The room was very clean and nice. Well equipped(water, every day,coffee, shower gel, hair dryer,mini fridge,clean 2 sized towels) and very comfortable bed. The personal was extraordinary and also the cleaning ladies. Elevator and pleasant building.The best breakfast view( on the 3rd floor).

We were told that they will try to give us a 1st floor room, what did not happened, so we had received the room 14 on the ground floor. It was very noisy in the nights ( because of neighbors from the 1st floor ),we woke up around 2-3 in the morning in the first two nights. We could hear the airplanes clearly inside the room, but it is normal in the neighborhood of the airport and due to heavy air traffic. Breakfast was simple and the same every day, but fresh products.

Exceptional value. Room was very comfortable and two levels with queen beds in each. Staff was terrific. We booked at last minute due to a mix up with our original booking and couldn’t be happier with how that worked out.

It’s 30-40 minute walk to city center. That did give us an opportunity to try some excellent local resteraunts we would otherwise have missed though and the savings on the room probably more than made up for extra taxi expenses.

We decided to stay in Heraklion,last minute and booked this the day before we came into the port-it was a 30 minute walk away, which was fine. It was clean and comfortable, and all the staff were very friendly and helpful

The bathroom was very small, the shower was cramped so that when washing we got water all over the toilet.

Great value for money, we had a two floor apartment just for the two of us which was great! 30 minute walk to Heraklion town and a quick taxi to the port that we needed. Staff were really helpful with sorting taxis.

Can't really fault the hotel, especially for the price. Only thing to be aware of is the noise from airplanes, but that is of course to be expected when you're that close to the airport! Much less air traffic in the night though, so not really a major issue.

Very close to the airport by bus, bus stop 5 min away, there are restaurants, cafes, bakeries, big supermarket around, bus lines going to city center in just 10' and to other parts of Iraklion as well. The rooms are super clean, very comfy, staff always very kind and helpful. There is also a great roof terrace to have breakfast

There is nothing that i don't like, that's why i always return. There is noise from planes taking off but i know that beforehand having been there before and i don't mind

Very clean and comfortable room with an excellent walk in shower. It was booked for an overnight stop after arriving at the airport prior to boarding a cruise. Ideal location between the airport and cruise terminal - we walked with our luggage to the dock with no major effort.

You are very close to the flight path for aircraft using the airport so may be disturbed if you are a light sleeper - but that is an obvious drawback for such a convenient location.

We only stayed for 1 night. We choose this accommodation because of the proximity to the port. It is also very close to the airport, so it is ideal for staying before the flight. The room was clean and modern.

Breakfast was not very diverse, but you can choose. Planes can be heard a lot even at night, so I recommend using earplugs.

This was a room we got prior to taking an early flight. The hotel was very hand and clean, welcoming and altogether a great shout

the plans take off right over the building so sleep was difficult. but I guess that is what you expect when you book so close to the airport.

Very comfortable bed, close to the airport. Very friendly staff who let us check in early and made us feel very welcome. Great restaurant at the top of the street. Great decor. The whole place felt very new.

The fridge didn't work, but I was too comfortable to care.

Really nice hotel , very close to the port and airport .. The staff was very friendly and helpful.. is my second time to this hotel and of course I will choose this hotel again and again for my next trip to Create.. Thank you for everything ❤️
