The location is excellent overlooking the Old Port which is very buzzy and full of life but no blaring music so slept very well. Lovely atmosphere. Really good fresh fish restaurants all around the little harbour. From the entrance at the back of the property straight into the old town, so plenty to walk around in the evenings. Beach 15 min walk and plenty of tours, taxi's, car hire close by. Really friendly, helpful owner. Everything you need in apartment. Would definitely stay here again. Quality bed. The apartment was regularly cleaned which was unexpected bonus as an apartment and not a hotel. Thank you Nikos.

Was a bit of a battle to get access when we arrived late at night. (+-11pm) Eventually a helpful bar owner nearby helped us by phoning the property manager. It was a misunderstanding as the door codes were emailed to us on the day of our travel, but we didn't have any internet available when we travelled, so didn't get the message. Some constructive criticism, rather send the door access codes 2 days prior, because internet availability is difficult while traveling.

Location is of course great, and while there are restaurants below we had no issues with smells or late-night noise. You have the quiet harbour view to the front balcony, and the entrance door to the rear opens to the bustling old town. The apartment was clean and the furnishings good.Toilets and air-con units on both levels. The manager got in touch after our plane landed, and opened the door remotely when we arrived -- everything went smoothly..

Nothing not to like -- but I'd recommend taking some excursions out of Rethymnon if you need a break from the bustling tourist scene. South coast beaches like Plakias are just 40 minutes' scenic drive away.

The apartment exceeded our expectations - it looked great in the photos but it’s even better once you get there. The views from the balcony are lovely and the apartment itself is well decorated and well equipt. Our host, Nick was really friendly and helpful. The location is perfect, lovely shops and restaurants nearby. We spent quite a bit of time on Rethymno beach which was beautiful. Sandy beach with crystal blue water and even a beach bar. Lots of sun beds available - we did visit in September though so I’m not sure if this would still be the case during school holiday season. I would definitely recommend anyone to stay here!

The single snag was that the flush on the toilet in the downstairs bathroom would occasionally stick but you only have to flush it a few times and it sorts itself out.

Our stay at Porto Enetiko Suites was truly wonderful. The view of the harbor is absolutely stunning, and the little loft is beautifully designed with attention to every detail. Having two bathrooms was an incredible convenience, especially for a short stay. The host, Nektarios, was extremely kind and helpful — he explained everything clearly and even recommended some great restaurants. Rethymno itself is a beautiful city, full of charm, and this accommodation is a perfect base to discover it. Highly recommended!

We had an amazing stay at this apartment! The location couldn’t be better right in the center of Rethymno, within walking distance to everything. The apartment itself was spotless, beautifully maintained, and very comfortable. What really made our stay exceptional was our host, Nick. He went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and made us feel truly welcome. His hospitality added a personal touch that made our trip even more special. Highly recommend this place we’ll definitely be back!

Nick is a great host and a wonderful person, we spent a week in Porto Enetiko Suites, the room was super clean, the view from the balcony it’s spectacular! Nick welcomed us when we arrived and he answered to every questions we had before our arrival and also during our stay. I would recommend this fantastic place to whoever visits Rethymno! Beautiful apartment right on the water within the old city pedestrian zone, close to old city attractions and vibrant restaurant scene. View was superb, energy of restaurants just below was palpable. Immaculately clean, with a large soaking tub upstairs next to a king bed, and two well appointed bathrooms with nice showers, and full kitchen, which we did not use.

We had a rental car and parking is not provided, but we were able to drop bags at door and found public parking one block north at the waterfront lot with a very reasonable daily rate.

Amazing location and beautiful view. The balcony is amazing for people watching or relaxing with a drink in the evening. The room is modern and light, gets the morning sun. You feel like you’re right in the centre of the old town and within walking distance of hundreds of amazing restaurants. Nick was great at answering any questions and helping to assist with late check out/storing our bags. Would recommend this place to anyone looking to stay a few days in Rethymno old town.

Only tiny thing that was missing was some sort of towel rail or hook to hang up the large bath towels!

Location, close to everything we need such as restaurants, shops, bus, taxis and close to the port to catch the ferry was within walking distance. Had air conditioning and most importantly washing machine and a place to dry them.

Stairs at entrance to go up / down - therefore you must be able to carry your luggage down when leaving. Overall everything was all good.
