Excellent location a stone's throw from the maze of alleyways of the old town. If you are travelling by car, there is a quite big paid parking right in front. Our room was cool and quiet, the beds comfortable.

Unfortunately, two couples of rude neighbours woke us up at 6.45 in the morning, talking and laughing loudly outside their room (right under our window). Despite the fact that the person at reception had heard the noise and even after my report, she did not intervene in any way to remind her guests how to behave in a hotel.

As it would be our first time in Crete and especially in Rethymno our friends proposed to us the Ink Hotels, which are conveniently located in the Old Town of Rethymno! From the first sight, you were able to receive the vibe of coziness and also the warm welcome received from the very friendly staff! Our room was an exception-spacious apartment with a unique decoration! Furthermore, the room was very clean and the housekeeping ladies were so well behaved!! Moreover, as per the guys in the reception from the first minute till the end of our stay were so helpful and shared with us so many recommendations, which helped us to explore and discover the hidden gems of the city! With no doubt, we cherished our stay so much and we can't wait to come back again !

We really loved the hotel room and very friendly staff. There very many items like sopa, shower gel, soaps, water, tea etc. It was very clean, comfortable and the staff was helpful and nice. We could leave our leave at the reception desk for many hours after check out. We really recommend it! It is close to everything and old town.

It was a bit loud cause there are bars and clubs just downstairs. But in the room there were earplugs so it was great:)

Perfect location for us at the edge of old city and the harbour. Parking just opposite (paid but OK). Attractions in a walking distance. Good size rooms with sea view.

Not that we did not expect it or didn't know but must mention noise from nearby bars going deep into the night. It was OK for us though.

Cozy small hotel in a beautifully renovated building. Loved the courtyards :) Even in the very old town, it was quiet at night and we had a good rest. The room and bathroom were very clean.

Shower space and the space where the toilet is setup was very narrow. It is satisfactory for small to medium sized person. However, larger or wide shouldered people would find it uncomfortable.

Too noisy in the night but probably to be expected as the location is smack in the middle beginning of the harbour port.

The location was great, right on the waterfront. The room was comfy and nicely decorated. The staff helped us with taxis and storing luggage and we're very friendly.

The courtyard was amazing. The rooms had features from old building in them and were so charming. Shower was amazing. Bed was comfy. Hot tub was great!

Noise outside window after midnight but they did provide earplugs!

We had an amazing time staying here! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and the rooms were clean with daily maid service including new towels. We would absolutely stay here again when we come back to Crete and could not recommend it enough! Thanks for contributing to an amazing trip :)
