My flight was cancelled and so I had to rapidly find a hotel for the night. This was available and the staff were brilliant. They made me feel welcome and calm. The bed was comfortable. There was a shower and a bath which seems silly to note but they were separate. The room was well designed with thoughtful touches. The staff explained how to use everything and they were prompt and professional. Breakfast had a wide selection including vegan and gluten free options clearly signposted. The room was quite clean. I only saw a couple of hairs that were definitely not mine. A beautiful lobby space with artwork and plenty of chairs. There were two outdoor terraces. There were two decent sized single beds and a spa which I unfortunately could not use due to time. This was the perfect hotel to calm me after a stressful day.

The view was pretty normal considering I was on the 9th floor. The hotel is not right in the centre of that is what you like but is close to Serralves a fantastic sculpture park.

Exceptional service from all the hotel staff - nothing was too much trouble for the Reception team; the top-hatted door man was great hailing taxis; always helpful at the New Yorker bar; the lady with the coffee at breakfast; too many to mention. Real five star service and standard.

A minor niggle: the duvet was very heavy which made the bed less comfortable than it could have been. While the location is ideal for business people, it is quite a distance for tourists from Porto centre and the Douro.

We loved the place! Me, my wife, and 2.5 Year old Baby were staying here our first time in Porto. The rooms are exceptional and clean, they staff super friendly especially Ana Sofia and Francisca, both were super accomedating and very helpful in anything we needed. They made our stay in Porto amazing and we will definitly be back. After our expereince here I don't want to stay in any other place except for the Sheraton. The staff here are a model of what a 5 start hotel should be like. If I could I would give the place a 10 out of 10. BTW the breakfast and dinner is awesome with a ton of variety and friendly staff as well. During the day the have a snack bar and sometimes they have live music in the bar.

Nothing, Amazing Place to stay no complaints!!!

One of the best hotels we stayed at. We stayed at a nice and comfortable suite on the top floor. There's a large balcony and large bathroom. Everything looked clean and fresh. Fresh fruits served on our arrival. Very tasty breakfasts, a nice restaurant/bar with a good choice of food, an absolutely fabulous spa - one of the best in the class - and finally, very friendly and professional staff.

We were charged 5 euros for requesting plates and spoons through room service. To be clear we did not order food. Just wanted plates . Apparently if we went down and picked it up ourselves, we would not be charged. For the price we paid for 3 days, to charge for plates seemed unnecessary. It might be hotel policy to discourage room service requests without ordering food.

We like everything, the lounges, the Bedroom the service. All the staff were really friendly and polite.

We always book a hotel with swimming Pool and we were negatively surprise to hear that we would need to pay extra to use the pool. It was not included in our package and there was no notes on our booking that it would be extra-charged.

Beyond exceptional receptionist facilitating early check-in as was very tired and also someone to help me with the safety box in the room in less than 5 mins. Exceptional staff attention as well at the bar, concierge. Everyone is very friendly and professional, smiling and helpful.

Just a note on wine list at the bar: not enough international choices to my taste but excepcional staff as well.

I liked the room, the bed, the large bathtub separate from the shower cabin and overall luxury atmosphere. Gym was also nicely equipped and open 24hrs. For the club floor, there was a nice lounge and room was spacious.

Wifi in the lobby and room were quite weak for the 5 star global hotel. I also did not like the pool and jacuzzi in the spa - they looked old especially end part of jacuzzi was dark and scary. Our room included spa access, but I would not pay extra fee to enter. Also, for the room cleaning, the glass door between washing place and toilet needs to be better cleaned... it was not pleasant. And tea cups on the study desk were left uncleaned somehow for two days in a row. So little improvement is needed. Finally, the location is not too convenient to the central Porto - it takes about 15 minutes by car and we took Uber every time.

The property was great, very nice! The rooms were clean and spacious. Very good hotel!

The fact that the pool wasn’t included in our reservations. It was not clear when I did the reservations that we had to pay extra (20$) daily per person to use the pool!

The staff were all lovely , they kept a parcel safe for us with our clothes in that we sent forward 3 weeks before. Even though we cancelled our stay at that point. Before re-booking. Cost was about €150 euros not bad for 5 star. The hotel is clean and the food is very good. The spa is nice. Nice area. Beautiful rooms with a good bath and lots of room.

€26 for breakfast ! ! 🤷‍♂️ €20 to use pool / spa 🤷‍♂️ Food in bar was expensive.
