Hotel Location, shuttles, breakfast and small gift shop with variety of foods snacks and gifts. Beds are sooo comfortable. Scenery around is beautiful! Beautiful hotel. Most representatives/employees very helpful. Most shuttle drivers very helpful. Yes I would definitely stay here again. Do enjoy this hotel very much. Second time staying here.

Did not appreciate that they kept electric scooter plugged in by front desk, and our room was way way in the back 1196. They did not offer to assist us with our luggage to room or even offer the luggage cart. Rooms A/C fan not working great. Remodeling is great but front doors are heavy and no disability button to open doors. Sometimes they have someone by door to open doors for you, but not always. Some shuttles don’t have A/C. And some shuttle drivers even though we called ahead were hesitant to take electric scooter.

I like that. It's right next to disneyland and then you have a shuttle that goes to disneyland

I did not like the hidden parking fees that were not included in the check out price

Everything was almost perfect and loved the free shuttle was a pleasant surprise

For our family the only reason it’s a 9 is because this is the first time we didn’t have a microwave and that was kind of big for our family and littles. Not sure if that’s standard for every other hotel we stayed at but other than that it was almost a perfect stay

The size of the room was nice, the bed was fairly comfortable, the air conditioning worked well, the view of Disneyland fireworks from the pool was decent, the landscaping and koi pond area was lovely, and we were grateful for the shuttle to/from Disney.

A complimentary continental breakfast would have been nice. Upon checkin it is very clear that the front desk agents are assigned a list of things to say, so they memorize it, get all words out, and send you on your way. Even though I was clearly bewildered by the barrage of information spewed at me, she had no interest in confirming that I actually understood. She just wanted me to sign and leave. It would be nice if the customer service level at that touch point were improved.

Great hotel! Really friendly staff. Loved the gardens and the ducks and the pool area. The rooms are very big, we had plenty of room! Beds are soft and comfortable. Bar area is good and the deli and shop is very well stocked. Access to water in the gym. The shuttles to and from the parks were very frequent and well managed, very friendly drivers!

We had to move rooms, there was a lot of air con noise in our room that was vibrating the room. They changed our room very quickly with no trouble. The room was clean and beds very comfortable but there was dust on the lights and headboard so I was sneezing every time I was in the room. Plenty of plugs but none by the bed. The bathrooms have everything you need but they are tiny. I'd still recommend the hotel and have friends staying before the end of the month. ,

The room was huge, the pool and the hot tub really nice, grounds were beautiful. Very close to Disneyland with free shuttle. Restaurant onsite was adequate but quite deserted without a good selection. We opted to eat breakfast in our room rather than pay for the breakfast in the restaurant.

Parking cost $25 per day. I didn't realize the parking wasn't included in the cost of the room. I chose that hotel because of proximity to the park and the shuttle service. Had i realized parking cost that much, I might have chosen a different hotel without a shuttle service, but with free parking, and paid the $35 to park at Disneyland? Worth it in the end though, the hotel is pretty fun.

The property was charming. The purple Princess carriage, the ball gown for Princess Corrine, etc. The young lady that checked us in was sweet and upgraded our room for our Anniversary. There is a store with food, snacks, alcohol, toiletries, souvenirs, etc. 2 restaurants and a bar. Game room, story time by the fire, pool and hot tube. It was family friendly. The shuttle to Disneyland was very helpful since there is no direct pathway to Disneyland. It was a very relaxing place to stay and the staff were friendly.

The carpet had a musty smell to it, the bathroom had some peeling paint on the door and the popcorn ceilings made it feel old which is odd since the claim was the hotel was celebrating 10 years. Probably needs to be updated. However still a great value

The location was great, close to Disneyland. This is our 2nd time and we chose this one because of the free shuttle.

The hotel was great but we ended up paying for parking when the advertisement online said free parking. It was free last time and this time we stayed 2 nights so we paid for 2 nights of parking. And the beds were hard.

The hotel is close the Orange County airport, about a 20 minute drive. The hotel is spacious and very family friendly. The gardens and duck ponds were great to walk around with our toddler. The swimming pool was located outside of our room and towels were provided at the pool which was convenient. We used the hotel store for essentials which was extremely convenient to have on the property. It is expensive though. The majestic Disney bus was a highlight and made getting to the park super easy. The driver loaded and unloaded our stroller without needing to collapse it and take out our bag which was a nice touch. The staff were exceptional in making our time there easy. Check out was very easy and the staff arranged for a taxi to bring us back to the airport which was very helpful. Everyone was very friendly and attentive to details.

The food was not great. There are options like the buffet, different themes on different nights. The room was not cleaned during our stay which we were made aware of and we didn’t have an issue with. It would have been nice to have had an option to have the trash taken out each day. I’m positive that would have been taken care of if I had asked. There is wifi however it is slow, and slow for a reason. 14.99 plus tax per day to access wifi. For those who need to do some online work, stream Netflix etc, you’ll pay a pretty penny. It does say wifi is included, but it’s very slow.

The location was great, I loved the shuttle bus.It was convenient. The hotel was absolutely magical. Our room was huge, The beds were comfortable and the pillows as well. I loved being on the 3rd floor. It was quiet. I'm not sure if it's normally quiet or it was because we checked in on a Wednesday. Either way it was an Amazing stay. Everything the hotel has to offer is conveniently at your finger tips. It was a fun stay. We will definitely be coming back. Oh and there is a princess in the castle, so fun 😁

The shower room was small. The fridge was small. I didn't like that there was no microwave.The television could have been bigger. Other than that everything else was amazing.
