Nice and cozy hotel. Check-in is fast. Location is convenient and near to restaurants, with lots of parking available. There is also a restaurant within the hotel where pre-reservation is needed. Good choice especially during low period where some restaurants are not opened. Room is decently big and comfortable. Food served at breakfast are slightly different from others. Love the herring. :)

it was very clean and the rooms were very neat. the water was very hot and nice.

there was a small issue we had in room 263, because everyday we came there would be a few large black flies in the room. I don’t know where they come from. but everyday there was at least one or two. one day there were 5 at one time ! I took a towel and smacked all of them and killed them. but the room was clean and the staff was very friendly.

We spent 7 days at 6 different hotels in Iceland. This was one of the best! We absolutely loved it! Best part was seeing the northern lights just outside the hotel. Lovely little town with the nicest people! Would go back!

One of the staff wasnt too helpful when we had a query but other than that i cannot fault this place.

Modern updated spacious room. Comfy beds. Heated towel rack. Balcony. Wifi. Netflix. Free Parking. Nice selection breakfast included in price.

Everything was great. Would have been nice having a coffee machine or kettle in room and mini fridge.

The room was big and very clean. There were plenty of towels, shower gel and even a hair dryer. The room was cleaned every day. The breakfast (included) had a great selection and it was easy for me to find something despite being vegan and gluten intolerant.

As far as I could see, there was no bar.

Breakfast had a good selection of food available. Location of hotel was fine. Ample ree parking available.

Could have had Tea/Coffee facilities in room.

Great view on the fjord. Comfortable beds. Hot water available in the lobby. Great breakfast.

No shelves in the bathroom but maybe it's an iceland thing.

The location was perfect. The room and bathroom comfortable and clean. Breakfast was alright, could have been better. Parking outside the hotel was alright, and two very nice restaurants with a walking distance. We didn't try the restaurant at the hotel.

The breakfast was excellent! I’d appreciate some labelling about which bread items were gluten-free, for us celiacs in the crowd.

The room didn’t have a couch, just an awkward low table with four higher chairs.

Very nice staff, comfortable beds, new and clean bathroom. :) Amazing view from the window - especially during sunset it was absolutely stunning. We enjoyed our stay here. :)
