The room was very clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment. The beds were also very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep for everyone. The hotel itself was also very clean and well-maintained. One of the highlights of our stay was undoubtedly the breakfast. The spread was extensive, with a wide variety of options to suit every palate. The pancakes were super cool, and my son was delighted - a nice option for kids to encourage them to eat breakfast! The personnel were also very nice and helpful. Another great aspect of the hotel was the ample parking space. We had no problem finding a spot to leave our car, which was a huge relief. The combination of a clean and comfortable room, a delicious breakfast with kid-friendly options, nice personnel, and ample parking made for a memorable experience. The child friendly atmosphere was just amazing Loads of activities to choose from

A couple of small things, ordered breakfast to the room for the morning of our departure (today) for between 9.30 and 10.30 as we had to be out of the room.by 11 and at 10.40 it still hadnt arrived I had to ask one of the cleaners in neighbouring room to ring the restaurant as the phone in our room wasn't working and the food came moments later , instead of fried eggs it was scrambled eggs I felt maybe as it was so late arriving we may have gotten what was left rather than what we ordered and as we were leaving literally in minutes there was no point in mentioning it, as we had to scoff the food before departure time 11am. It put a small bit of taint on the lovely stay we had, but definitely wouldn't put us off going again as the overall experience was fabulous

Myself and my family have a vegan diet and this was accommodated for perfectly by the kitchen and we were more than happy with every meal at the hotel. There was a girl (Katerina) serving in the restaurant who was so pleasant,polite and professional at all times that made us feel comfortable at all meal times.The soft play center was great for our son and the 2 different levels for the childrens pool was a great idea also. Activities for children make it a great hotel to visit for families and we have already recommended it to family and friends.

The only thing that disappointed me was the size of the bath towels. After the first day, I asked a member of housekeeping staff if they had a bigger bath towel which i was given but could not get another one on other days after several attempts until I asked a member of management.

A great family hotel. Everything was there and no need to leave the building . Staff were so lovely and hotel was so clean . Well done to everyone . Relaxed ambience for young families.

Bedrooms were too hot! I had to leave window open the 2 nd day. We were too hot. Breakfast… it would be nice if coffee was served to the table. Busy parents would take the pressure off. Kids had pancakes. Unfortunately, cheap chocolate syrup is supplied . It be better to have Nutella sachets instead of yucky syrup We missed the animal roadshow as we thought it was in the playroom , maybe staff at reception could make that clear for families.

The family suite was gorgeous. Kids said their beds were uncomfortable, though. Rooms had plenty of space, decor was stunning, and there was a great space for family. Loads for the kids to do, including the games room and pool, so they were kept entertained. Bar was lovely, and the food was reasonable and very tasty. The price for bed and breakfast for five of us was reasonable too. Room was sound proof so nice quiet sleep.

Large hotel so the family suite is a bit of a walk but worth it. Food set up didn't make sense so people were bumping into each other in the buffet section. Hot food station should be after the section with tea coffee and toast.

The BEST hotel to stay at with children. A huge soft play area. Inflatable obstacle course. Lovely pool. Armbands, towels and swim aids supplied free.of charge. We had characters meet us at breakfast (December) Lots of activities for the kids to get involved in. The room was massive. Double sleeper couch, 2 single beds. Massive (bigger than king) in the adult room. Fully kitted out kitchenette with microwave and a shop across the road to buy micro meals and snacks. Cutlery in the room + plates bowls and cups. Takeaway across the road. 2 tvs, one for the kids and one for us. Hotel bar that stays open to kids till late with live music (i think 11pm) Meal options inside the hotel. Buffet breakfast with so many options. We've booked again for Feb. This time for longer! You need a minimum of 2 nights.

The soft play could have stayed open for longer. It closed at 12 and didn't reopen till 6.

Hotel killarney was a beautiful hotel. Staff was so friendly and welcoming rooms where spotless we book 2 nights for St. Patrick's weekend, unfortunately, we could only stay the one night when I explained my situation, and I didn't mind not getting any refund back the girl behind the counter went out her way and got the manager and with out any hesitation or anything he refund me one nights stay back into my account very nice and respectable at he job. I would definitely recommend hotel killarney, and I will definitely be booking here again in the future

Suite was wonderful with large bed as promised, separate room for kids with mini kitchen & dining area, and clean. Wonderful friendly staff, Nik entertained them with his lighting tricks, great facilities for children, they loved the kids club, the Cubbie, the large play area and bouncy castle and there was lots of options for breakfast, the pancake making machine was a big hit

Communal changing rooms in leisure centre, we're accustomed to individual cubicles in our local facility but there is one cubicle available.

Breakfast: good, would prefer tea/coffee to be served rather than self service Room: very comfortable, spotless, great shower pressure Facilities: excellent for young kids, organised activities with printed schedule, pool excellent Bar: nice ambiance, family friendly, good food, live music. Overall: hotel doesn’t look great from the outside but don’t let that fool you, it’s a hidden gem for families

Table side service of hot beverages would be much better and safer with the amount of kids around the breakfast area

This facility is very comfortable for families. Hotel is located right at the edge of town, makes it a nice starting point to visit attractions like Killarney national park and Ring of Kerry. We had a two room suite with a nice view of the mountains. Highly recommend getting breakfast included deal - it was a nice spread that helped us get a good start to the day. The staff at check in and breakfast were very friendly and helpful.

The hotel is very spread out so it's a bit of walk to get to your room, depending on location of the ro. Once you figure out a good parking spot it is not a big deal.
