More than everything , I appreciate they allowed me late check out as I was really so exhausted and sick i got enough time to get rest and then leave the Hotel… plus, all staffs are so kind and helpful, smiley face , food are delicious, big lobby and quite big area if you need work on laptop,a big room , comfortable bed, all amenities Availble in room , coffee bar . But if they add fridge service would be perfect .. feel safe and comfortable

I don’t like spa it’s not for relaxing swimming pool2) hotel familia Al with crowdy fully booked but still they have problme with the kettles and cup they can’t offer enough amount to guest plus vegetables tables u can’t catch it if u wake up late , the top organic voice till 11 pm almost everyday

I had an excellent stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it! Everything about my experience was exceptional: The rooms and common areas were impeccably clean. It was clear that great attention to detail is given to maintaining hygiene standards. The room was spacious and provided plenty of space to relax and organize belongings. The hotel offers a wide range of modern facilities that cater to the needs of every guest. The staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and always ready to assist with any requests. The breakfast was delightful, with a variety of fresh and delicious options to choose from. The overall service was flawless, with quick responses and consistent care throughout my stay. The hotel was very quiet, ensuring a peaceful and restful environment. The room was equipped with a modern TV set, enhancing the entertainment experience. Overall, this hotel provided a perfect combination of comfort, quality, and excellent service. I would gladly stay here again in the future.

Unfortunately, smoking is allowed everywhere, even in the restaurant. This created an unhealthy environment, and my family and I had to leave the restaurant area once people started smoking. It was extremely disappointing and detracted from an otherwise perfect experience. This is an important issue that needs to be addressed urgently to ensure the comfort and well-being of all guests, especially families.

Very good location. Staff very friendly and professional. Great room service. Very quiet.view was not bad at all. Spacious room similar to the images. Very smooth chicken in and out process. Thanks for the nice wedding decorations. We did not try the breakfast as it was not included in the booking price. It was at reasonable additional price but we preferred to try something outside. I do recommend it for 5 stars stay in Erbil.

Minor things only such as TV was not a smart TV with few channels options. The room had slight cigarette smoking smell at the beginning. If the price had included free breakfast, the experience would have been exceptional. Otherwise I would have given it 10/10.

The owner Mr. Dilshad Najar, management, from the General Manager Mr. Mohamad Smidi, and Mr. Alaa and all their staff in all areas went above and beyond to assist me with everything. For example, from check-in, requests and local recommendations. The quality of the room - bedding, size, comfort, cleanliness was exceptional. The new years party was excellent. Overall I cannot recoomend this Hotel enough!!! Excellent prices. Ecxcellent job by everyone. Keep up the excellent work guys. Will be back 100% for sure.

The room was clean, which is the most important factor for me when staying in a hotel. All the necessary amenities were available, and the staff was generally good. However, my experience could have been ruined if it weren't for the professionalism of Ms. Hiba, the receptionist, who handled an unfortunate situation with great care. Here's what happened: There is a piano in the lobby, and I enjoyed playing it for 5-10 minutes each day, both before leaving and upon returning at night. One day, while I was playing, a security guard named Mustafa approached me and asked—speaking in Kurdish, which I don't understand—that I either lower the volume or stop playing. This was confusing, as I had already checked with the receptionist if playing the piano was allowed, and they had said it was fine. I was playing an acoustic piano, which, of course, can't have its volume adjusted. Feeling frustrated, I tried to explain that it was my last piece, and I was almost done. Mustafa, whose job is to inspect guests at the door, had no reason to interfere with my playing. I went to the receptionist (don't know his name) to ask why the security guard had interrupted me, but he gave no explanation and didn’t even offer an apology. When I asked to speak to the manager, he informed me it was Friday, and no manager was available. The next day, I told Ms. Hiba about what happened, and she immediately apologized for the situation. And then she said that she enjoyed hearing the piano and even asked me to play. Her thoughtful approach diffused my frustration, and later, I received a fruit plate as a gesture of apology. Because of Ms. Hiba’s professionalism and kindness, I’m willing to overlook the incident and will likely return to this hotel in the future. She handled the situation with intelligence and care, unlike the other receptionist, who did nothing to resolve the matter. I believe Ms.

- The food quality could be better. I ordered a mixed grill to my room, and it was just OK—I'd rate it 5 out of 10. It should taste better, it was bland. - The breakfast lacked variety, which was a bit disappointing. - The lighting in the room, especially near the desk, was insufficient. It felt too dim. - Noise can be an issue if you go to bed early. The Top organic restaurant next to the hotel hosts events with live singers every night until 12 AM, and the noise carries into the rooms, which can be disruptive for guests trying to sleep.

Interior was amazing. Room was comfortable. Staff were great. Spa with massage and hammam was great.

Jacuzzi had a bad smell and couldn’t be used. Left my AirPods in room but they claimed couldn’t find them even though I called within half an hour of checkout. Exterior had construction going on

Overall, it was a very enjoyable experience. There were several aspects of the hotel that truly stood out. First and foremost, the cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable. From the lobby to my room, everything was spotless and well-maintained. This attention to cleanliness certainly contributed to a sense of comfort during my stay. One of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast. I must say, it was amazing! The variety and quality of food options were impressive. The freshly prepared dishes and the friendly staff attending to the breakfast area made each morning a delightful start to the day. The staff members were polite, accommodating, and always ready to assist with any inquiries or requests. Their professionalism added to the overall positive experience.

Two aspects of this hotel did not meet my preferences. Firstly, during breakfast and lunch, I couldn't find disposable cups, which I've come to prefer due to the ongoing pandemic. Secondly, the sound of room doors closing was exceptionally loud and had the tendency to disrupt my deep slumber, feeling almost like a sudden jolt.

The hotel is one of the best places in Erbil! It's really clean and comfy. Respectful staff with great services. The breakfast buffet is also good and various. I can evaluate the hotel as one of the best in the town.

Minor things like no valet parking as well as no sheds to protect the cars from the sun with very few parkings! Also, when I booked, the price was in IQD, and the payment was in USD, so the price came higher due to the dollar exchange rate!!!! Otherwise, everything was almost perfect.

The reception staff were incredibly friendly, and the room was spacious and quiet, offering a comfortable stay. The hotel atmosphere was overall very pleasant, and I appreciated the free parking space. A bonus was the Top Organic restaurant branch located within the hotel, which is one of the best in town and added extra value to the experience.

Everything, it place is amazing and the service is amazing, so clean, the staff is very respectful and responsive and very helpful and kind, the food was very good, huge varieties and very clean and for sure one of the best experiences I have ever had in Erbil, for sure will come back again
