A really a good stay, in Naples. The apartment is right on the Università metro stop, right in the center of Naples. Despite being so central, they are on the 5th floor, with excellent windows that isolate from the noise. The view from the children is wonderful: on one side Castel Sant'Elmo and on the other the port with the sea. The discounted parking is very convenient, just 100 meters from the apartment. The area is a university area, so extremely lively and safe, there is no problem in finding something to eat. In the hotel there are also comfortable tables that can be used for a frugal breakfast. Alfonso, the receptionist, and then the highlight: extremely nice but attentive to privacy, very available to answer any questions. Perfect Neapolitan spirit. Thanks to him the stay was fantastic

One of those charming boutique hotels that truly gives off a homely vibe. The property is clean, quiet, and centrally located—just off the main road with easy access to both the metro and bus stand. It felt safe and comfortable throughout my stay. A special mention goes to the kind elderly receptionist (whose name I unfortunately don’t recall) for his warm and helpful demeanor. The hotel also has an elevator, which is a definite plus. An excellent choice for tourists who are always on the move.

We always like to stay in the centre of things, and the location was brilliant, 50 metres from the metro station, lots of cafes and bars, and in walking distance of the Castle Nuevo and the port. The room was cleaned properly every day, with fresh towels, and the staff were lovely and friendly. The hotel is on the fifth floor of the building and our room had a great views over the square and into the distance to St Elmo's castle on the hill overlooking Naples. The room was very large with a high ceiling so felt spacious, and had a small balcony.

You can't get breakfast in the hotel itself, but it's location meant that didn't matter.

Excellent location, really close to many attraction. Room is little bit old-fashioned, but really clean. Bed was comfortable, owner and all other staff were really friendly. Owner was really nice when we arrived at the hotel around midnight or when we asked after check out to leave our suitcases there until the evening. The elevator was really old fashioned, but it did the work :)

Little bit difficult to find the right entrance from the street. It is easy to miss the sing of the hotel at the street as it just a small sign next to the entrance. There's no clear info that you should call to the hotel to open the gate nor you must go through courtyard to find the elevator.

Great location, just next to a metro station. There is an elevator to the 5th floor where the hotel is situated. The elevator must be 100 years old but works quite well - only make sure to close all the doors when entering and leaving! The bathroom is quite small, but ok and the water pressure is very strong.

The wi-fi in the room was very weak and fell out every now and then. We even had problems registering for our flight.

Very close to city center. Less than 10 minutes by walk to Piazza Plebiscito and Palazzo Reale. Metro station just in front of the hotel. Few minutes from hotel is street with lot of bars and they are working all night but it’s not noisy in the hotel, we didn’t hear anything from outside. Room is big with very comfortable bed. Maybe little bit smaller for higher person. Small but nice balcony with side view on the sea. Very kind man from the reception. He works all day and night but he is always with smile and wants to help. He offered us his umbrella when was raining outside.

Doesn’t look like hotel. It’s in the public building on the 5th floor. And there is hallway with approximately 5-10 rooms and you have shared sitting area (like house with apartments). There was mold on the walls on the ceiling

Our host, Mr Alfonso! He is more than great person. He help us with all the info we need, he was kind and help us with some laundry 🧺 and every day they clean the room! Great location, exactly next to the Metro station University, busses....... AC was great, since outside it was very hot.

The owner could improve a little bit the rooms. They're old style , nice tall rooftop, but I guess there was long time since they paint and fix the issue with some mold. I'm just talking about my room, not the rest of the rooms. Probably it was only my room, since we've asked a bigger room for 3, with 3 beds. Overall, it is a 2 stars hotel, we cannot expect luxury.

The view from our room was amazing! Great value for the money. Really clean and comfortable room for a two stars. Exceptionally cordial and available host. We are thankful for their kindness towards our sassy two year old, she loved the place! We will be definitely coming back. Totally recommend.

The sink stoppers both in the sink and bidet were faulty, making it difficult for the water to go down the drain. Is definitely something to fix for future guests.

A nice small hotel close to the most beautiful and safe area of Napoli. Very nice and friendly staff is always at your disposal. You can leave your luggage free of charge. The central loacation allows you to visit the old town and seaside on foot. Highly recommended. Grazie mille del soggiorno ottimo

VERY SAFE! I felt very secure staying here. The lift was amazing and big considering how old the building is. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Shower was smaller but very good size for Italy. Staff cleaned room during stay and left alot of towels! Hotel was not super modern but very comfortable and view from balcony was very nice! Restaurants downstairs also had amazing food
