Very central. Well designed rooms and clean, comfortable beds.

Lack of information concerning the parking possibilities in Rethymno in general. A hotel like this must explain where to park the car knowing that it does not have one. I would suggest putting clear information about how parking works in rethymno, all possibilities, and not limiting to “look for a private paying one” (we can do this by ourselves). I would also suggest the cleaning service to be more silent in the morning (one is on holidays, it doesn’t make sense to wake up at 7:30/8:00).

What didn’t I like???? The room itself was bright, airy and decorated in an upmarket, contemporary style. The view across the seafront was so pretty and a joy to wake up to. The shower was unreal! Never known water pressure like it in Greece. The bed, my goodness, so soft and at the same time, so supportive! The room was tremendous value for money. Oh, and the location could not have been more central, directly in the middle of the old town and it’s charming labyrinth of winding streets leading to the stunning Venetian harbour front. The staff were all so welcoming and helpful, they really made me feel like they wanted me there.

It is in a slightly noisy area but the rooms are well sound-proofed so any noise is marginal.

The hotel is situated right in the heart of the city, making it incredibly convenient to explore all that Rethymno has to offer. Whether you’re interested in the historical sites, local shops, or fantastic restaurants, everything is just a short walk away. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable. From the lobby to the rooms, everything was spotless and well-maintained. It was clear that the staff takes great pride in keeping the hotel in top condition. The rooms were comfortable and equipped with all the amenities you might need for a relaxing stay.

Very pleasant and helpful staff who attended to our many requests, including changing from room with a city view to one with a beach view. Great air conditioning to make the room cool during the night. Close to the beach and the old town centre

The hotel is above a row of restaurants, so it can get quite noisy at night when people are partying - ear plugs help to block out the noise

The hotel is very well located, and you can tell it has been carefully renovated. The rooms are spacious, and the bathrooms are new. I had an issue with the reservation, as I thought I had booked a different room. However, as soon as I communicated my wish to switch to a room on a single level, they helped me and quickly found a solution. I really liked the service attention .

It was probably because I booked the wrong room, but I ended up reserving a two-level room, which was a bit uncomfortable. The bedroom faced a wall and felt somewhat dimly lit. However, as said before, as soon as I contacted the hotel, they quickly resolved the issue and offered me another room that met my expectations.

Everything was good, the location was perfect, right in the main street, near the beach and the restaurants. It was very noisy outside, but when you closed the windows it cancelled all the noise . The room was lovely, very clean and had all the amentaties you need. The girl from the desk was lovely and helpfull. We will definetly come back.

Because of the location, there was no posibility of parking, but we parked the car in the night in the port parking, its like 5-6 min of walking from the hotel and we payed like 6 euro/night, so it was okay afterall.

I loved the decoration of the apartment, how clean it was, and how convenient it was to open your door and be just right at the heart of the old city. Also the staff were too polite and always willing to help.

The wall with the next room was too thin and unfortunately the family staying there was making too much noise. At least that was only happening during the evening hours and it did not affect our sleep.

Mito Suites was amazing. Self check in worked very well when we arrived after hours. We were so impressed with our room, lots of space for hanging clothes and storing our belongings. We loved the shower and mezzanine too. The area was very quite and couldn't be closer to restaurants, shops and a short walk to the beach. Thank you also to reception for lending us an iron and looking after our luggage the morning we left! We would highly recommend to stay here.

I recently stayed at Mitos Suites which is perfect for travellers seeking comfort and convenience. Top-notch facilities, including free Wi-Fi, fridge, hair dryer, air conditioning,cozy bed,modern and clean room . All these make a value for money room.Located in the heart of Rethymnos Old Town, you'll have easy access to restaurants, shops, and attractions.

Please note, the only downside is the staircases which can be a bit challenging if you have heavy luggage.

Very friendly, flexible and helpful staff. The room was lovely, well equipped and clean. Nice view on the harbour. Very well located, directly on the harbour, in a pedestrian area, everything is accessible by foot, no car needed to visit the city. Due to the pedestrian area, taxis are only allowed to stop in front of the hotel until 11 am. Later access is by foot only.

This part of the harbour is extremely noisy all night long. So the sea view has a price. Maybe the rooms with a street view are quieter.
