The hotel is top notch in cleanliness , guest service and facilities. The location is very convenient and the access to the city stars mall is the deal-maker as you would never get bored. Breakfast was amazing. I liked Feteer and honey. I would like to thank Sohila and Yousef at the reception , and Sayed Ahmed at the restaurant. Special thanks to Engie who made our marriage anniversary an unforgettable memory.

During my recent stay I was fortunate to encounter an extraordinary individual who made my visit memorable Mr. Ahmed Hassan from the reception. From the moment I stepped into the hotel lobby, I was greeted with warm smiles and a sense of hospitality that set the tone for my entire stay. However, it was Mr. Hassan who truly stood out. His professionalism and charm transformed the check-in process into a delightful experience. For sure i will revisit the hotel again.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Intercontinental Hotel in Cairo, located in the vibrant neighborhood of Heliopolis, just a short 10-minute drive from the airport. There were several aspects of the hotel that I particularly liked: - Convenient Location: The hotel's proximity to the airport made it a convenient choice for travelers. Additionally, having access to one of the newest malls in the area was a definite advantage, providing various shopping and entertainment options within walking distance. - Cleanliness and Spaciousness: The hotel maintained high standards of cleanliness throughout the premises. The rooms were exceptionally spacious, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment after a long day of exploring the city. - Friendly and Helpful Staff: The hotel staff were polite, friendly, and always ready to assist. They went out of their way to provide recommendations for local attractions and consistently displayed a high level of professionalism. - Room Upgrade: We were fortunate enough to have our room upgraded, adding an extra touch of luxury to our stay. It was a thoughtful gesture that added to our overall satisfaction with the hotel.

While our experience at the Intercontinental Hotel in Cairo was largely positive, there were a few areas that could have been improved: - Average Buffet: The buffet offered for breakfast, lunch, and dinner was average in terms of taste. While it did provide the necessary options, there was room for improvement to meet the expectations of discerning diners. - Limited Room Service Menu: The room service menu had limited options, which may be restrictive for guests with specific dietary requirements or preferences. Expanding the menu would be beneficial to cater to a wider range of tastes.

Great location with direct access to City Stars shopping mall . Exceptional customer service from all staff members throughout our stay . Breakfast is great with a lots of variety from typical Arabic to continental cuisine items . Highly recommended for families stay .

Perhaps consideration should be given to allocate tools next to each other for families .

We liked the breakfast, big variety and delicious. Room cleanliness is very good but the outside corridors could be better in terms of cleanliness, no fast follow-ups on this matter, some dust remained for 2 days in a row. The location is great, not far but not close neither to the old cairo, the extension to the mall is a very smart idea. On another note, it was very appreciative that the hotel allowed an early check-in and late check-out. It made our stay more flexible and enjoyable.

Rooms' furniture need some renovation.

My recent stay at the intercontinental was an excellent experience. From the moment I was welcomed at the front desk, I was given personal attention and all my needs were taken care of. The staff were immensely kind and helpful, and it was clear that they had the guests' comfort as the foremost priority.thanks to Mr. Ahmed Hassan and his supervisor Mr. Mohamed Gamal. The rooms were very clean and spacious, and they were well maintained throughout my stay. The food was great as well and I would definitely recommend trying out their restaurant. Overall, I have to say that the intercontinental provided me with a great stay. The staff were very hospitable and the facilities could not have been better. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay in the area.
