Lovely, comfortable room in a fantastic location at the bottom of the rainbow street. Good facilities in the room for making breakfast/tea/coffee with access to a shared kitchen. The host was able to tell me where to park nearby also which was helpful!

I had some difficulty initially with the door code but my husband used it with no issue. We found that pressing * before entering the code helped which might be good to point out to others. We saw others having issues with their codes and also one night I could hear someone having difficulty using their door code in the middle of the night so it seems to be a common issue! Wasn't major for us but just to note.

Ive been coming to Iceland for the last 2 years and have spend many nights in different hotels. And ive got to say B14 was amazing! Best quality I've had for this price range. The location is really good! Like really you cant get any more central. The beds are comfy, the space was very clean, the shower was good and all the amenities were there!

The only thing I can mention was the isolation between 2 rooms, we could hear people speaking through the wall but maybe our neighbor was just a loud talker

Room was modern clean and comfortable. Bed was cozy. The common area facilities were fantastic with added extras such as cereals provided and tea and coffee. Access to a dryer was a plus after the rainy weather. And balcony was nice large space. Central location good. Lots of useful information provided in booklet about the surrounding area. Bar downstairs if you like a drink but could not hear this so didn't disturb your sleep.

Glass windows facing others flats with only net curtains covering windows mean can be seen through window so not very private. Triple room was not really triple as shown on website pictures There was not enough space to pull the sofa bed out.

I stayed in room 5, top floor no elevator so it was a bit of an exercise to get upstairs. The room is good, clean, the bathroom clean but a bit small if you’re a bigger/taller person. Good facilities in the main/shared kitchen, including washing machine.

Only a minor thing, is that you need to press the doorlock code in with your nails rather than fingertips, because else it won’t recognize the number. The city center of Reykjavik has apparently turned into a pretty touristic destination, but thankfully the windows were thick enough to mute drunken passers by during the night time. 5 minute walk from Harpa conference venue and even shorter from busstop 6.

Wonderful location, right in the middle of restaurants and shops! The place was clean and very comfortable with a wonderful heating system that was so welcoming on a cold rainy night. Owner very responsive to our many phone calls…

It was not what my 62 yr old mind could picture from Booking. com pictures. More like an upscale hostel for adults than traveling college kids. No elevator which has been never been a problem for me, however two flights of circular staircase with a large suitcase ( heading on a 10 day cruise) was a bit much. No place to leave bags when arrive early ( flight from US had us in at 0630). Code for door entry was easily overwhelmed ( my husband & I are fairly sophisticated in these matters) which resulted in calls to owner.

Lovely central location. Really nice room. Very thoughtful staff. Kind abd easy to communicate with.

We had an alarm go off in the middle of fhe night on our first night. This was not the fault of the host and though jt was a minor inconvenience, assistance came quickly and the host very thoughtfully left a written card to apologise for the inconvenience. That level of kindness is rare and it was really nice of the hosts to give a thoughtful gesture.

Beds were very comfortable and the service was very good. Good sound isolation for a place right in the middle of party life, we were there on saturday for a birthday and went down town, we didnt go out for long and went to sleep while people were still out partying, you almost can't hear the party people outside.

The sink in the bathroom was very small, not possible to do anything but wash your hands. I wanted to wash my face but that was very hard.

Location was great! Keyless entry great - accidentally keyed in wrong a couple of times and was locked out (nice security feature) but the host was very responsive and got me back in within a minute. The giant common area was amazing although we didn’t really have a chance to use it. Would have loved to wash some clothes if I had the time. The location amazing… steps away from great food and live entertainment!

Bathroom and shower tiny!

The location was amazing and the property was stylishly cool. I traveled with my 3 teen sons and we all fit nicely in the quad room. Plenty of nearby parking, restaurants, stores,etc. Easy check in and check out.

The washer and dryer are conveniently located in the main living area but very time I went to use the dryer, there was stuff left in it- not sure if it was the staff or other guests but eventually I just folded a load of towels that was in the dryer and left it on top so I could dry our clothes before our flight. Otherwise everything was as great!

The room was very nice, bed was comfortable. It was great having a washer and dryer and nice kitchen to have breakfast in mornings. The location was absolutely perfect.

The bathroom was a little small and we could hear the people snoring in the room next to us but, they only overlapped one night. The security pad was a little tricky but we eventually got the hang of it.
