Location is excellent. Everything is nearby. Walking distance to water taxi, gondolas, St. Mark’s square, restaurants, shopping etc. Staff were helpful and nice including cleaning lady and guy checking the fridge. Very clean. Breakfast was great. Can use water taxi from Marco Polo airport to St. Mark’s station then walk to the place but please light luggage although there are porters who are very nice too if needed.

AC doesn’t cool enough. Maybe needs an extra fan to help the ac. Pillows were flat as a pancake and hard like a biscotti😂. No shampoo/conditioner but convenient store is next door😊

Giovanni in reception was very helpful and kind, even gave us umbrella to use in the pouring rain when we checked out. The Hotel has easy access and 2 minutes walk away to St. MARK'S SQUARE, room is big and very comfortable, air conditioning is super cold!! Breakfast had loads of different breads, bacon , eggs, ham, cheeses and fruits with coffee machines and fruit juice machine. Very friendly staff specially Filipino staff Michael from the bfast team. Will highly recommend this hotel and will definitely come back here!!! Thank you for a wonderful 4 day stay we had.

The location very near St. Mark's Square was ideal. The room was quite spacious, more like an apartment with a bedroom, sitting room and table with chairs. After days walking on stone and marble pavements, we appreciated the wooden floors and area rug. The breakfast room was sunny and elegant with an excellent buffet and friendly servers. Staff at the registration desk were knowledgeable and helpful.

It was disappointing to go from an elegant lobby to a worn-seeming adjacent building for our room.

The rooms are tired and look nothing like the rooms in the gallery online, so that was disappointing. The rooms need a refresh to add some glamour and comfort - they were very basic and not shiny and beautiful as expected. They were clean and had enough space. No tea and coffee facilities without asking for it.

Good location, close to San Marco's Square. Beautiful and very clean room with a view of the canal and the gondolas. The staff was very helfull and polite. Very close there is a gondola's service and a little market.

It's not their fault but sometimes there is smell from the canal water.

The absolute best about this hotel is the location, it is quite literally one tunnel away from Piazza San Marco, Venice's downtown. There's a lot of great gelatto and restaurants in the alley it's on too. The hotel was full of kind-hearted people, really professional and attentive (some of them even spoke Spanish!) and the room was also quite lovely, with a rustic feel to it. We really enjoyed our stay here and I'm sure future travellers will too!

Everything about the Hotel pleased us, the staff were excellent, the room was plenty big enough, very clean, finding our way around the Hotel was very easy once help from staff was given. The choice at breakfast was superb with the staff keeping the area very clean and clearing tables was done so quickly, so all ready for the next guests

The only problem we had, was that tea and coffee wasn't available during the day and evenings due to areas being closed and the Hotel's restaurant under refurbishment. Again, the staff were able to point us in the direction of somewhere to get the above.

Location, And in general it was good. I think next time in Venedig I might book the same hotel provided that that the internet connection will be available already from the first day of the stay.

Unfortunately the internet was not working at least first 3,5 days (out of 5 days) and I was getting answers like a technician is working on it or that the stuff cannot do more as it is working for others. Finally one nice girl at the reception helped with fixing it. Unfortunately , I don't remember her name. But want to say thank you to her again. Breakfast could be bit divers - we had the same menu every day.

I had a lovely surprise that I was given an upgrade for my night at San Marco, I was put into a suite, which was a lovely end to my trip away. Best nights sleep I’d had all week! Amazing breakfast buffet and really friendly staff. Location was fab too, right behind the square.
