The Room took us back in history! It was a RICH venetian gothic style room with vintage furniture and giant chandelier. The staff was more than friendly, very very helpful and patient. The location was the best!!! We walked to St. Marks Square and there are so many stores and restaurants - it is steps from a canal where you can get a gondola ride. The Breakfast was fantastic! It had hot and cold options, it was a buffet with so many choices.

The bed and pillows were not comfortable. I recommend down bedding and pillows for more comfort and luxury in this super luxurious room. I didn't like that we had to leave the room key with the front desk before we left, but it's understandable WHY... the rooms keys were actual KEYS and if they were lost, it would be hard to replace.

Decor, bed, bedding comfortable, Housekeeping excellent. Reception always had time and were willing to help with useful advice and information. Breakfast was consistent and the service good. Our special dietary requests were fulfilled. We had asked for a first floor room and that is what we got.

The room was dark, we had to have lights on at any time of the day. But that is Venice. Fresh coffee at breakfast would be preferred to tge push button coffee making machines. Facial tissues in the bathroom were “on request”. The bathroom was cold upon arrival. The towel and heating radiator had been turned off. The control was missing. It was fixed immediately after we told Reception but odd it had not been picked up by housekeeping.

Very friendly staff, always willing to help. Breakfast was good, including a nice Prosecco. Room had enough space. Location is perfect, in the middle of Venice, on a short walking distance of the main attractions of Venice. It is located at a quite street.

The bathroom needs definitely some renovation. Not a problem for us, but there is no elevator in the building. Though the hotel is located in a quite street, there is still some noise during the night if you want to sleep with open windows. Overall, I would rate the hotel room and bathroom as a three star hotel (personnel and service is however on a 4-start level).

The location is perfect, close to St. Mark’s Square and Rialto Bridge, yet quiet enough for a relaxing stay. The rooms are spacious and have a lovely Venetian charm. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, providing great tips for exploring the city. Breakfast was satisfying, though with limited options. Overall, a great place for a romantic getaway or family trip.

The biggest downside is the lack of an elevator, which made it difficult to manage luggage. Some furniture felt outdated, and our room had no view, facing a wall. While the location is fantastic, these aspects impacted the overall experience.

A comfortable hotel in a quiet street beside a canal in Venice. The hotel was very well positioned to enjoy access to all areas of Venice while still being quiet. The room was a reasonable size and the bed was comfortable. There was an opening window with a service courtyard below. The staff were friendly and it was a real bonus to be able to have breakfast in our room each morning - much more relaxing for us than going downstairs but the dining room looked pleasant and plenty of other guests took that option. The hotel was also an easy walk from the ferry stop.

The room was comfortable with a canal side view. The concierge Andrea was very helpful before and during our visit. The location was great..short 5 minute walk to Piazza San Marco.

The room was kept almost hot, and we like cool rooms. Couldn't leave the windows open at night because the littlest noise outside echoed and kept waking us up. We would try to leave the heat off, but the cleaning service kept turning it back on, making it hot in the room again by the time we got back. Had to open the windows to try to cool the room down again. The bed was very comfortable, but I didn't sleep well any night because we had to leave the windows open and tried to sleep with the echoed sounds. If you like to sleep warm, this is a great location for you.

The location was wonderful - only 10 mins walk from the bustle and sights around piazza San Marco, but very peaceful and calm. 5 mins walk from a vaporetto stop to get the boat to the airport, and to other parts of Venice. The room was lovely and comfortable and very peaceful. The breakfast was really good with lots of choice and great coffee. The staff were really friendly and helpful - they lent us a plug adaptor when we realised we’d forgotten ours!

The only thing that I’d change is that it would be great to have the means of making a decent coffee in the room. The instant Nescafé wasn’t too appealing! Aside from that all was fantastic!

The room and bathroom were very spacious. The room comfortably accommodated me and my 3 teenage kids ...and 3 people could be in the bathroom, spacious. The location is everything, probably the best feature about this hotel. Very close to Rialto and San Marco..The staff are also really great, very helpful. Even the night guard waited for us as we arrived very late ( early hours of the morning). Also the toiletries were a nice touch.

There's no lift for suitcases but they helped with them. It's typical Venetian with a touch of old. This is not a dislike but feedback. We didn't mind it as we wanted to have that "authentic" feel but it's old.
