Lovely view, nice decor, open concept, cozy window seats, nice smell

We didn't have self check out instructions when we got there and we were very tired, so it was confusing. Parking was difficult. It would have been nice to know that we had to climb the stairs as I have knee issues and other visitors may have more serious mobility issues. There were only European outlets, which we weren't aware of until we arrived, so I ended up staying in our vehicle to charge a phone so we could wake up in the morning.

Apartment was spacious enough for 7 adults and location was good. It was a 20 minutes walk from the BSI Terminal where flybus dropped us. There is a coin laundry walking distance and main places to visit is walkable. Place was clean and kitchen well equipped. Could have used extra blanket and pillows since there were only 6 sets. But we made do with sharing.

We had bad luck checking in. There was another couple already there in the same unit who took our keys in the self-check in box at the same time. But they knew the got the wrong unit because they booked a unit for 2 person. After some drama and calling the contact number, the couple finally figured out they were in the wrong building and handed us the key. It would be nice to have extra pillow & blanket since the unit is for 7 people but only 6 sets of blanket and pillow.

The location was great - a quiet side street easily walkable to the main streets of the city. The size of the apartment was good and the beds were reasonably comfortable. Everything worked and was in good condition. The window seats in the living room and bedroom were fantastic and unexpected.

The big issue was the lack of blackout curtains in the bedrooms. The window shades were cheap and made of paper and did a poor job of keeping out the long summer sun. This made sleeping more difficult than it needed to be.

Fantastic location in the centre of Reykjavik so we were able to walk everywhere. Near to shops for breakfast. Enough space for five as we were only there for brief periods. Well equipped kitchen, good Wifi. Clear instructions for arrival and parking.

It wasn't that easy to park in Zone 3 as we arrived late in the evening - we parked in Zone 2 and then moved the car in the morning in order to pay a little less. Broken tap in the bathroom (it worked fine but it was very wobbly) More pillows please!

The appartment is very well equipped, very clean and very central. We were very pleased with it. Its a lovely modern appartment, 7 min walk into the centre where there are fab restaurants, shops etc. There's a supermarket within 5 mins walking distance, and its only a 15 min walk to the port . The beds and pillows were really comfy, the kitchen is well equipped, it even has a dishwasher.

There's a smell from the drain in the bathroom , not very pleasant but apparently this is not specific to this appartment, its a general problem in the area.

We like the flat, the location and the facilities provided. It is near the city centre, restaurants and shops! Nearest Bus stops are Bus Stop No. 6 & 8. We found the fastest walking route to Bus stop 8, which was great! But, some of the facilities in the flat need improvement. For instance, extractor fan in the bathroom to stop steam and smell. Double socket to the left of the hob for coffee maker toaster and kettle. An extension wire shouldn’t go over the electric hob! Instructions on how to use the coffeemaker - We did work it out eventually. Thanks.

Great location. Convenient. Parking was easy enough close to the property. Check in instructions were detailed. Rooms were clean and spacious enough. Facilities in the apartment were good.

We booked for a group of 5 adults and 5 children. Only bedding for 8 though. We found a small fold up sofa bed in a wardrobe cupboard but it couldn’t be assembled as it was faulty so one child slept on its mattress which was fine. The 10th person had no bed. They shouldn’t have taken the booking for 10. I tried to email, ring, message in the Ap but got no response. They were probably too embarrassed as I can’t imagine how they were going to magic up another bed. Emails from accommodation say any issues please ring etc but I found all avenues got no response. Extremely disappointing they couldn’t even respond.

Very spacious room! Easy check in, amazing amazing location!!!! CANNOT STRESS HOW GREAT THIS LOCATION IS. Had kitchen and all other amenities you need. TV, sofa and window nooks, also dining table. Had everything!! We had a lot of cozy days here. Loved it.

Showers are TINY and stinks horribly of sulfur. The window in the room that had a bathroom, the lock is broken so it banged all night from the wind. Parking IS NOT FREE.

The location is great. Very close to Rainbow street and Hallgrímskirkja. The harbor area is also close by. A number of restaurants are within walking distance. The instructions for picking up the key came a few days in advance so that process was easy. We had the "luxury" apartment which was on the 2nd floor (up 1 flight of stairs). Parking was relatively easy with both P2 and P3 parking nearby which was free overnight.

The bedrooms were a little small and no place to really set up our luggage. It was the only place we stayed with a kitchen that did not have paper towels. We sent a message to check if there might be some around and it went unanswered (It wasn't that urgent so I did not try to call them directly).

The location was incredible for accessing a lot of the downtown areas of Reykjavik - located just a couple of blocks off of the rainbow street. The street itself is nice and quiet and street parking nearby was crowded but not impossible to find. Overall the space was small but comfortable for our group of 5 adults and everything was extremely clean. Check-in/out was efficient and the host communicated all the instructions very clearly.
