One of the nicest places I have stayed in. Room was huge, very comfortable bed, nice bathroom and a big balcony area with a jacuzzi that looks out onto this sea. Staff were very friendly too. Beach is only a short walk away and beside the old town. Would stay here again.

Stay was perfect, only downside is there are clubs beside the property that play music until 3 in the morning. Didn't bother me too much as I was up late anyway.

Superior Suite with Indoor Jacuzzi - City View: The hotel is perfectly located right in the heart of the old town with all its shops & Fab restaurants, So there's lots to see & do on your doorstep. There a slim balcony overlooking the street and ideal for those who want to smoke. The room itself is spotlessly clean and ideal with a super comfy bed, large TV and a huge wonderful relaxing chillout Jacuzzi - The large hearty breakfast was perfect to start our day and this is served at a different place around the corner called "The Living Room" located on the seafront. The staff were very kind and friendly, making our stay a perfect experience and we would certainly book again in the future.

So from the pictures it looked a little more like it was a kind of beachfront hotel, but actually it’s above a night club in the centre of town opposite the marina. That may have been a mistake on my part to not research it properly though. Anyway we had a lovely stay and explored the island by car. To have breakfast you need to leave the building and go to a little restaurant round the corner. Breakfast was tasty though.

Everything was fantastic, location, quality of furnishings , shower fabulous. Sensored lighting, hot tub could not find any fault with anything. The breakfast was great at the "The Livingroom" The staff were all amazing from the cleaners to the reception they all did a fantastic job. I would definitely recommend to friends and family.

I cant say there's anything except maybe I personally would like a bit thicker duvet on my bed rather than just a sheet that would have been the icing on the cake, but minor attention.

I loved staying at Omma Suites. The location is perfect, the view from the terrace is fabulous: you can watch the sea and the ships while sitting in your private jacuzzi! The room is beautifully furnished and clean, the bed is comfortable. There's a Nespresso machine with capsules and a huge bottle of mineral water provided, as well as extra towels for the jacuzzi. At first I had difficulties with entering the building, so the manager, Mr Manousos, contacted me to ask if everything was OK and told me to call him if I had any questions. The receptionist was also kind and helpful. All in all, my mini-holiday in Rethymno was relaxing and luxurious, thanks to Omma Suites. I will definitely come back.

We had the pleasure of staying at Omma Suites, and it was an experience that exceeded all my expectations. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel at home. The location is superb, offering breathtaking views on the beach. The suites themselves are spacious, beautifully decorated, and equipped with every modern convenience you could need. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep after a day of exploring the surroundings. What truly sets Omma Suites apart, however, is the service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of my stay was perfect. They were attentive, friendly, and always willing to help with any request, making me feel truly pampered throughout my stay. The amenities at Omma Suites are also top-notch. I particularly enjoyed the whirlpool with its stunning views—it was the perfect place to unwind. The breakfast served each morning was delicious and offered a wide variety of options, catering to every taste.

The suit was amazing the lady at the reception was really nice and helpful I accidentally booked with a child not noticing it’s adults only and they allowed me to stay :) the only thing I would not recommend is the breakfast, the breakfast is at a restaurant next to the hotel the options are really limited and the staff at the restaurant aren’t the nicest , get your own breakfast you can find many restaurants around the hotel

The location of the suites are perfect. You can directly watch down on the shopping streets. Also there are about 20 restaurants within 200 meters. The room was spectacular, and the balcony was also really beautiful. The staff was always really nice and helpful.

The only thing that’s not positive about this place is, that you can slightly hear the music from the streets.

Exceptional stay at Rethymno was due to very attentive staff and the manager who created a special atmosphere of being always taken care of. The suites are located in the centre of the town, which makes the sightseeing easy. The balcony overlooks the central street, which makes the stay very interesting as you may observe the local life. I would also like to mention cleanliness and the smell of freshness in the room, and the bed was very comfortable.
