Nice rooms in a very central position in the old town, one of the rooms has a cute roof terrace and the other one has a small balcony with a table and two chairs. The bathrooms aren't big but functional with comfortable showers. We appreciated the complimentary kit including fresh water in the fridge.

The check-in instructions were not clear, we went to the address found in the reservation, but the hotel reception was at a different address, although this was never mentioned in the communications with the hotel so it took us a while to figure out what to do. After a phone call one of the hotel employees arrived with our keys and he was very kind in showing us the rooms. The stairs to get to the room on the last floor are very narrow, it wasn't an issue for us since we were traveling with cabin backpacks but could be inconvenient if you are traveling with big and heavy luggage

The room was very nice and clean. The rooms are located in the old town which is a very convenient but very hard to find a parking.

- Booking location not accurate! There are 3 different locations and the main reception is in a different location not very far). I think they should clarify this because you can’t guess it on your own if you’re not doing the self check in. - The check in opens at 15:00. We went there at 16:15 and the room wasn’t ready yet, which was unacceptable. We kept waiting there for 1-1.5 hour - Very hard to find a parking spot and especially FREE.

The room is located in the center of Rethymno Old town and it was really convenient with many restaurants/coffee shops/ bars around. The staff was polite and really helpful. Last but not least, I believe it's a value for money room

There was no space for airing out our swimwear in our room, which was quite disturbing. I mean it's summer and we are in Crete, it's obvious that somewhere we must leave our swimwear and towels to be sun-dried. Also, the shower was over floating sometimes due to the lack of proper sealing on the shower door. Although the room seemed to be given a great effort, it needs some improvements in order to be great.

This room was nice and comfy for our stay of two nights. The position is very good and smart for visit the centre, is a little bit difficult to find a free parking but we were lucky. It was clean and modern, maybe the bathroom was little and also the room, i can recommand if you have to stay only few nights.

It is a bit noisy as there are reataurants directly downstairs - which was totally not a problem for us, since we do not mind the noise (it adds to the ambiance).

Modern and well organised room with plenty of space.

The window and balcony is overlooked by nearby apartments and is noisy being directly above an outdoor restaurant. Disliked having to check in at another location and then forced to return the key there.

The place is a bit hidden in an alley. Took me a bit of time to find it. The was a bit of noise from the outside and from other guests: the doors and walls are paper thin.

Spacious modern but still charming room above a gorgeous family owned taverna in the quiet alley of the Old Town. Close to the Venetian harbour and a string of beaches, fun and funky bars and huge variety of stores with pretty hidden alleyways to explore.

Nothing, was perfect

loved this property! it was super cute, clean, nice balcony and bathroom and great value for money. I’d 100% percent come back and stay here.

one male staff I found a bit rude - check in was at 3pm and my friend and I arrived at 2.30pm and I was feeling very upset and stressed at the time due to personal reasons and I really needed some privacy/space and asked if I could check in a bit earlier and he immediately says no you can’t you can wait until 3. He doesn’t offer or says anything and so we both say there and we had to remind him at 3 if we can go to our room now and he just had an attitude and just made the situation worse. If it wasn’t for the rude service I would’ve rated this a 10, otherwise everything else was great!

This little gem is tucked away down a narrow alley, just off the bustling streets, where you can find plenty of restaurants, bars and shops. I would definitely recommend and stay again. Great value for money.
