The place is really comfortable and peaceful, exactly what we were looking for to relax and enjoy a quiet weekend. Our room was spotless and very cozy — we felt comfortable and well taken care of. Eileen was a lovely and thoughtful host — she made us feel very welcome and at home from the moment we arrived. Breakfast was absolutely delicious and clearly made with care — you can really taste the love! We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back. Thank you, Eileen!

Everything was really good.

A lovely B&B approximately a 25 minute walk from downtown Killarney and backing on to a river. A shared gazebo and deck overlooking the river was a great place to sit and enjoy a glass of wine. Three family members shared a 2 bed room which was very comfortable. Our host Eileen was very welcoming and helpful with suggestions and assistance with our visit; all of the staff were very friendly. Lots of delicious choices on the breakfast menu.

Our travel was severely delayed and because I was driving, I wasn't able to let Eileen know we would be really late. She called to check on us and was there when we finally arrived around 9:00pm with a warm welcome and understanding demeanor. The breakfast the next morning was fresh and delicious - both days actually. We were only there for two short days but would love to come back when we have more time!

There wasn't anything we didn't like. Our stay was short, and we really were only there to sleep.

Great location near the river, quiet and comfortable. Eileen, the host, is super nice and welcoming, makes you at ease for every needs. The breakfast is very good, as well as the room with a view. King room was cozy, big and comfortable

In comparison with the nice room, a missing part is some furniture/shelves in the bathroom for personal stuff. A bit more of them would be nice.

Excellent attention to detail. Breakfast is very good and with plenty of options The Inn is lovely and Eileen is very gracious. The location is quiet, peaceful and pleasant bordering the easygoing river. It is a short taxi ride from the town center, but a bit long if you’re walking. Perfect if you have your own car. I would definitely stay there again.

The single room is a bit tight but perfectly functional and pleasant.

Eileen and the team were very welcoming and we couldn't fault anything. The room was fantastic, as were the breakfasts, the summerhouse, the river at the end of the garden and Ireland altogether.

The rain, but it didn't dampen our spirits and Irelnad is the Emerald Isle for a reason.

The suite was amazing and saved us money overall because we were able to store and cook food instead of eating out all the time.

My only complaint is very minor. It was a 25 minute walk into town which kept us from going one day because of the continuous rain. We could have caught a taxi but we were just tired anyways.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay. We flew overnight from the States and drove from Dubin, so we were extremely tired and arrived late. Eillen greeted us with open arms and was very friendly. The entire staff was so kind during our stay. Our room (the titanic) was just perfect. Tea and treats were provided for us each day. It overlooked the yard and the river. The bed was comfortable, and the shower was great. The location was also perfect for the Ring of Kerry, Killarney National Park, and Dingle peninsula (our favorite), all within an hour and half drive. The town of Kilarney was just a quick 10 minute drive and offered lots of free parking after 630. We enjoyed dinner and drinks in the town. There are tons of options. My favorite part was breakfast! The portion sizes were huge and filled both my husband and I up until dinner! Oatmeal with Baileys and the poached eggs and sausage were our favorite. Our room was also cleaned every day with fresh towels and the chocolate treats were resuppiled. We would definitely stay here again! It was a lovely start to our trip.

Very good B&B for Killarney. Quiet. Comfortable room with bathroom. Beds of good quality. Very nice host. Free parking. Beatiful scenery around the house with a real stream :) Breakfast - fantastic - fresh and tasty ! I liked stay there very much.

20-25 minutes walk to the restaurants and shops in the center of the city - which should be mentioned in positives (after big meal and beer). And thats why here is so quiet.

This was a random splurge stay and was fantastic! Sat by the river watched a family of deer cross the river. When the weather got to cool chill in the outside area. Room was huge with everything you need

Wasn't aware payment needed to be in cash for a one night stay. Not all travellers carry that much cash and get hefty international transaction fees to take cash out. Was just a tiny little taint on an otherwise amazing place!
