The breakfast was nice (scrambled eggs, ham slices/sausages, hash browns, juices, coffee/tea, fruits, hot/cold cereal, yogurt, toasts, etc.). May be they could add some pastries, but overall it was good. The bed was very comfortable. There is also a small gym with basic, but good equipment as well as a nice small pool.

The location could be better as it's very much in a rural area, and it's extremely difficult to get an Uber (although the hotel had some contact information for local transportation companies). Also, the muffins sold in the lobby were dry and not very tasty :(

The hotel is clean and spacious. Breakfast options are very good and vegan friendly. Free parking. Lots of nice areas to sit and hang out. The rooms are well insulated; did not hear other guests.

Some of the evening bar and wait staff were surly and just not hospitable. The dinner menu is limited. Service is slow. The room lacked amenities like lotion, sewing kit and Qtip swabs.

Everything was excellent - from the check-in to the last day, they were very courteous & accommodating, specially the night staff. I requested a softer pillow bcs I suffer of migraine headaches & they didn't hesitate & brought it to my room. Also requested some other extra items which were promptly provided. Very secure hotel, even the elevator is activated with your hotel key. Stores & restaurants at a walking distance. Also not far from Outlets in Barceloneta & San Juan. Great breakfast & delicious coffee. I highly recommend it & definitely will be staying here again.

There really is nothing that I didn't like but I do recommend a microwave oven in the room, maybe the other rooms had one but mines didn't. I did see one in down in the breakfast area.

The service was good, also the breakfast and the personal was so amazing.

The room smell bad like humidity. Also the room service when came to clean the room, don't clean well, because the bathroom was dirty and don't clean the carpet. Also don' t change the glass of water. Also the sofa bed was uncomfortable, we felt the springs.

The atmosphere was very quiet, the breakfast was enjoyable, and everything was overall very clean.

The parking area and the space around the pool were filled with numerous cats and chickens, and the strong odor of excrement made it very unpleasant.

The property was beautiful inside. clean, spacious and comfortable. The breakfast served was always fresh and delicious.

The refrigerator in our room didn’t work. when we told the staff member he didn’t seem to care. I was disappointed to get no response, no apology, and he didn’t seem to care about the food we had put inside it had to be thrown away. Considering the cost to stay at the hotel I would expect better customer service.

This location was a great place to stay for my family. It was a pit stop before driving to visit family in the south of the island. The room was clean and the size was decent for my family of 5. We will most likely stay here again because it was easy to get to.

We didn't have body wash in the dispenser but the concierge brought us some right away.

The location was very accessible. Near stores and places to eat. Not far from the beach. The room was comfortable and the breakfast was a bonus.

Just short of 3 hours for the check in, front desk called about not having a room for us after doing the reservation with a month or so in advance. They gave us the option of moving the date or going to another hotel that was farther at no cost. After explaining that I was already in town, she said to just arrive like normal. That seem odd . Other than that, it was a good stay.

I had been staying at cheap hotels with poor facilities, so staying here 1 night was a treat. Breakfast was excellent. Room was quiet and dark.

Hallway smelled a bit like mildew.

Classic and comfortable hotel, convenient for visiting the nearby coast if you have a car. Good quality and varied breakfast buffet.

Placed in town, not much to do in the immediate vicinity. Requires a car. Small swimming pool.
