The hotel boasts a fantastic central location, making it easy to explore the city. The room was impressively spacious, featuring modern and stylish decor. The kitchen was well-equipped with all the essential amenities, ensuring a convenient stay. The staff were exceptionally welcoming and informative, adding to the overall positive experience.

The hob in our room was unfortunately not functional, which was inconvenient. Additionally, having a bath instead of just a shower would have been more practical, as it was quite challenging to bathe our 20-month-old child. There was a loud alarm at 22:00 in the evening, but this was an unavoidable situation and not reflective of the hotel's overall experience.

The location is amazing - right off the main street, practically anywhere you want to go in Reykjavik is within a 5 to 10 minute walk. Comfortable space with a small kitchen, washing machine, awesome rain shower bathroom, and very comfy bed. It was the perfect spot for us to be able explore the sights, shops, and restaurants of Reykjavik. I’d be remiss if I didn’t state that you are downtown - there will be noise. We did not find it to be excessive and did not hear any noise from the units around us which we appreciated. Also, they have extremely limited parking (4 spaces, so good luck). That said, free street parking is available a few blocks away (no more than 5 minute walk) and Reykjavik is amongst the safest cities in the world so you don’t need to worry about your car.

We stayed in the apartments 7-9/2/25. Absolutely fantastic! Literally has everything you need and especially if you’re self catering. Washer/dryer which is great if needed. Super cosy and warm. Location is perfect! Walking distance to everything within Reykjavik centre. Baked cafe is about a 30 second walk for pastries and lovely fresh sandwiches. Rainbow road about a minute away. There’s 4 car parking spaces outside the apartments which are free and on a first come first serve basis which we managed to get a space apart from our last night but wasn’t a problem as parked at other end (probably a minute walk) and just paid for overnight, about £9. Really enjoyed our stay and will stay again.

It was quite loud when other guests above us walking/talking but wasn’t too much of an issue. I would request an apartment on the top floor next time.

Visiting a new destination and choosing accommodation can always be difficult .... these apartments were centrally located and an excellent choice for our family of three. Everything was close by including shops, restaurants, bar and a supermarket for supplies. Eating out in Iceland is expensive so being able to cook in the accommodation was a real bonus. Smart, clean, comfortable and functional. The one bedroom apartment consisted of a bedroom with a very comfy large double bed and living area with comfortable sofa bed. The kitchen, within the living area was small but had a two ring stove, oven and small dishwasher. Plenty of cutlery and crockery for our group (6 of everything). It was well heated and warm. We took day excursions with a local company and pick up was from 'Bus stop 6', a short 5 min stroll from the apartments.

Communication prior on key collection was a little slow and I was not sure how this would work but you go to the hotel side where there is a reception and they provide details on how to access the apartment.

Mixed messages about check in time- check in email contradicted booking.com advert (email said 2pm, booking.com said 3pm) Error in communication regarding how to check in- email on day of arrival at 09:30am advised a message would be sent at 1pm on day of arrival with access information and key code, no email arrived... waited until 3pm and still no email so checked in at the hotel reception, the lady explained they only check you in in-person and that they have now stopped emailing the checkin information

It's located in a great area, however, the apartment we had also overlooked a back street which a lot of people take to walk through, which means there can be some noise from that. Loved the fact that there was a washing machine that we could pop some clothing into after our travels.

Unfortunately, there was a horrific smell in the apartment (and not the sulphur vibe, almost a sewage, fishy vibe)... you kind of adjusted to it, but every time you walk in and out it was quite awful. Check-in was also a bit wobbly, as no instructions are given, and if I were them I'd recommend guest pull up to the rear entrance if that is where they are staying to avoid lugging bags and up and down several flights of stairs.

The location of the apartments is centrally located making easy access to restaurants. The apartment also came well equipped with kitchen cooking items making it easy to do a simple meal on nights that we didn’t want to go out. The bed was very comfortable and even though the apartment is small we never felt cramped. Overall this was a wonderful stay and if we were ever to return to Reykjavík we would definitely stay at this apartment again!

The only minor inconvenience about this apartment was the parking. There are only 4 spots available for parking and if you don’t get one then you have to look for street parking. Not a huge deal as we could always find parking that was close, but it was more convenient to be able to park right at the apartment.

We rented a lovely self-contained apartment which was very clean and wonderful. It had everything we needed and was the perfect place to stay. The location couldn't have been better, right in the heart of the city and close to everything. The staff was brilliant, helpful, and friendly. Really couldn't have asked for more and would definitely stay here again.

The only thing you have to be aware of is parking can be a bit tricky in the area, it is full at night. There are a few spaces behind the hotel which you have a better chance of getting in the morning/day. Make sure to download the Parka app and use it properly if you have to park on the street.

Really good location right in the centre of Reyjavik. Our apartment was in the building opposite the main hotel, so check in was relatively easy. You could also use the hotel bar and spa facilities if you wanted, but we didn't get the chance. The apartment was spacious enough, nice modern building and room, and the bed was very comfortable. There were 5 parking spaces around the back for guests, but these were first come first serve - we were lucky enough to get one on the night we arrived, but otherwise we would have had to pay for on-street parking in the narrow surrounding streets (it's free between 9pm-9am, but can cost quite a bit during the day).

The bathroom smelt a bit damp - it had a nice pebble stone surface to it all, but maybe this also meant it was harder for water to completely drain away

Location was perfect. The key code to enter worked easily and was received via message on time. We had reserved a one bedroom apartment. The apartment was well equipped with washer/dryer, dishwasher, oven, cooking pots/pans, cutlery, etc., The water smells and tastes of Sulphur but this is something which is common in Reykjavik. There are 4 parking spots, and we were not able to get it. For overnight parking, preferably find a P3 parking area or a parking garage.

Lighting could have been better. Kitchen was missing exhaust hood, so while cooking you might need to open up a window to avoid any false alarms. We ended up eating out a lot, so it did not bother us. During summer, when the sun shines at night, the apartment can have light coming in even though there is a window shade. This is unavoidable in all the regions which are located at this latitude.
