places and we will be back.

Some slight plane noise can be heard but is rarely noticed—for proximity to the airport it’s worth it.

My stay at this hotel was truly unforgettable. The entire property is incredibly beautiful – thoughtfully designed with great attention to detail, creating an atmosphere where you instantly feel at ease. The food was absolutely outstanding – everything from the variety to the quality and presentation was perfect. Every course was a delight! What really stood out was the service: the entire team was not only professional but also genuinely warm and attentive. We arrived at Pnoe in what we thought was a state of relaxed bliss. We could never have expected to leave in such a calm trance smelling of refreshing peppermint oil with supple bodies beyond imagination. We did nothing for our selves for the entire length of our stay. All we needed to do was turn up for meal times, chew delicious local foods and gulp down refreshing Cretan wines. Writing the this review is the most thinking of have done in days and to be honest, such praise has come oh so easy. The spa and their practitioners were excellent. The restaurant staff were attentive and charming and the hotel managers made our stay a total breeze. We were able to organise some awesome excursions through the hotel leaving us with many memorable highlights. Thank you to the teams at Pnoe for putting on one hell of a spread for us. If you are considering a fly and flop, this place couldn’t be easier or more relaxing ❤️❤️❤️

Beautiful calming atmosphere. Very friendly staff, they all genuinely care about you having the most enjoyable experience. The whole place just feels very relaxing from the minute you arrive. The breakfast choices are very extensive and excellent quality. The sushi in the rooftop bar is not particularly advertised but is fantastic. The spa was also wonderful, the staff are very knowledgeable and use high quality products for their treatments.

The service on the beach in the hotel guests area is a bit hit and miss. It is not up to the incredible service up at the hotel.

Rating: 10/10 An absolutely amazing hotel! The room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully designed. The pool was always clean and very relaxing. Service was professional, kind, and responsive to every request. There are two restaurants for dinner – it’s not a buffet, so the selection is more limited, but the food quality is excellent and the atmosphere is quiet and refined. A huge bonus is that the hotel is only a 10-minute drive from the airport – incredibly convenient, especially after a flight. I honestly have nothing negative to say. A perfect experience. We will definitely be back
