Great location close to theatre Colon and the city centre. Many cafes nearby and easy to move around the city from the location. Comfortable and big bed, friendly and helpful staff.

No breakfast included in the price, separate cost was 22 USD - bit too much for the choice provided. Spa centre and pool working hours are inconvenient: 11 to 20 - this is not a resort place, most people are already out for business/sightseeing at 11 am and they rarely come back before 8 pm as it is in the middle of the evening program. Also, for massage reservation the spa centre manager offered me to contact directly the therapist thru what's app - what is the point to have an administrator if the guests need to take care of arrangements themselves? No tea/coffee/water in the room Overall, some renovation would have been great - the place looks a bit old.

The hotel is in a central location, a few blocks from the obelisk and within walking distance of quite a few Subte stations for ease of access to other locations in Buenos Aires. Rooms are quite spacious, perhaps they could be filled a bit more. Lovely swimming pool and jacuzzi in the hotel too. When I had an issue in my room, the staff immediately helped me move to another room.

Honestly, not too much. If you pay for breakfast, it's quite good, but there are many cheaper options around the hotel, especially if you want a real Argentinian breakfast. If you use any hotel services, just be sure that you're fully aware of the timeframe. My biggest issue is that a 4 star hotel doesn't provide drinking water to guests in a hot city.

1. Needs deep cleaning especially the elevator and leather chairs in the lobby 2. The elevators floor, buttons to press need to be deeply cleaned and disinfected, elevator buttons are beginning to malfunction, hard to press and gets stucked. This has been going on since I checked in 1 year ago 3.breakfast buffet quality is better in the past. 4. I’m emotionally attached to this hotel. It’s been my place for years whenever I go to BA. I don’t want to see it go down and ultimately,close Triste.

This was a truly great experience in Buenos Aires. I had a 12th-floor room with a walk-out balcony with a great view of the city below, including the Obelisco de Buenos Aires. The room itself was large and clean with a very comfortable bed, clean bathroom and the staff were very friendly and welcoming, and spoke English which was great when I wandered down to the lobby in the early morning to find a spoon!

If I was going to nitpick, I would have liked some fresh coffee and more cooked choices for breakfast, but other than that, everything was really great

The swimming pool and the jacuzzi/sauna area was amazing!! I was there until the last minute. Really loved that part, however it would be nice to extend the open hours. Very clean and comfy rooms, I liked the mirrors on the closet doors right next to the bed, got us thinking lot of crazy ideas... an amazing view and I am not talking about the streets you know 😏 The breakfast was yummy with many options, both sweet and salty ones. The personnel was very helpful and attentive to our needs.

Very nice and comfortable hotel in city center, just across Colon Theatre. All bus and metro in 5 min walk. All interesting seeing points 30-90 min walk. Good indor pool and spa, spacious room. Our best recomendation.

the staff were excellent: front desk, security, bar, breakfast - everyone we interacted with was kind, open, well mannered, helpful, human, and professional all together. The people make the place, and your staff are wonderful!

Excellent central location. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast. Comfortable guest room with panorama view. Quiet windows. Super swimming pool to relax. Will be my first choice when I return to Buenos Aires. Very good value for money.
