I had a great stay at the Glenn Hotel! The entire staff was super nice and helpful from the moment I arrived until I left. I even got to check in early, which was a huge plus. Valet was smooth and easy, and the hotel is beautiful. The boutique style gives luxury in a sense. The rooms and beds were great quality--super comfy and clean. I was in town for the Beyonce concert, and they surprised me with a cute, customized fan just for the event, which I thought was such a thoughtful touch. The location was perfect too--I was able to walk straight to the Mercedes Benz Stadium with no problem. Highly recommend staying here if you're looking for comfort, convenience, and top-notch service.

The staff was awesome the whole way. The decor and vibes were amazing, and the blackout curtains?!! 10/10. The location is perfect for virtually any occasion. We went for our 13th wedding anniversary just as a little getaway weekend, and it was lovely. (:

The whole hotel was ever so slightly damp. It reminded us of a hotel on the beach, lol. There was never a bad smell (everything smelled great tbh) but there was just a hint of moisture throughout the building. During the night, our room would get unbearably hot for some time before the a/c kicked on. I am an unusually cold person (like bringing a jacket everywhere even during the summer), and I woke up several times covered in sweat. ): the room was set to 69° by the morning. My complaints are minor though, and we enjoyed our stay very much!

The employees were nice, the food in the restaurant was great, beds were comfortable and it was in a prime location.

Shower curtains too short so a lot of water leaked onto the bathroom floor after showering. Also most importantly, the the hotel rooftop was closed for a private party the one day we were there. I feel like this should be disclosed to guests because we chose this hotel mostly because of the rooftop area and would have liked to enjoy it.

We love this beautiful hotel! It has a nice, comfortable bar and dining area! Upon arrival, you'll be greeted by the valet($55) for overnight, but most places are $65. The hotel is 2 blocks down from the State Farm Arena, so a great place to see a concert and walk back! The Rooftop Lounge has a beautiful skyline view too! Brooke, the hotel desk clerk, was very friendly and efficient! She greeted us with a smile a delicious cocktail! How nice! We chose a ticket for returning guests and members and won a $30 breakfast voucher to use the next morning. The breakfast was yummy! Friendly, efficient service with an impeccably, quiet, beautiful room with a view and nice bathroom! Yay!!! We love staying at the Glenn W in Atlanta!!!

Breakfast great. Location perfect . Brent at the roof bar, Thomas, who helped with luggage and get over my fear on the roof top and Craig the parking lot person were all wonderful. There was another guy in the parking area Tuesday who was wonderful, but I don't remember his name.

The rally of many many many cars and very very loud boom boxes on the roof of the parking lot across the street until 1:30 am. Hotel personnel had to call police to break up huge crowd.

Welcome staff was amazing and friendly, valet was super friendly and helpful! Room was comfy and clean. Location was amazing near the State Farm Arena.

Breakfast at restaurant was delicious, but no one checked on us throughout our meal. Hostess was very sweet and the gentleman who brought out our food was great, waitress was completely absent for the hour and 30 min we were there. No coffee or water refills, had to track her down for check. We would likely try again since the breakfast was tasty.

Your staff was phenomenal. Sebastian was over-the-top awesome. The whole valet crew was fun and friendly. The bartender was especially helpful and the guy on security was super accommodating and warm and friendly. Best staff we have ever experienced outside of a sandals resort. Congratulations on creating such a great team.

There is nothing we could complain about

I liked the locations. Front desk was very polite and welcoming. The lounge bar and bartenders were excellent.

The Glenn kitchen at breakfast time was a complete joke. We arrived at 9:40 am. They close at 10. We sat for 20 minutes and were never acknowledged until they came and decided to tell us they were closed. I informed them we had been seated for 20 minutes and the waitress couldn't have cared less. Everything that was great leading up to eating breakfast before hitting the road was ruined by an employee more interested in closing then acknowledging patrons that had been sitting for for almost half an hour!!!

I liked that the hotel was in downtown Atlanta, it was close to everything that we had planned for the weekend. The food at Glenn's Kitchen was amazing and delicious every time we ate there. There was one valet guy who stood out to us though, he was there mostly in the mornings when we would leave to go somewhere. It sounded like he had an African accent, and I think his name was Alasan. He was amazing at his job and so friendly and helpful. The hotel room was comfortable and at night it was not loud outside and that was awesome too with it being in downtown Atlanta. The Sky Lounge was very nice and relaxing to go to as well.

The only thing that we didn't like during our stay there was that none of the people who worked there were friendly and they never spoke to us like they should at other hotels. The customer service there inside the hotel could have been a lot better to me. The nicest people that we encountered were the people who worked at Glenn's Kitchen and the one valet guy. They were the nicest ones there. I work with the public everyday so I know what customer service should look like and they did not show any to us.

The best party was the excellent customer service. It began to pour rain just before time to leave for our special event. Jay provided umbrellas and towels to dry our feet when we arrived. Tomas at the downstairs bar was wonderful with attention to detail and super friendly. Desmond acted as our photographer between his security guard responsibilities. Angelique and Brittany were quick to make sure our bill was divided properly, helped get our luggage to the Uber and water bottle refills.
