Huge spotlessly clean apartment, a short 5 min walk into the centre. Beds really comfortable in fully blackout room (for the midnight sun!) . Carpark opposite felt like a very safe and easy place to leave the hire car, easy to pay and good value

Overall, no serious complaints, it was great. However just a few small things. I think it would be good if this apartment provided a couple of dishwasher tablets for free. People who are staying a few nights do not need to purchase such things in bulk, and it would be a nice touch if you chooe to eat in. Likewise there was nothing to easily wash up with, for example a scowering sponge. The twin room could do with a bedside light, as just overhead light there makes bedtime feel less gentle! Provide another curtain or blind which pulls the full way across the front window. And sort out the main door code pad

The apartment was very central. heating kept it warm. Bathroom was a good size, towel warmer, kitchen was good & had an oven, good sized stove top. reasonable preparation space. On a busy street but fairly quiet. Bed was comfortable. Small balcony looking up and down the street. Reasonable selection of utensils.Small fridge.

These only small things but could be improvements- Again! after much travel -2 tea towels would be great. One just doesn't do it! Especially when there for 4-5 days. Bath towels getting time for an upgrade! Bit thin! There was no tea, coffee, sugar, milk. Realise it is an apartment but over our travels, have found most apartments offered basics. Would have been nice to perhaps have had some information in a folder? Only one bedside table.

We were 3 friends who chose a one bedroom with king sized bed and a single, roll out bed for the 3rd person. We were sent a key code 2 days before arrival. When we arrived the apartment was clean, well equipped and spacious! The apartment matched the pictures shown online when we booked. All amenities were as stated. Hair dryer, soap/shampoo and conditioner were in the bathroom. Towels and paper products were sufficient for our entire stay. Refrigerator was clean and small appliances were also provided. Dishes, flatware and cups were available and bakeware for oven. We were very pleased with this centrally located apartment. Within walking distance to everything in Reykjavik. Only 2 small blocks from Kronan grocery store, two coffee/pastry shops, restaurants and downtown was all within minutes from the apartment.

The bedroom had 2 closets and one of the closets did not have shelves or drawers which was the only draw back to the entire apartment. To our knowledge, there was no laundry facilities on the property.

We were there for 6 nights. We were a family of 5 and are used to using our towels for 2 showers. We ran low and had to request additional towels. It appeared I would be charged extra for that. Also, tv did not work for the first 5 nights. (We were not counting on watching tv while in Iceland but my teenagers liked their downtime and having a tv to watch is included in the price we pay for the room and should be available.). Also, the parking garage is conveniently located but it is much more expensive than what is advertised. (Depending on how long you leave it parked, of course.)

We had a plane canceled at KEF, and there were NO hotel close to the airport, so we found this apartment, reserved it, and paid a LOT for a round trip bus to go from the airport to "close" to the apartment. We were happy to have a clean, convenienty located apartment for the 5 of us for an unexpected night in Reykjavik. The beds were comfortable, the apartment building had an elevator to get us and our luggage to the 3rd floor, and the Booking.com staff went WAY beyond "basic" to help us find the building, get the correct key code, and get into the building! We were also quite happy to have plenty of towels for all 5 of us to shower.

We thought, from the description, that there was a pull-out sofa bed in the living room. However, it was a sofa...which was not conducive to an adult sleeping on it. Happily, there was a twin-size roll-away bed and linens provided.

Great location for a tourists as it is walking-distance to the main tourist areas in town. The full kitchen was super helpful because we were able to reduce our food costs but preparing our own meals. (There's even a supermarket close by to buy groceries).

It was more of an airbnb experience than a typical hotel experience (door code, self-check-in / out) which is fine if you're used to that kind of thing but some people might be surprised how it works here.

A great home-base for our week in Iceland. To start, they contacted us as soon as the apartment was ready. Such a relief to get an early check in after arriving in the wee hours that morning. The location can't be beat - just a couple of blocks from Rainbow Road, easy access by city bus to regional sites and close to a bus stop for all the day-trip tour companies. Loved having a kitchen and the grocery store is about 1 block away. Cute balcony with a view of roofline colorful Reykjavik rooflines. Bedrooms have good closet space, beds are comfy. Heated towel rack in the bathroom was great for drying clothes that got wet on hikes. We had everything we needed and loved our stay!

Location was terrific. Close to the commercial area and Rainbow Street yet still quiet. Having a grocery store around the corner was a plus. On-site parking was wonderful. Having a keypad (vs a key) made it easy for us to get in and out easily. Neighborhood is very walkable. Apartment had a big living room. Clean kitchen.

The only hiccup was that the porta crib was not in the room when we arrived close to midnight. We called the host # and the porta crib was dropped off and put together in about 10 minutes. Other than that the stay was great.

The apartment was comfortable and in a really excellent location. With Reykjavik being so walkable, we could get to everything we wanted easily. The Parisian bakery next door was closed for holiday, but we did a bakery crawl to Braud, Sandholt, and Baka Baka while walking to the Rainbow road (a block away), the church, the lighthouse, sun voyager, the opera house, etc.

With one parking spot for a couple apartments, we parked there, went to Sky Lagoon, and got back around 10:30 to have it full with another guest. It was hard finding parking that late on the street (free 9pm-9am), so it was stressful. In the morning, that guest left and we parked there, but it's hit or miss depending on who else has booked an apt.

The apartment is spacious and clean. The manager was really helpful in general and let us leave our car in the parking lot for an hour or so after checkout which we really appreciated.

Staff knocked on my door at 8am to ask when we were checking by out. We had arrived the day before and were still really exhausted. I didn’t appreciate being woken up for this. There was a ton of noise late at night, probably from someone checking in late. It was so loud it felt like it was in the apartment. I got for up several times to see if someone had accidentally entered our apartment and my preteenage daughter was too scared to sleep alone. Also was so hot overnight that I had trouble sleeping. There may have been a temperature control somewhere that didn’t think to check before going to bed and couldn’t find in the middle of the night. The furniture was different than the photos
