Been here several times. Last year they seemed to have some 'saudization' issues with staff. Now everything went smoothly again both at the reception and with the experienced F&B staff, some of whom have been there several years. They are well instructed not only to clear your table, but to actively engage to see of they can be of service. Excellent radars for customer's needs. Spacious bedroom and bed, lovely location in Olaya between Faisalyah and Kingdom Tower landmarks, a good desk in the room to work at, functioning wifi and a good buffet at lunch.

Their second restaurant was closed last year and due to government issues still not open. It used to be an outside terrace, but due to new building next to the hotel the 'outside' appears to have vanished for ever. There is no shower separate from the bath, but it's spacious enough and the bathroom is well stocked with extra's like shaving kit and toothbrush a.o. things. And large towels.

The room was bright and sized well. Everything that is expected from this level of hotel was provided. The only thing is that in KSA in principle, the level of ARCH/ID detailing and finishing is still poor - but that is general for the whole construction and I am hopeful this will get better with time. It was great that early check in was possible, thank you. The location is very convenient and accessible.

When asked to book me a taxi at the reception, I was given a private chauffeur of the hotel who not only was not what I have asked of but was also double the standard price and could not speak English! Gold plating in such a way is unacceptable, especially when the Client clearly states his / her requirement in the first line.

The hotel was a little bit of luxury and a very comfortable place to stay whilst we discovered Riyadh during the day. The breakfast was so very good and the service was excellent by everyone during our stay. The new metro is just 3-4 minutes walk making this hotel a wonderful place to stay for tourists.

Staffs are easy to communicate and approachable. Morning buffet is satisfying and palatable. Overall ambiance is good.

I booked for 3 persons but when we arrived, the supplies inside the room are only for 2 person. The water in the bathtub don't flush/drain fast.

The Check in and Check out went quickly and without and problems. The room was fine for 3 people. For us the location was just right, and we got all the places very quickly.

The Gym was a bit small but other than that it was all ok.

Location of the Hotel is excellent and accessible to the city and major roads and highways. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was ok, it could be better, Staff were excellent and Cheerful.

The key of the ice cream stand was misplaced. We cannot buy ice cream for my son having tantrums.. he has special needs. In cases that there is failure in endorsement, the branch manager must have the master key...

Please about delivery can you put some guys someone to deliver the food for room? That’s better for us? If I want to stay in Hotel? I don’t want at 12 o’clock night. Come downstairs to take the food.

Location : big malls are around . Car parks free in the basement. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The breakfast is delicious and rich.
