Good location a few minutes away from rainbow street. Easy and quick communication with staff. We arrived an hour early and when we asked to check in earlier, they allowed us to do so.

There was no way to regulate the temperature as the thermostat in the apartment was not working. Heating was working but we couldn’t adjust the heat on the panel and it ended up being often too hot. We had to open windows in a huge blizzard. A few stains on sheets- made me doubt about their cleanliness. We couldn’t turn off the lights in the bathroom, had to close the door while sleeping but since we couldn’t regulate heating, bathroom ended up being super hot in the morning.

We were able to park very close to the accommodations. This place is right where we wanted to be, even though we didn't know it. Probably 50 steps to the shops and the restaurants bars. We forgot some stuff in the apartment, and they were kind enough to grant us access to retrieve the items. We would stay here again.

Very difficult to find at first glance. I should have done more research on how at access the property. Had a hard time with the wifi, but honestly we had very little need to access it. Washing machine did not work properly and the unit needs a deep cleaning because the unit smelled of mold.

Convenient location, can walk to everything. Good size apartment. Close to Bonus grocery store so we could make our own meals. Very clean, comfy beds, Netflix was a bonus, love that there is a washer and dryer. Cute and cozy.

Outside the apartment is kind dumpy and dirty. It's kind of sketchy looking. They should clean it up because the inside is great. Regardless of the outside I would still recommend it. I just wish we had been warned because it really shocked us when we saw it for the 1st time. We were told that if the room was cleaned, we could get an early check-in. We saw the cleaning lady leave, and she told us it was clean, but when we messaged management, they said we would have to pay to check in 45 mins early. I have never heard of being charged to check in an hour early when the room is ready. We were very tired and had been up for over 18 hours by then and felt this was extremely unfair.

The property was very well located. Right near the Main Street with bars and restaurants. The property also had plenty of amenities to ensure we had a comfortable stay. It was very good value for money.

There are only a matter of issues with the property but for the most part, they are completely out weighed by the positives. The negatives, you can hear the nightlife through the apartment on a weekend, the carpet on the floor is a bit rough but not necessarily uncomfortable under foot.

This is a great apartment in a prime location. Easy check-in with a door code, though there is a pre-arrival process of providing ID and card pic, which went smoothly. Tea and coffee and washing powder provided, along with Bathroom supplies. The shower itself is great, a rainfall with classic Icelandic Hot Springs water all the time! Comfortable living room, decent table, wi-fi was fine. The only comment is the bed is two singles together, which was fine but not ideal ;-)

The apartment was great all round, the only criticism might be a lack of 'Things to do in Reykjavik' info handily scattered around?

Awesome location! Close to everything and it's a great starting point for any adventures throughout Iceland. Countless number of restaurants and bars nearby. Really couldn't ask for a better location. The apartment was very nice and comfortable. Has everything you need for a family in it.

No parking at the apartments. The parking house next door is a little pricey, but I definitely recommend splurging and parking there for ease. You can find parking for free near the church, but a 10 minute walk in rain/sleet and slippery sidewalks going uphill the entire time isn't the funnest. We started early a few mornings on our drive and parking in the garage was so much easier for lugging things back and forth as needed.

Location was perfect. The apartment had everything you could need and was very clean. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

The bathroom door had swelled and we struggled to open and close it without it making an awfully loud noise. I've look at previous reviews from August and it had been mentioned there, so disappointing this hadn't been sorted.

The location of the property was fantastic really close to rainbow street & the other attractions of the city. It is also a good location quite close pick up location for tours you may do. The beds were really comfy and the facilities were great. Really easy to use the code to get in and out of the property and felt safe.

Maybe some thicker duvet but wasn’t cold because the heating was on!

The apartment was well maintained and clean when we arrived. The bath was modern and very nice. Having a stovetop, dishwasher and washer/dryer was a huge plus. Wifi was good. Location was awesome near the city center and several bus stops.

There was some minor wear and tear on the furniture and carpet. Fridge was small, but fine for our usage. Door code keypads were sometimes finicky to use.

This apartment is in the centre of the touristy part of Reykjavik. A bus stop where tour companies stop to collect patrons for tours is about 2 minutes walk. Kronan supermarket is less than 10 minute walk. Apartment contains everything that is required including a washing machine/dryer. The online manual to explain everything about the apartment is excellent.

The automatic light in the bathroom that doesn't stay on for very long, frequently leaving us in the dark.
