Hotel Location, shuttles, breakfast and small gift shop with variety of foods snacks and gifts. Beds are sooo comfortable. Scenery around is beautiful! Beautiful hotel. Most representatives/employees very helpful. Most shuttle drivers very helpful. Yes I would definitely stay here again. Do enjoy this hotel very much. Second time staying here.

Did not appreciate that they kept electric scooter plugged in by front desk, and our room was way way in the back 1196. They did not offer to assist us with our luggage to room or even offer the luggage cart. Rooms A/C fan not working great. Remodeling is great but front doors are heavy and no disability button to open doors. Sometimes they have someone by door to open doors for you, but not always. Some shuttles don’t have A/C. And some shuttle drivers even though we called ahead were hesitant to take electric scooter.

I like that. It's right next to disneyland and then you have a shuttle that goes to disneyland

I did not like the hidden parking fees that were not included in the check out price

For our family the only reason it’s a 9 is because this is the first time we didn’t have a microwave and that was kind of big for our family and littles. Not sure if that’s standard for every other hotel we stayed at but other than that it was almost a perfect stay

The size of the room was nice, the bed was fairly comfortable, the air conditioning worked well, the view of Disneyland fireworks from the pool was decent, the landscaping and koi pond area was lovely, and we were grateful for the shuttle to/from Disney.

A complimentary continental breakfast would have been nice. Upon checkin it is very clear that the front desk agents are assigned a list of things to say, so they memorize it, get all words out, and send you on your way. Even though I was clearly bewildered by the barrage of information spewed at me, she had no interest in confirming that I actually understood. She just wanted me to sign and leave. It would be nice if the customer service level at that touch point were improved.

We came here to go to Disneyland and this hotel offered a free shuttle directly from hotel to Disney. Very close to Disney. Check in Staff was amazing and quick. Hotel decor was suited to Disney theme. My kids loved the hotel and it was comfortable and not stuffy. Gated hotel which made us feel safe.

Ice machine on second floor was broken the whole stay- 4 nights. Toilet had black mold in the inner rim. For a room booked for 2 adults and 2 kids I would expect more towels to be offered- only three body towels were in the room. Tried to call front desk and waited on hold for 10 minutes- decided to hang up and give up in asking for more towels.

The pool was lovely and the room sizes were big. They provide a printed tv list which was helpful. My niece and nephew enjoyed watching the disney fireworks every night. No noise and pleasant receptionist staff, very helpful.

The bathrooms were on the small size. Could have been larger with size of the room. Had to request housekeeping after 2 days of no towels. Although my niece and nephew loved the fireworks my daughter who is autistic did not. Very close to where they are set off. Did not get why we had to tip for insight meals and one of the food staff was pushy with it. Property did not have any other entertainment options which is a shame apart from princess Connie who was available on Fridays, subday magician for extra cost and games room. What a missed opportunity with their space they could offer way more.

The hotel was very clean, and the rooms were spacious. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The shuttle to Disneyland was fantastic — it runs every 30 minutes, which made getting to the park so easy. Inside the hotel, there are plenty of great options for food, drinks, and even groceries, making it super convenient during our stay. The only downside is that there aren’t a lot of outlets to charge your devices, so I’d recommend bringing a power strip if you need to charge multiple things at once. I definitely recommend this hotel for families or anyone planning a trip to Disneyland! 🌟

I love the atmosphere that extends out from your Disneyland visit. The shuttles are such a game changer, if we happened to arrive at the correct time. We were in and out about in 15 minutes. We also got to meet the princess of the castle, she approached us and took a picture with us. Lastly you can catch a glimpse of the fireworks from the garden with the fountain. “Right behind the restaurant” .

The only negative to our stay was our bathtub drain. It was not draining adequately and kept floating while we we”re taking showers. And took awhile to drain completely after wars.

I like the spacious room allowed by my 2 year old room to play in the room. I also like th shuttle service to Disneyland because the shuttle was consistently on time and available for either a drop-off or pick-up from Disneyland. The hotel is close enough for a walk to Disneyland for those who choose to walk. We didn't feel the need to walk because of the excellent shuttle service. We also enjoyed a fantastic view of the firework show from the hotel.

The bathroom in the hotel was outdated and a little grungy because it was old. Also, one of the restaurant staff members was a bit rude when we asked if the restaurant was open. He could have nicely told us they were closed while also telling us that the lounge was open. Instead, he just looked down with no eye contact and said they were closed. They closed at 11 am and we did not know that.

It was clean. The shuttle to Disneyland was frequent and very comfortable. The pool area is very nice.

We reserved a room with a king bed. Typically a king room comes with some additional comfortable furnishings (as opposed to a room with two queens) However, in this case we were in a very large room that seemed almost barren with LOTS of empty floor space. The room only had one upholstered barrel chair and a small table with two upright dining chairs. Our room was never made up by housekeeping. Therefore, we had to request additional coffee pouches and paper cups at the front desk every day during our three night stay.
