The location was central for me and the amenities were great especially the pool.

I found 2 life bugs in the air conditioner in one of the rooms and the kitchen staff told me that the apples served at breakfast were washed, when they weren't. We ate unwashed apples for 4 days until the last day, another staff let us know that they weren't washed and offered to wash it. Also, it would have been nice to have some veggies or salad at breakfast and mixed menu as well. We ate the same breakfast menu.for 5 days straight. It would be nice to have a gym in the facility as well. I thought there was one when I booked the rooms, it turns out that there wasn't

Staff were friendly, the room was clean and the beds were well made and very comfortable. The breakfast staff continually cleaned and monitored the area restocking the variety of offered items (eggs, sausage, waffles, cereal, toast, fruit, muffins, coffee, different fruit drinks).

The facility was clean but was starting to show it was a little bit older - more noticeable in the grout around the tub. Aside from having some customers smoking just outside the entrance doors which I know is difficult to control - I can't think of anything else I didn't like.

Usual comfort and amenities of Super 8 brand hotels. East Indian girls did excelent job with good breakfast and reception. Hotel gives coupons for 15 per cent discount at Dennis restaurant next to the hotel. Quiet location next to many stores. Bus 704 stops in 200 metres from the hotel, behind H-mart store every half an hour.

The receptionist told me that the amount of security deposit held on my credit card was 100 dollars. But it was 240 dollars in fact.

The room was wonderful. The jacuzzi tub was great. The fireplace didn't flicker, but the light worked and it put out heat so it worked ok. There was a little kitchenette area which was nice. The hotel was located in a great area, easy for shopping. It was a lot quieter than I had expected being that it was between Gateway and Calgary Trail. We would stay there again.

The breakfast was nothing special. It had a waffle maker, but the hot breakfast was sausage and hashbrowns. It was probably great at 6am when breakfast started, but when we got there at 9 it was dried out.

The staff were very helpful and professional. We had someone bring us a large cloth to use for a boot/ shoe area as there was dirt from melted snow on our floor by the door. We had support operating our Keurig coffee machine. (found out what we Don’t know what we had done wrong, was not placing the coffee cup where it actually touched the back of the machine without doing that it didn’t work. The rooms were cozy. The breakfasts were adequate.

The heater in the room was a bit loud when it came on.

We were very pleased with the cleanliness and facilities at the hotel. We enjoyed swimming in the pool (which was very clean and well maintained) with our kids and our room was spotless when we arrived. We were also pleased to discover that this location is close to so many great stores and restaurants. The staff were all amazing and made our three night stay very welcoming.

We really can’t fault our stay at all. We did have to ask for an additional bath towel as we have a family of four and the room was only stocked with three, but the staff remedied that as soon as we asked.

This is our second time staying here, the staff was amazing and incredibly willing to be helpful and take care of anything we needed. The location is great for accessing all amenities wr planned to use such as WEM and telus center. We loved the suite and ability to put our toddler to bed and go in the other room to watch TV. We were also able to decorate to celebrate our son's 2nd birthday! We will be back again!

Breakfast options were the exact same every day, a little change up would be nice. First time we came the options changed daily and it was nice. This time it was the same daily and got bland.

Loved the pool. Loved how my kids were excited to stay in a hotel.

I'm a stay at home mom, and I don't have my own credit card. So staying I had to use my card which doesn't get touched at all unless emergencies so I was very frustrated as I was there for a doctor appt for my 6 yr old and we live 3 hrs from the city and the lady at the front desk kept staring at me like I stole my husband's credit card but clearly on my driver's license we have the same last name. If she woulda looked a bit harder. So I was NOT impressed with the look she kept giving me.

front desk staff was stellar; there was a bball convention so I enjoyed the antics of the teammates and the network which was excellent, live news or something. Staff was excellent and put up with last-minute breakfast prep.

The room coulda been remodelled but my roommates loved the extra kingsize bed and hideabed.....I can't remember if we had our dogs along, but its doubful. The stay was so ideal...but we all got excited about the hmmm ass on tv. they were gaining the sypathy of Canadians, but we set them right and listened for the good guys if there is such a thing in a war. Anywho... the Edmonton film festival was better by far then the Stinger awards were in Calgary. Our act, a music video called "I am free" won first place. The singer is a med student originating from Africa. It is on Youtube. Any way, keep up the good work. I meant to tip the front desk staff.

My husband has a great night sleep here only, we tried other motels and he had trouble sleeping in them. So we're sticking with Super 8. The pricing for a family of four is reasonable. The location to stores we shop at are close and only a few mins away.

The only thing that we would change is the location. We come to the city from northern Alberta and have our appointments at the Stollery. I know this is out of your control, but you asked.
