Hotel Location, shuttles, breakfast and small gift shop with variety of foods snacks and gifts. Beds are sooo comfortable. Scenery around is beautiful! Beautiful hotel. Most representatives/employees very helpful. Most shuttle drivers very helpful. Yes I would definitely stay here again. Do enjoy this hotel very much. Second time staying here.

Did not appreciate that they kept electric scooter plugged in by front desk, and our room was way way in the back 1196. They did not offer to assist us with our luggage to room or even offer the luggage cart. Rooms A/C fan not working great. Remodeling is great but front doors are heavy and no disability button to open doors. Sometimes they have someone by door to open doors for you, but not always. Some shuttles don’t have A/C. And some shuttle drivers even though we called ahead were hesitant to take electric scooter.

Everything was almost perfect and loved the free shuttle was a pleasant surprise

For our family the only reason it’s a 9 is because this is the first time we didn’t have a microwave and that was kind of big for our family and littles. Not sure if that’s standard for every other hotel we stayed at but other than that it was almost a perfect stay

The location was great, close to Disneyland. This is our 2nd time and we chose this one because of the free shuttle.

The hotel was great but we ended up paying for parking when the advertisement online said free parking. It was free last time and this time we stayed 2 nights so we paid for 2 nights of parking. And the beds were hard.

The room was huge, the pool and the hot tub really nice, grounds were beautiful. Very close to Disneyland with free shuttle. Restaurant onsite was adequate but quite deserted without a good selection. We opted to eat breakfast in our room rather than pay for the breakfast in the restaurant.

Parking cost $25 per day. I didn't realize the parking wasn't included in the cost of the room. I chose that hotel because of proximity to the park and the shuttle service. Had i realized parking cost that much, I might have chosen a different hotel without a shuttle service, but with free parking, and paid the $35 to park at Disneyland? Worth it in the end though, the hotel is pretty fun.

The hotel is close the Orange County airport, about a 20 minute drive. The hotel is spacious and very family friendly. The gardens and duck ponds were great to walk around with our toddler. The swimming pool was located outside of our room and towels were provided at the pool which was convenient. We used the hotel store for essentials which was extremely convenient to have on the property. It is expensive though. The majestic Disney bus was a highlight and made getting to the park super easy. The driver loaded and unloaded our stroller without needing to collapse it and take out our bag which was a nice touch. The staff were exceptional in making our time there easy. Check out was very easy and the staff arranged for a taxi to bring us back to the airport which was very helpful. Everyone was very friendly and attentive to details.

The food was not great. There are options like the buffet, different themes on different nights. The room was not cleaned during our stay which we were made aware of and we didn’t have an issue with. It would have been nice to have had an option to have the trash taken out each day. I’m positive that would have been taken care of if I had asked. There is wifi however it is slow, and slow for a reason. 14.99 plus tax per day to access wifi. For those who need to do some online work, stream Netflix etc, you’ll pay a pretty penny. It does say wifi is included, but it’s very slow.

The staff was able to accommodate my request for early check in and the location of my room, which is very much appreciated. My room was clean and spacious! The staff are always friendly and helpful. I also appreciate the deli/store being available with the variety of snacks on hand! I was lucky to catch the fireworks show from Disneyland that evening, which was a nice way to end the evening! I really appreciate the shuttle to and from the park, it's so nice to not have to worry about parking and walking from Disney!! I enjoyed my stay and will definitely be back! Thank You!

The restaurants, the location, the entire hotel is convenient beautiful and well planned out. Everything we needed was on the property.

Well, I don't blame the staff for the rude guests, or their actions. Some inappropriate behavior in the pool in the evening in front of my grandson was disrespectful and their inability to control their alcohol made a mess in front of our door. Housekeeping was another disappointment. After 3 nights we requested service...by phone with my other concerns...and after the entire day and night in the park we came back to an uncleaned room no towels, or bedding. 1am wasn't a time I should be calling for towels. I had been looking at this property all year ..it didn't disappoint as far as ovionce..spectacular. staff as well. Maybe next time our past issues won't be a problem.

Room was very large, good air conditioning. Staff were very helpful, I left my Minnie ears in my hotel room after we left, Maureen went above & beyond to get them delivered back to me in England! Loved having laundry service, meant I didn’t have to go home to loads of washing. They front desk did tell me that it was $2 per cycle but it was actually $4 so was a bit dissapointed when I had to pay twice as much as I was expecting to use the washer & dryer. But never mind.

Could have done with a bigger fridge in the room, we had purchased large bottles of water & they didn’t fit in the fridge so had to keep decanting water into smaller bottles to chill.

Everything went well until I tried to extend my stay.

I tried to extend my stay one extra day for one room only and could not figure how to do that on booking.com so I added a day thru the hotel and was charged a considerable more amount of money. We booked two rooms so my family could have adjoining rooms, I called twice to the hotel to arrange the adjoining rooms and each time I was told they would accommodate us, but when we got there they did not give us adjoining rooms. We stress that my wife is handicapped and our daughter would help her mother when needed this is why we requested the adjoining rooms.

The room was big and clean. The staffs were helpful too.

The shuttle bus service was really nice, but there were so many people waiting in line for the shuttle bus at night after the fireworks ended. Me and my friend were going to take the bus that departed at 10:45 pm, but we had to wait for the next bus, so the time we got back to the hotel is around 11:15 pm. I was not unhappy tho, it was just not expected lol, me and my friend didn't even know that line was for our hotel at first. The good thing is that they sent more buses after first bus that departed at 10:45 pm. If you are staying at this hotel for the first time, be prepared that there might be a line for the shuttle bus at night.
