Great location, it's a 6mins walk from Strasbourg station. It was great having free water from the water dispenser in the main reception. The room and ensuite were clean and the water pressure was good. Internet was free with good connection. I turned the heater on and wasn't sure if it was working as the room didn't feel warmer. You can store your luggage in a locked room, but the door can be a bit tricky to open. While the staff is aware of this, they allowed me to drop off and collect my belongings on my own. However, when I struggled with the door and asked for help, they seemed a bit hesitant to assist, I think because it meant leaving the main desk unattended.

Very friendly staff, easy to check in. Very clean, ibis standards. No car park, but really close (6min walk) from an extremely central car park called Indigo which is not bookable, but it’s easy to find a spot overnight.

A bit dodgy location at night, but still about 6 minutes walk from the old town which is beautiful. Wouldn’t recommend the location for girls alone that want to go out at night though. Annoying that the double bed is actually 2 beds joined together, but it’s like this in loads of hotels unfortunately.

The male receptionist was an exceptional professional, one of a kind indeed. Very helpful, intelligent and attentive. Female receptionists didn't speak English well. The breakfast is up to 13 EUR, and is not suitable for gluten-free options. The mattress is very convenient. The conditioner was making the room unnecessarily cold, and a guest couldn't switch it off by yourself, but you may ask a receptionist, and he helped us with that. The room is cosy and convenient, clean bathroom (shower). For me it was absolutely quiet, the friend complained she heard some trams or trains but it was not critical. SUPER convenient location!!!

Location, location, LOCATION. Fabulous location - short walk to Petit France tourist area and hotel surrounded by bars and restaurants. Easy walk to Cathedrale. I would stay again based on this. Easy walk from train station. Rooms were standard Ibis. Small and very little shelf or wardrobe space but adequate for 1 person. It was expensive for what it was but Strasbourg is expensive and staying at Kehl or Port du Rhin is almost same price and very boring (have tried that before) Just pay the money. You will be glad you did.

Nothing - I knew Ibis was very basic and expected a simple room. It was fine with excellent heating and hot water.

Perfect Location-walking distance to the train station and to the old town. More restaurants nearby. Value for money.

The shower drain was not draining well on the first night. But the housekeeping on the next day cleaned it and draining well. Lack of draining system outside the shower area, the water when showering splashes out since there is no shower door. No kettle in the room. But the staff gave us hot water when we asked for it.

Breakfast is good enough. Cleaning of the rooms is satisfactory. The staff at reception is very polite and helpful. They do their best.

The only thing that I did not like about the hotel is the rudeness of the young lady at the breakfast area. She behaved extremely rude and harshly. We were afraid of even asking for a piece of bread when it was unavailable. Every thing made her upset and angry for some reason that we did not know about.

The bed was comfortable and the room had everything you need. Daily housekeeping and kind staff! Good location, close to the station and tram stop.

Nothing really, I had to wait a little bit for my room to be ready but it didn’t affect my stay.

It was air conditioned and clean. The breakfast was good.

The laundry service failed. One receptionist seemed to know nothing about it. The next one did and we handed it in before the time required. On returning we were given back output dirty laundry and were told that we had handed it in too late. This was not true. Staff were less than helpful with this matter.

The hotel location is very good selected, near a Tram station and not far from the SNCF station. The Cathédrale is also within walking range.

Probably because of the tram station, at night there are plenty of men gathering in the street and looks like selling "something". Always feel not good passing that area

The staff were super friendly and helpful and gave us a lot of good recommendations and advice on what to see in the city. Breakfast was delicious and worth the price. They have parking on site which was a little tight but convenient.

Bathroom is a little old, we believe there wasn't proper ventilation in ours, also there aren't many amenities in the rooms such as tissues, conditioner, shower caps etc. The beds are narrow but comfortable but takes a little getting used to.
