Everything was great we truly loved it.

On the day of out check out, i woke up with a terrible pain on my back and i asked to the receptionist (Nicole) if she had any pill she could just say “no sorry” but instead in a rude way she replied to me “we are not a pharmacy”. I know they are not however thats not the kind of reply you give to a guest. During the stay Anita was always very kind and helpful maybe the other receptionist should learn something from her.

In a great location, walking distance to water buses and most attractions. Helpful friendly staff. Beautiful terrace on the canal for breakfast or drinks. Even though the hotel is on a busy main thoroughfare, our room was very quiet.

Even though it has a lift, there are a few stairs to navigate before & after the lift to get to our room which is bit tricky if you have large heavy suitcases. Also had to request extra bathroom supplies when they ran out - toilet paper, tissues etc.Daily housekeeping do not replenish these.

BW Premier Collection CHC Continental is an excellent choice for a stay in Venice. The staff is exceptionally polite and welcoming, ensuring a pleasant experience. The hotel is conveniently located just a 5-minute walk from the train station, making arrivals and departures hassle-free. The on-site restaurant offers quality dining, and the entire property is well-maintained and clean. If you're planning to visit landmarks like the Doge’s Palace and St. Mark’s Square, consider adding at least 10 extra minutes to the estimated walking time on Google Maps, as navigating through Venice’s winding streets can take longer than expected.

location: close to the station and on the grand canal. I enjoyed my stay so much, I extended the days. But the staff was the outstanding part of my stay. After the first room did not work for me they changed my room and even relocated my luggage! I wanted a hotel with an option of a restaurant. After 10 hrs enjoying Venice often I do not enjoy going out again to find a restaurant. And a restaurant that did not question that you were eating solo! Bravo!

I asked to sit out on the canal veranda during a rare sunny day and was told no. With limited Italian I cold not understand why. I prefer a room within the hotels I stay in. Staying in the building across the small courtyard made me uncomfortable although there are two security doors but you still must dress for rain and cold to go to breakfast! * note: look up for the hotel sign, it is easy to miss Also, you need to tell the front desk if the room is too cold,, this was very important

Excellent location- mere steps to the train station and water buses to go to any part of Venice. Depending on the time of day, the water buses were very crowded (e.g. had to wait for the next water bus which meant an extra 20- 30 minutes) so staying near to the train station was less risky as we were travelling by train. Plenty of food choices around the hotel also.

We were told that there was no aircon facility (Venice regulations) so we needed to open the windows to keep the room cool and ventilated. As the hotel is next to the canal, with our room on level 2, some noise was inevitable. There was an elevator to upper floors but both the elevator waiting area {a few steps up) and the elevator were small.

The location is excellent. The room was comfortable. The staff were friendly. Breakfast had a wide variety of choices. The bar/restaurant downstairs is very convenient.

From the lift to my room on the 2nd floor there were 28 steps. They went up, down and in one case, sideways. When I checked in, the receptionist asked if I wanted help with my bags. I assumed that no, there was a lift, how hard could it be? When you don’t have great knees and one of your bags is a bit heavy, it would be good to know this at check-in. I probably would have asked for a less out of the way room. Also, a fire alarm went off around 6am. It was only in the part of the hotel where I was staying (friends on the 4th floor never heard a thing). It turned out to be a false alarm, but it’s not the way you want to start your day.

The room was comfortable, modern and spacious and the view of the canal was perfect. The location is good right on the grand canal and by the water boat stops. However it is about a 25-30 min walk to san marco, yet the walk is beautiful so this didn’t bother us. The breakfast was delicious and had a wide range of choice. The staff are incredibly friendly and very smiley and friendly, and all of the staff at breakfast were efficient and welcoming.

Nothing, we would love to stay here again and cannot fault a thing

Well maintained hotel with working AC which was a first as the 2 previous hotels we stayed in that week had non functioning AC. It is in a great location 5 min walk from train station maybe 10 n min from the Bus station! The staff were very efficient and friendly. the breakfast was excellent and you could eat it on deck overlooking the Grand Canal. Overall we had an excellent experience

Only thing was it was not cheap but that may be because it was a Holiday weekend in Italy while we were there

From Venizia Main Train Station - easy access / walking distance to all sort of Shopping areas in Venizia - Mrs. Claudia, a very kind and professional attendant at reception offered us breakfast at discounted rate on arrival for our stay, excellent choice. - Staff very kind, respectful and helpful - Mrs. Claudia helped with the Total invoice at the end due to an Error despite being very busy, (Appreciate her a lot)

I booked to pay at property on my arrival due to prior booking experiences during Covid time in general and it was stated at the booking time for this property, however deposit deduction/guarantee applied by about almost 1 week in advance despite the prior promise.

Room was spacious and bed was super comfortable. Complimentary water was provided and location was perfect being so close to the train station and water transport. Breakfast was also on a picturesque terrace or could be seated inside if weather was not suitable. There was a huge variety available in the buffet breakfast.

Smell in bathroom but that is to be expected when you are on a canal and the number of stairs to reach your room, even though the property has a lift. This is due to the hotel being situated in an old building which has been recently renovated.
