- Amazing location! Restaurants and markets were across the street. - Good vibes at the pool. - Got free margaritas on arrival! - Sweet and nice staff.

- The bathroom should be renovated. It doesn’t go with the aesthetic of the colorful rooms. - The carpet in the room could be removed. Some of us have allergies. - Bath robes were not clean.

The swimming pool was super clean all day, the room was perfectly cleaned and the breakfast was really well cooked and yummy all days. This hotel is PURE LUXURY. Best staff ever and the hotel i will go until the day i die when it comes to COACH-ELLA. LOVE TO ALL OF THEM, G.

i liked absolutely everything

This hotel had very mixed reviews. We booked for the bright, fun aesthetic. It exceeded our expectations. The room was clean. Great value for the price! The pool was so fun! Very lively! Great dj and wonderful drinks! I'd read the music started early and it didn't begin until 9 am. Fun atmosphere for friends, couples, or bachelorette groups. All of the staff were very friendly. Reviews said otherwise. You do have to watch the room keys. One quit working but no problem. The front desk happily fixed. Food was excellent. We had a ground level pool view room and loved easy access and parking right outside the room. I would stay here again.

The style of the hotel lobby and pool are nice. The pool is a real pleasure !! Don’t wait for a fancy hotel but the charm do everything in order to stay there

I booked a pool view and got a room where you see only a tiny piece of it. Didn’t get the upgrade booking promised. The reception wanted to changed but had to get my staff again all around the hotel and didn’t feel too as the other. Room was not much better. The personé whole decided the hotel didn’t think about the suitcases as there is a carpet all around the hotel. Toilet was not so clean.

Liked the colors. Retro funky vibe in the whole hotel and in the rooms (though clearly not brand new). Fun pool area with two hot tubs and funky bar. And the Mexican restaurant, EL Jeffe, has an awesome Happy Hour on weekdays with $9 Margs and $7 food items. Ralph's grocery across the street has everything you could possibly need, Not too far from anything by car.

Hallway carpets really need refreshing. They're looking old and skanky. Colors work tho. Gym is bare minimum. Unless you have a pool view you're looking at the parking lot/road/strip mall with mountains behind but it wasn't too noisy. The El Jeffe workers run the gammit from some awesome servers to clueless hostesses.

A really fun hotel. The colours and vibe in the outdoor area is exactly as you'd expect. Looks amazing in photos and makes everyone at home super jealous of your stay, ha! We stayed during winter time and the pool was much warmer than the air temperature. Our kids were more than happy to spend the whole day in the pool. The rooms were reasonably basic and ours was pretty dark. But it was a two queen bed suite and was really spacious. Which was nice. And you're not staying in Palm Springs to hang out in a hotel room, we were either out and about or by the pool. The on-site restaurant and bar is fantastic. Amazing food and drinks and reasonably priced. There's also a large shopping centre directly across the road in walking distance that has a huge grocery store with everything you could need. And there's also four or five restaurants across the road that were great too. So although you're not in downtown Palm Springs, it's all good.

Let's be honest, it's really just a motel painted super fun & nicely. But if you go into your stay not expecting a five star hotel, you'll be happy. The pool area is amazing, and the vibe of the whole place is really great. I'd stay again.

My daughter and I wanted to enjoy a day at the pool and an evening away as it was her birthday celebration. We got to spend the day at the pool which was absolutely amazing! We got to use one of the day beds, and the staff greeted her by giving her a virgin margarita! The pool staff were super friendly and made some great drinks. At 4 we headed inside to check in. We were told that our room was not ready and that it would be another 20 minutes. After 20 minutes our room was still not ready. It was then that Maria (front desk) asked us if we would like to be upgraded to a suite! We were so excited as this never happens! We were glad and grateful to take the upgrade and made our our way to our room. We were blown away! The room was extremely clean, and 1 million percent my style. I fell in love with the decor immediately! The bed was so comfortable, and we had two balconies with a pool and mountain view!! The next day at checkout, I walked in to the lobby and was greeted by name from Maria! She really went above and beyond to make my daughter and I feel so special. This will forever be one of our greatest memories and our favourite hotel of choice! Thank you again for such a great stay! Also, El Jefe was a great choice for dinner! The food has so much flavour, and our server was lovely and kind!!!

Room was very spacious and beds were comfortable. Had a upgrade to a pool view but all the rooms I believe faced the pool..haha!

Pool area could use some tender loving care. Staff left the pool area the way it was the night before...discarded towels, food, etc. and it wasn't until the morning when someone came around to tidy up the area. Glad I did not reserve a cabana because the service was not there. No one came around to see if you wanted anything to eat or drink, and menus were left all around the pool area. Many hotels offer this, but I guess this is not here. Not a deal breaker for us, but if someone is looking to book this hotel thinking this service is provided, it's not. A good cleaning/power washing around the hotel could be done to really make the hotel shine. It's a great hotel, but so much more potential can be done by management to make this hotel stand out.

Huge rooms with tons of space. The pool area was full of life. The hotel had tons of cool art. The food at the restaurant was great. Massive bathrooms with tons of light.

A little outdated, lack of towel racks in the bathroom. Our room had a massive bathroom and only one towel rack.. not great for a group of people. Lack of microwave when there was plenty of space for one. Lack of outlets. If we needed to get dressed outside of the bathroom it was difficult to find a plug for our stuff. Wanted to have a girly movie night and the TVs didn't have screen casting capabilities. There was very clearly vomit residue on the base of the toilet, so it wasn't the cleanest.

Awesome quirky colourful hotel. Super spacious room. Comfortable bed. Large clean bathroom. The pool area was good. Free parking.

The staff at the pool bar were not friendly and seemed like they didn't want to be there. There was no poolside service, you had to go up to the bar to order. Cocktails are served in plastic disposable cups without any garnish. Food is served in takeaway boxes and you have to go up to the bar to collect it, they do not bring it to you or even tell you that it's ready, you just have to go up to the bar to check.
