My initial encounter with the front desk person 7am-7pm on Friday could be better. She was being unnecessarily hostile as she explained the checkin requirements. And I responded in kind. Ultimately, her boss? came by and stood by her while she continued the checkin process. Everyone else was superfriendly and accommodating. My next encounter with the same front desk person was pleasant too.

- Nice large room (45m2) with big windows - Close to bus, tram, metro (we walked to city centre every day and/or Danube river) - I read comments about heating not working or loud street noise : heating worked perfectly for us and it’s ajustable. Regarding the noise, we had a room on 4th floor over Osvat Utca which is probably quieter than facing big main street. No complaints on our end. - There’s a small fridge, microwave, coffee machine, kettle and most of what you need. - Bed is comfortable and there’s 3 pillows per person - We had breakfast outside but it’s 12 euros per person per day. - Only a couple minutes by foot to Lidl

- No view, simply on construction site. But since it was cold and we didn’t use terrace; was fine. - We found it expensive but was also during holiday season.

The room was awsome. Big and specious. All the big and all the small stuff were there (from kithen apliences to small kits for everithig you might need, like sawing of shoe cleaner for example). Super clean. You can go to breakfast at NYC Cafe, highly recomend, best breakfast! Terace was big, you can see half the city.

The big intersection had a lot of hoboes, but after a fee days walikg through the city: that is the case on all intersections. Nothing happened, but be carefull (girls and kids especially)

Spacious condos, instead of just hotel rooms. Ours had a full kitchen including clothes washer microwave and oven.

The Smart televisions were useless to us. They appeared to have been freshly installed and perhaps not programmed or set up properly. We could not access any channels, were unable to stream anything from our (north american) phones, what little instructions there were, were only in Hungarian, and there was no way to access local television, which I would have appreciated if only for the background noise it would have provided.

We love everything about the hotel. Very attentive to details, very spacious and staff were very friendly. We had a surprise mini cake for our wedding anniversary on the first day. The hotel made our stay so special. Coming with a year old toddler, they also provide a mini keycard, a soft toy for us too which really impressed us a lot. We jungly recommended the hotel. The location is accessible to everything, shopping mall, Metro, restaurants or supermarket .

Hotel is in a good location where you can easily access to everywhere by using red metro line. It is also possible to go fashion street by walking. Personel is very polite and try to help you for your requests. Thanks to Mrs Emese for her help and professional hospitality.

There was a construction in front of the hotel. Whenever we opened the window or our curtain, we directly came face to face with employees. Thats why the curtains of our room were closed during our stay.

This was one of the most comfortable rooms I've stayed in Budapest. In particular, I love the bed and the fact that the air conditioning works wonderfully, which is not always the case, even in costly hotels. I had a studio and was pleasantly surprised to find out that it even had a washing machine. The studio had a wonderful large table that could be used for dinner or for working as well as a wonderful sofa and the above noted very comfortable bed.

Unfortunately the location was not as good. The hotel itself and its entrance are located in a quiet side street but Blaha Luiza tér is very busy and not upscale. I had high hopes from the fact that there's a supermarket next door (Lidl), but that supermarket is not very nice at all, so I would suggest guests walk a little bit more and go to other locations a few blocks away. I also noted that the lobby was extremely small, but I believe it is because they are building and we'll probably have a larger lobby opening soon.

Everything was perfect, Large bathrooms fully equiped, comfortable beds, large spaces,friendly staff, it smells nice, only thing that was not so cosy was the lobby bar if I really have to give a remark. The best part was the size of the room and the bathroom which where fully equiped, good hair dryer, spacious shower, but then again I booked the appartment condo, I don't know about the standard rooms. Location was also good, next to the Baha metro and tramway so you can get anywhere easily from there.

The bathtub could have been cleaner.

Greeted by such friendly and helpful staff, it was a wonderful welcome to the city. Hotel was stylish and classy, clean and comfortable, excellent location with public transport links.

First night was fine, but the second night there were people (other guests) on our floor making so much noise, between 12 and 2am. Don't know what they were doing but it was horrible. Not the hotel's fault, there are inconsiderate people all over the world, this was my bad luck

Wonderful big rooms with sliding glass doors to the balconies. We were facing the inner courtyard and it was really quiet there even though the building is near to busy crossroads. The kitchen was well equipped. It's a real help that there is a day and night reception - no complicated apps for getting access to the apartment. The staff were very kind. We were given a free upgrade - a luxury appartment, but the smaller appartments look good too.
