Room is comfortable Location is great We stayed here because we have a 7 months old baby and a 7 years old daughter. This was great to chill with the baby while our daughter had fun with all the activities that are planned for kids

It seems that they mostly have 2 individual beds that they put together which wasn't comfortable. We prefer one big bed rather than 2 individuals There is a sofa bed though

The place is beautiful and the staff is very friendly and helpful. There is a laundromat on site. Hard to find that info in any description but it’s important to me so I thought I would share. The detergent and fabric softener is auto dispensed though so if you have allergies it could be an issue. And you can’t opt out of it. The staff are all super nice and helpful. The breakfast is amazing. The beach is beautiful and has great activities for kids. The location is great. Lots of wonderful restaurants around so you don’t have to do the all inclusive food option if you’d rather explore.

Why can’t there be king size mattresses? The two twins are not a great option. Would prefer to have a larger combined bed.

The hotel is amazing with everything catered for you. The food is exceptional and the staff are incredible from the reception to the cleaners and the entertainment team to the restaurant staff! Big shout for Miguel on reception and David in the ents team. Also a big mention for Diego on reception too. Also the girls for Yoga too - amazing work. You've got a huge amount of choice for food options which covers everyone and the BBQ restaurant was excellent. The staff do small touches every day whether it be leaving things in your room or coming round with extras at the pool. You're never stuck for something to do and for someone who loves being active, all the classes were great too. The food trucks offer more choice again and for the Star Prestige guests having access to the lounge and Sky Bar just take it to another level and well worth extra money to upgrade. With the beach literally out of the hotel, you can just choose between the pool and the sea without having to move your stuff as well. Kids club and all of the day events were also amazing.....pool carpets, foam parties, acrobat shows etc. All of this just in the daytime alone! Outstanding. Overall the hotel is exceptional and it's just a few tiny details that hold it back. Still in my opinion it's more a 5 star than a 4 star.

Not enough space around the pool and it meant you were on top of each other and this also applies to the restaurant as well. The hotel is amazing but the space was limited in these areas. We had one small issue relating to a cleaning problem and Yane on the Star Prestige reception didn't seem bothered or fussed with it which was a let down as for the most part she was very good but could be a little more polite with guests at times. Finally the gym could do with a refresh too.

The hotel is clearly designed with families in mind. Everything from the facilities to the activities is catered toward children, making it an ideal destination for those traveling with toddlers or babies. The pools are especially nice and safe for little ones, which made our stay very relaxing. The location is unbeatable—right on a beautiful stretch of Alcudia beach with calm, turquoise waters.

The rooms were comfortable and clean, though we were disappointed to find two single beds pushed together instead of a proper double bed. The gap between the mattresses was uncomfortable and something the hotel could easily improve. Food-wise, dinner and breakfast were decent, but lunch (included in the all-inclusive package) was a bit underwhelming. A bit more variety and quality at lunchtime would really elevate the overall experience.

Super nice hotel near the beach. There are some nice pools and the prestige rooms give access to the rooftop with some extra pools, bar, lounging chairs and an amazing view. Breakfast was excellent with many options. The beach was really nice with free chairs and very calm shallow waters. There is a small pier where you can get into boat tours. The room was spacious and had everything we needed. We were not able to get a sea view room, but even from the side view can see the ocean a bit :)

I would have loved to have fresh coffee and not machine coffee at breakfast (it was available at the prestige bar but only from 10AM) I thought dinner quality was ok, but not super tasty, however, there some nice restaurants around that offer really good food.

We stayed as a family with teenagers (13 & 15). The hotel is clean, well-organized, and has a fantastic beach just steps away. The pool water was perfect—no complaints there. While our teens enjoyed the beach and pool, the entertainment and activities were mostly geared toward younger kids, so they found it a bit boring in the evenings. Staff were friendly, food had good variety, and the location is excellent for relaxing. Ideal for families with younger children, but not much to keep teens engaged long-term.

Perfect for families, close to beach, beautiful clean hotel, great location, most kid friendly hotel we have ever stayed at and cannot wait to book another stay. We checked in really late (2am) and the staff were so lovely and let my husband bring our children up to the room whilst I finalised our check in. There were little toys for children at reception, the pool and a playground, they also had a balance bike and ride on toys which the children absolutely loved. It was really amazing.

The apartment was really small, we didn't have a balcony which was so disappointing given the price and also didn't see it anywhere that stated this when booking. Also there was no kitchen amenities so is really for people who are doing all inclusive.

Great place to spend the holidays with your family. Loads of attractions for kids, good food, a great location, nice rooms, and a pleasant crowd. We loved the rock night with the live band!

At times, the restaurant was very busy, making it difficult to find a table. Also, there didn’t seem to be enough bikes for rent—we wanted to rent two, but only the last two were available, and one had a flat tire :(

Location: you have a lot of restaurant and shops in a walking distance which is quite useful. On top of that, from the hotel, you directly access to the beach. Restaurant: Large choice of tasty food combined with quality Staff: Super helpful and support the client

Cleanness: Room was not totally clean everyday, and one day they did not clear whereas their app stated the opposite. We were missing couple of times some towels, The kid's club was also a bit dirty, as most of the people did not follow the rules by taking their shoes off. No staff was reminding them

I really enjoyed the hotel. The breakfast and dinner were both good with a variety of food. The hotel's location is exceptional, right next to the sea. The pool facilities are great, and there are fantastic entertainment programs every day, with a very friendly entertainment staff. The beach is amazing, and the sea is warm. I'm very happy with my choice.

I didn't have enough storage space for clothes in the room. There was a wardrobe at the entrance, but most of it was without shelves, so it was more of a place to keep suitcases.
