Amazing view from the balcony, that also has a seating area. The beds were one of the best we slept on. They were so good it made us oversleep on check out day so we had to rush with all the packing. The bathrooms are very small and if you're not careful, it's easy to flood them with your shower. But having two bathrooms available despite the small size of accomodation was really great. The whole place was spotless, there's AC in every room. Coffee maker, glasses, fridge and toiletries were also available. The staff is very pleasant and helpful. There were no issues with wifi either. TV available in both rooms. Honestly we had a great time at Faros.

Tidy and clean, located on harbour front at Old Port. Wonderful view with balcony and window facing harbour. Good place to stay for the value. This area of Rethymno has a lot to offer visitors, lovely restaurants, lively bars and alleyway shopping are so close. Thank you for early check in. Helpful staff. Went to beach lounges run by Gorgina Taverna €10. SeaJet goes to Santorini. Ate at Samaria

The only thing I didn’t like was the bathroom was very tiny and to have a shower to water was everywhere because there is no glass around it. It would be good for someone large it would be difficult

This was perfectly located in the old town with a wonderful view over the sea and beach! We order double room with balcony but we get trippel room with terrace instead and that was much better!! Order that! Very spacious with table and nice decorated outside the room and we could open and close the big windows after the weather. That gave us an extra room! And perfect to eat food or play games. Aircondition. Free water and coffee/tea. Refrigerator. The price was low for all this! And when we leave we got a nice gift, that have I never got before!! Free carparking close to the fortress, only few minutes to the hotel. Nice personal.

A bit old and the bathroom was small, but very clean. So no problem.

The location is fantastic. Close to the old town and beaches. Lots of great restaurants nearby. Our apartment was a great size, really comfortable. The staff were wonderful and helpful.

The shower pressure. Otherwise, it was fantastic.

Perfect location, the rooms were well-equipped and it looked as if they were renovated not long ago, the host was super friendly and welcoming, and lastly the views from the balcony - we had a view on the harbour and it was amazing

it was a little bit loud at nights because of the restaurants right below the windows but the location was worth it 🙂

The view is amazing and the location is great. Even though it is in the center, it was not noisy inside in the evening. The staff is friendly and the air conditioning does a good job at keeping it cool at night.

Water pressure in the bathroom was very low and we didn’t have warm water sometimes.

The hotel is in a perfect position, near a really good fish restaurant, the old town, beaches, shops and other restaurants. We had booked a standard room, which is tiny, but on the second day we could move to a sea-view room for 20 euros extra, totally worth it! The room was bigger and the view amazing.

The bathrooms are really tiny but I think is a common problem on the island.

the position was fabulous right in the middle of the action meters from the beach and the lighthouse shops and restaurants bars and a taxi stand, tha full sea and harbour view from the balcony pleasant to sit and watch the passing parade yet quiet at night the lady at the desk Nicoletta, even washed my clothes! Amazing place has a lift to upper floors

i have mobility problems and there was a step up into bathroom woudn't be a problem for anyone else the place is wonderful and inexpensive.

Hotel with standard rooms at a reasonable level of comfort and cleanliness. However, all of that was overshadowed by the fantastic view from the window and the incredibly convenient location that offered the best vantage point of the entire city. Staying here was definitely worth it. We enjoyed our time there, and from the balcony overlooking the square, we even got to catch glimpses of street performers and musicians occasionally putting on shows.
