This is one of my favorite hotels in the low countries, because of its very convenient access to Amsterdam Airport, only an hour and 20 minutes a ride Away by train, and the hotel is only an 7 minute walk from the train tracks. So it is ideal for catching your flight from AMS at a hotel with a reasonable price. I like very much that they have a microwave oven and water available in the evening in the dining room. The dining room and the breakfast are quite good. I've stayed at the hotel three or four times already. This time was especially good because the hotel TV network includes two Spanish channels, two Italian channels, two French channels, and three English language channels. The election of the Pope was going on that evening and I was able to watch in many different languages and nationalities. I appreciate that the hotel has BBC and CNN

There is no comfortable chair in the hotel rooms, only stools with no back, so one basically has to sit on the bed in order to have any comfort watching TV in the room.

Breakfast was nice, several options for bread and mostly sweet food. Bed was comfy, room was quiet and it was easy to fall asleep. The shower was good: good debit of water and hot water. The staff was kind. Location is good, lots of things are accessible by foot or by public transportation. They can keep the luggage for 2€ after check out if needed, I believe it's cheaper than using the train station lockers.

Few savoury options for breakfast and no real juice, but that's totally fine for a budget hotel! I was at floor 1 and couldn't find stairs to go up (found some to go down and right outside), so I had to use the elevator. Not really an inconvenience in itself but just poiting it out, I'd rather use stairs for just one floor :)

Got my room earlier. Room was clean, everything for staying longer than 1 night. Location excellent because planed travel with train. Helpful staff.

Only one thing what could make everyone upset is city tax policy. I got double room with 2 guests,took because that price was the best option for me but didn't know I will get extra charged for city tax even if I'm staying alone. Sorry but it's not okey to ask pay extra for nobody.

The hotel is extremely close to the station, it is quite literally right around the corner which for me was a huge plus. It's easy to reach the centre, but in my case i was mostly here for a concert, it was comfortable to be in the room for longer periods of time eventhough its not huge. There are a bunch of supermarkets nearby so even if you dont feel like ordering in or eating out there is a bunch of options for food. There is no room service if not hanging the little door hanger out, however you'll get new towels regardless, even if you aren't able to open the door when you're not in your room. The staff is extremely kind even regarding things they really are not obligated to do.

If you're unlike me not alone and/or sharing the room with friends, please beware that the shower booth is the only secluded part about the bathroom, the sink etc is all in the room itself so you'll either have to fight for your life to get dressed in the shower cabin or become really comfortable with your friends. There is also no way to control the room temperature nor is there any air circulation in the shower cabin, so it makes it feel a little stuffy at times.

We were looking for something simple, clean and quiet; just somewhere to crash for the night. This was ideal. Yes, the room is basic but as far as cleanliness and quiet this far exceeded our expectations. Very convenient to train station, old centre and lots of amazing restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.

Some have commented on the lack of privacy with the bathrooms. It's true that as the room is small and minimalistic, there may be some awkwardness if the occupants are not related. It was not an issue with us.

The hotel is extremely convenient location very close to the antwerp train station. The South were fabulous. I got to the hotel at 9:00 a.m. from my flight from America but they still let me into my room and they also allowed me to put bags in the bags storage overnight when I went out of town and the breakfast is very good. The hotel is very good value for money

They do not have a chair in the room, only stools.

All great, for the price you pay it was perfect.

Breakfast was included via Booking.com, but in hotels system showed as excluded, after a few screenshots and confirmations shown to hotel, the receptionist were Super kind to not charge the the breakfast again. I mentioned this meal discrepancy to Booking.com but no reaction or explanation, I assume they solved it with the hotel.

The room was clean and the localization was really convenient - just next to main train station. Walking distance to Old Town. Staff was really nice at the arrival.

The room needed a bit of maintenance - the door handles in the toilet and shower seemed to be missing. The sink was actually inside the room and the way shower was position was not really convenient as not providing the privacy.

Staff were super friendly and nothing seemed like too much of a bother. Especially Miriam at reception whose help at sorting out a package to be picked up by DHL was truly invaluable.

The room was colourful which surprised me and i loved it because most hotels are grey and brown and sad. It wasnt too crazy for it to be a room and it felt safe around the block. Perfect location.

The bed wasnt comfortable. It was hot every night so we opened the window but they only let us open only like 10 cm which was nothing to us, there was the air conditioning but it wasnt working. I understand its for safety the window but either let us have the air conditioning or the window open. Although we picked one room for 3 persons but a little more privacy in the shower that would have been great.
