Location, reception bar etc. Room was excellent. It had two double beds very comfortable. Fridge, iron /ironing board.

My room was at the far end of the hotel on the 4th floor, when I eventually got to my room pulling my large suitcase and small carryon! The keycard didn’t work so I had to leave the large case outside the room and hope it would still be there after I marched all the way back to reception!!!!! Thankfully it was! Im a 77yr old fit female with a new hip and knee. I was exhausted!!

Very conveniently located near the airport for our early morning flight. We were able to park out front for 15 minutes in order to take everything to the room before returning the rental car. We had paid for breakfast but realized we would not have time to eat. The desk clerk offered to order us breakfast bags to take with us. The room was clean and comfortable. Each staff member was polite and cheerful

No one told us that for the lights to work, we must insert the room card into a pocket just inside the door. We called twice about it, and it took an hour or so for someone to come to the room. To be fair, it was still daylight. Also, the shower head did not work well.

A good location for Heathrow airport pick up. The room was clean and had good facilities. All staff I interacted with were very friendly and polite.

None blue badge holders using disabled bays. I had to challenge a driver to be able to use these facilities. The alternative would have been to park in normal parking bays, but the only empty ones were at the very back of the hotel so this was not feasible. This should be better policed by the parking company. Evening meal options were limited at the restaurant. In hindsight I should have paid for room service as the menu had better options. However doing this would have exceeded my company meal allowance due to the service charge.

Bed was super comfy, room was quiet and I had access to things very close by if I needed it after a long flight from Los Angeles. Would recommend especially as I booked this very last minute due to another cancellation.

Parts ot the room were a little dirty and there was a guy staying in the room opposite that was off his head / smoking weed so the corridor stank and he was in an out of his room every 5 minutes. In fact he was stood waiting in his doorway for "something" when I arrived. That made me feel a little unsafe tbh. Also the curtain rail was too short for the window which meant I couldn't black out the light very well which I really needed after flying around the world and with jet lag. I had to fashio something to make the room darker.

The rooms are spacious and clean. Restaurant food was good! The location is near the airport. Several easy options for rides to and from the airport.

The park hoppa service took us to the wrong Radisson. There are three in the area. Radisson Blue, Red, and conference center. I don’t think it is clearly stated that the red and the conference center are attached. Make sure your driver is clear where they are taking you. The hotel was not able to an accommodate an early check in, which I can get past, but they were also too full to accommodate luggage storage. That was a pain.

The location and the convenience of the shuttle bus to Heathrow is a bonus but it is also a really good hotel with very well-trained staff.

It was slightly confusing at check in, a very nice and welcoming team member took me over to the self-check-in telephone booths where on my first attempt the system showed that the charge that was going to be taken from my card was much more than I was quoted. When I questioned the team member I was told this was a deposit charge which would be repaid 3/4 days later. The system then stalled so the team member tried again this time it showed an even larger deposit charge was going to be taken bringing it over double my confirmed price. Again the system stalled and I was then taken to the reception where another very nice and professional team member booked me in and at this point the system only asked for the price I had been quoted in my confirmation email.

Pleasant room and bathroom with comfortable mattress and pillows. Pleasant helpful staff. I was given a breakfast bag which I appreciated.

You can take London buses from the Heathrow bus centre to get to the hotel. It’s cheaper than the shuttle and only a tiny walk to the front door. The shuttle didn’t serve Terminal 4 anyway so I was happy to just use public transport. The advert on booking.com doesn’t use the name “Radisson RED” so I found it confusing knowing that I was in the right place. If the volume of the loudspeaker in the lift could be lowered it would benefit rooms like mine which were next to the lift.

The customer service was excellent, very good that you remind visitors to book a shuttle ride from the Terminal 5. The breakfast was superb and staff in the restaurant very friendly. Room was very clean - very small but comfortable.

The refrigerator was pretty loud, humming all night and I did wake up because of that and also because the blackout curtains in our room 3507 did not entirely block out the light coming from the spotlights opposite our room, leaving quite a wide crack of light to the right-hand side of the curtain. This was quite a problem to me personally, but not my son - and I ended up hanging our coats up on a hook in the wall to block out the light completely. I didn't have time to mention this as we checked out, sorry.

The breakfast buffet had plentiful options and was delicious. It wasn't noisy despite the road nearby we slept well. Beds were comfy and the room had everything we needed.

For an hotel this size, one staff only at reception meant there was always a wait. We were mistakenly given a double, which was corrected when I requested a twin again. The twin beds were litterally touching each other, not even a cm in between, which can be an issue depending who you travel with. It was surprising for a conference hotel. Although the summary led us to believe the hotel was a walkable distance - it says 500m - from the airport, you have to take the pricey shuttle bus. There's only 1 per hour for terminal 5 and it defeated the ease and economy meant by staying in an airport hotel. The restaurant was average. We received our water after finishing our meals and asking twice.

perfect location easy bus ride from outside hotel to Hatton Cross tube station £2 then directly into central London £6, easy regular bus to Twickenham from outside hotel and only £2 with one easy change at Hounslow Central plus hotel half price compared to central London, If your a rugby fan and go to Twickenham leaving from central London is a nightmare with thousands of people packed onto trains if you stay here your going west to east it’s quiet and easy you can arrive at any time that suits you with no stress at all
