Rooms were nice and clean. The Go Green scheme was very good. Breakfast had a lot to offer and filled us up for long day ahead. We did not use the spa facilities as always on the go but we're shown around them when went to nosey. Staff extremely friendly and helpful, especially when I wasn't sure of weather conditions for driving a long distance. This hotel was the perfect place for us to stay for our trip as there was free parking. And when the northern lights did play out you were far enough away from the bright lights of the city to see them.

For me it was that the bar shut at 11 and that was only because I was driving our party everywhere and would have like to have been able to relax at the bar a little longer after a long day.

The hotel has been recently renovated and the interior looks really nice. The rooms are cosy and clean, spatious and featured with anything you might need. Comfortable beds. Excellent breakfast choice.

The staff are a disaster. Starting from the reception where everybody is bored with their work and look as if they were offended with the fact that guests dare to come, through to the cleaning staff who cannot handle their tasks and every day forget to provide something else. I was in Berjaya Natura four years ago for the first time and it was much better in this respect. Returning every year I can only say it is getting gradually worse.

Natura exceeded our expectations. The room is relatively spacious (compared to some others we had stayed in Reykjavik), modern and clean. We stayed there for 3 nights and loved it. The location is 2 km from the city centre but exactly what we were looking for. Plenty of parking lots and just next to tge domestic airport. 1-minute walk to helicopter tour. Satt restaurant offers very nice breakfast, lunch and dinner (with buffet option and a la carte) and we did not need to go dining elsewhere. Will certainly again for our next visit.

Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and well appointed. Breakfast was a generous buffet affair and comprehensive. Although situated next to the city airport we weren't disturbed by it, I suspect due to the low volume of regional aircraft using it. The hotel is about a 15-20 minute walk from the bus station but you can book a shuttle bus extension to your airport bus transfer that will drop you off and pick you up at the hotel reception. There is also a city bus route with a stop by the entrance to the hotel grounds. We were able to check in early, for a small fee. There is a small supermarket on the route to the bus station that proved invaluable for purchasing picnic food. There seemed to be plenty of parking space if you have a car.

I may have missed something, but for the winter traveller, somewhere to easily hang wet coats in the room would have been useful.

The staff was very friendly and helpful and facility very clean, comfortable, and wonderful for our stay. It was conveniently located to everything in Reykjavik within 15 minutes (we had a rental car). Many of the bus tours will also pick from the hotel. The food at the restaurant was very good and you can either have the buffet or order from the menu. There was a nice parking lot at the hotel that is free parking. I would definitely stay again!

The buffet looked good but was expensive. However the menu food was reasonable and excellent quality and very filling.

Well updated interiors. Superb breakfast buffet. Espresso machines in our room plus a self-serve cappuccino/latte maker in the restaurant. Although it’s next to the domestic airport, with windows closed we could barely hear takeoffs & landings. Close to Perlan museum & nice wooded walking trails. Dinner in the restaurant was good.

Not an easy walk to city center. No nearby restaurants or stores. One of our party at dinner asked for a customized burger, but the cook had to make it twice, before serving it 20 minutes after the rest of us had our food. Spa is high- priced.

The hotel was just on the outskirts of Reykjavik very close to the Perlan museum so we walked there on the first day. We had a car and the hotel had a car park which was very helpful. The rooms were clean (twin beds) The breakfast was excellent with loads of choice - similar to Premier Inn buffet style The reception staff were very helpful and knowledgeable which helped us the get the most from the 4 days we had. There was a spa which we didnt have time to try but it looked good

Our daughter is coeliac and we asked for this for breakfast via email and also verbally with reception when we checked in. The restaurant staff weren't aware of it but we got by eventually. Bit of a breakdown in communication but not a major problem

Great hotel at a reasonable price for Iceland. The rooms are comfortable, clean and have a decent size. The mini-fridge is really helpful, especially if you plan to take snacks for tours. Breakfast was also very varied and good. The staff was always very kind and helpful.

It is a bit far from the city centre, and the public transport is not that frequent. Your best options are to walk for 30 minutes (not very pleasant if it’s raining) or take a taxi, which is around 20 EUR. If you are renting a car, then it is perfect.

We had a nice view over the local airport, the facilities were good. The staff were very accommodating. The room was large and well equipped with a coffee maker and kettle. The beds were quite comfortable and had ample blankets. The spa was excellent one of our favourites from a hotel. The staff were very friendly throughout our stay.

Children are only able to access the swimming facilities in the morning 10am to 1pm. Some access in the evening for children, even if only for an hour, would make this hotel better for families. The hair dryers in the room are not very efficient it takes a long time to dry hair.

The Superior Queen room was fantastic. Very clean and modern. Appreciated the L'occitane toiletries that had such a nice relaxing scent. I believe these rooms had newer furnishings. It was a good size and not claustrophobic. Other advantages include being able to head towards the beach with lesser light pollution and see northern lights if you're lucky. It's near-ish the Perlan, just hop on one of the scooters and go for a short ride. The hotel is also one of the pick up points for the tours, so that's great, even though it's away from the city. The tour bus will pick you up right in front of the hotel entrance.

A bit far from the city. Didn't seem to have many restaurant options nearby. Wished it was on a higher floor for a better view of the airport that was beside the hotel. Breakfast was not included which was a bit of a minus as this hotel is a bit further out from the city centre.
