My check-in was at 14:00, but I arrived a lot earlier (around 06:00). I was welcomed and given a room as soon as it was possible, without any extra charge! I am very thankful for staff's kindness and understanding!

The room was big and modern. The breakfast was crowded but good selection of food. There is tea in the room. The room was stylish and comfortable.

The problem was no shuttle from the airport. It was late at night. You can actually walk there if you research a little. Just get out of Terminal 3, turn to the right, pass Terminal 1, cross the road and go straight 200 meters. Going back to the airport there is a shuttle but not too often.

location, friendly front of house staff, its clean, it has a decent pool, its cost effective, everything I need when I am passing through Dubai

Breakfast is poor, not much fruit or choice, cleaning staff promised me a coat hanger, (imagine none in the room) on 2 occasions, on 2 separate days, but didn't deliver.

Staff is great. They offered me a late checkout just because we arrived at 4 am and that’s all we needed!

Free shuttle is a lie. It only works a few times in the morning, so don’t expect to enjoy it if you arrive in the afternoon or evening. They also don’t reply to your messages when you ask about the shuttle.

The pool, the room, proximity to the airport and Ggico metro station, access to a tour guide/safari booking guide and the availability of a shuttle to the airport.

Provide coffee as well in the rooms coz not all of us like to take tea

Awesome place, we stayed there for a week. The personnel is very friendly and proactive. Anything we needed was provided within minutes. The place was clean and very well maintained. Beautiful reception for pictures. The pool and everything around was easily accessible, there is a rooftop pool but it was closed because of Ramadan which we understood, but the buffet was still on and it was great ! Also, there is like a mini supermarket not so far where you can do little groceries, pharmacies and hospitals all around, we really loved our time there.

The only thing I would ask is to renovate the bathroom/toilet so there can be a better privacy… but that was very minor. They made up with a great service

It’s convenient to all the amenities and airport. The airport shuttle services and the driver service was great. The staff at the reception paid attention to detail on everything and were very help. The general worker for housekeeping Imran was excellent and he is very friendly, knowledgeable and committed to his job . Tiffany at breakfast area the chef was always making sure that we enjoyed our breakfast.

They gave me a room without a view and the bar fridge is not that cold. Please 🙏 if possible may the be a microwave facility or fridge room in each floor so that we may be able to warm food if one has food

Peace, quiet and clean. Very clean. And affordable price. The streets near the hotel smell like parfume and are 100% safe. Hotel personnel are very very nice and polite. Clean bed, clean bed sheets, clean bathroom, clean carpets. Everything clean. Air conditioning works perfect. The tap water is of highest quality. The shower and toilet have a common door, so if you close the door for the shower, the toilet has no door - but no problem if traveling solo. The wall mirror is installed in such a way that the space looks almost double in size. Next time I will come with my family. Why? Because in every moment this hotel shows its perfection in excellency.

Absolutely nothing to complain about.

the room is clean, nice pool view and quiet, the hotel facilities are nice. the kids enjoyed the playroom areas. overall hotel design is really great. breakfast is ok nothing too fancy. and the breakfast chef was nice. the housekeeping who cleaned our room was very respectful.

i didnt like the one receptionist who questioned my sister why her kids was of different nationality. the kids in question are all teenagers. should have kept the question to himself and start considering where he is and know most familiies are mixed. and just got weirded out by the bathroom concept as I was with family. but anyways still a good room

Very affordable, comfy rooms and accommodated us with late arrival and everything we needed. The airport shuttle was very useful and even waited for us when we ran a little late. The rooms were very clean, well appointed and the facilities seemed good.

We arrived by metro and the hotel is not accessible from there easily. It was also quite late and we had booked a travel cot, and called ahead to ask if it could be set up in our room. However it took quite some time after checking in and getting ready for this to arrive which is not ideal with a tired baby.
